Jammer dat niet elk balkon stoelen heeft. We hadden geen kledingrek of haak om iets op te hangen.. Geen eigen waterkoker en kopjes..

The hotel is new, so the rooms are clean and spotless. Comfortable beds, a balcony, a large bathroom — for this price it's hard to complain about anything. Some rooms have a nice view of greenery, others overlook the neighboring building. The owner is very helpful and speaks good English. Worth recommending if you don't need to stay in the centre.

It a little bit too far to walk to the centre of Ella, you will need tuktuk.

Nice room. Big balcony. Clean. Very nice workers and owner. The building the accomodation is from owner who livea downstairs. He was helpful all time. I was talking with him quite a lot. Good price, it was the cheapest from our accomodation in Sri Lanka. 10 min by car to Ella main street. 20 min by car to Mahamevnawa Buddhist Monastery which is amazing. Breakfast which it was not included and dinner were fine. They had baby cot. Nice view from the main balcony of reception to some trees and temple mentioned. They were some monkeys in front always in the morning. They have couple of shops with fruits 5 min by walk from w.

Overall everything was nice. I wish you I had better views from balcony to Ella mountains or tea plantations as other accomodations. Very very slow at serving the dinner. Be sure to tell them in advanced 1-2 hours by person or by whatsap what do you want for dinner or for breakfast and it wont be any problem. Not many restaurants around the property, so you need car, taxi or tuk tuk to move everywhere. We had to tell them to clean us the room otherwise they wont clean. Some common areas could be cleaner, but our room everything was very clean. There were kind of 2 showers, 1 with hot water which yiu need to switch on other with cold water.

V tomto hotelu jsme byli naprosto spokojeni. Už při příjezdu nás mile překvapil velmi ochotný a profesionální personál, který byl vždy připraven pomoci s jakýmkoliv požadavkem. Pokoj byl čistý, prostorný a vkusně zařízený, postele pohodlné a vybavení dostatečné. Na chodbě k dispozici deky navíc, fén i rychlovarná konvice. Je možné domluvit se jak na snídani, která byla velmi dobrá tak i na večeři. Výborná komunikace přes whatsapp. Ocenili jsme také klidnou atmosféru hotelu a jeho polohu, nebylo to v centru ale asi 5 minut tuktukem. Kontakt na řidiče, který reagoval velmi rychle a vždy dojela perfektně na čas byl bonus navíc. Celkově jsme si pobyt velmi užili a hotel můžeme s čistým svědomím doporučit všem, kteří hledají komfortní a příjemné ubytování.

Vlhkost ale to je asi všude na těchto místech.

Les hôtes étaient très gentils, très serviables et disponibles. Ils étaient très réactifs lorsque nous leur envoyions une demande par message. Nous avons pu donner notre lessive à laver et ils nous ont également permis de rester un peu plus longtemps dans la chambre avant notre départ. Super séjour! ☀️

The property is new and clean. Rooms are large and new, as bathroom. The rating takes the price into consideration. There is an ironing board on every level. And hair dryer. 500 rupee (5 minutes to reach the center). Attentive owner.

Be aware of the details; we booked a room without view without realising, however we upgraded to a room with view. The no view rooms look out to the wall of a factory.

The reception staff is not always there when you need them at night, no access to kitchen , the bathroom smells like some kind of sewage, but over all it was okay

Pokój hotelowy był bardzo czysty, a widok z balkonu był przepiękny. Personel hotelowy był bardzo pomocny i bardzo szybko odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze pytania i potrzeby. Zdecydowanie polecam! ☺️

Great value for money and easy to get into Ella (a 5 min tuk tuk ride). Room was a good size and really comfortable. Hasindu was really responsive and helpful with laundry, tuk tuks etc.

All communication is over WhatsApp which is fine but made the hotel feel a bit clinical. There is also no housekeeping throughout your stay.

On one of the nights we stayed there we could hear loud noises made by the monkeys on the tin roof outside (this is a general feature of staying in Ella of course I guess) - was very quiet the other night though!

The rooms were large, comfortable, stylish and impeccably clean! I was so impressed with Nine Glow resort! It is a short ride into ella main town but far enough away to be perfectly quiet at night with lovely views.

The staff is very welcoming and kind, room was clean with comfortable mattresses. Nothing to complain about. Location is a bit outside of Ella, however this didn’t bother us.. there are always Tuktuks passing by at the main road that you can take (price range between 500 to 1000 SRL - subject to your negotiation skills)

Family run business. Breakfast is limited. However enough to get you off to a good start. Place very clean. Easy ride by Tuk Tuk to city. Very vibrant at night with bars and food. Just abt 1.5km.

Water pressure is very low. No hairdryer, kettle, coffee etc in rooms. However, I am sure they would have provided had it being requested.

Had a nice stay at Nine Glow Resort. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood about 4 km from the centre of Ella. Hasindu was a wonderful host and took care of our requests right away. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Отель расположен в стороне от города Элла. Но это не проблема, потому что Hostess вызывала нам транспорт, нас отвозили в город и привозили назад за обычную цену.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the food was great. I especially loved the breakfast and kottu roshi. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und sauber (wenn nicht sogar die saubersten die ich in Sri Lanka gesehen habe), zudem ist das Personal sehr nett. Von der Lage her zu Fuß etwas zu weit in die Stadt aber mit einem TukTuk kein Problem 😊 Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr nett und bemüht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

The family are very hospitable and saw to our needs. It was a comfortable stay. We especially loved their dog Rudy who was adorable.

Bit of an incline to walk / drive up to the property but we didn't mind.

The resort has only recently been completed, so its like new. The rooms are nicely done, with big bathrooms and table and chairs on the balcony. The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. Its a little out of town but the staff can help with transportation.

There are still little things that can be improved but they are actively working on them.

Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, was sehr gut war. Ansonsten stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich.

It was very clean and the staff were lovely they they brought us coffee to our room.

It was a bit difficult to find from off the main road, but I think they are planning to put up a new sign.

Absolutely lovely place with all the amenities and is in a great spot away from the chaos of the main town. Really serene location around tea gardens. The view from the room was good. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. The food we had there was fantastic. The host arranged for TukTuks at a very fair price. Really kind people.

Buona colazione che ci hanno servito in balconcino per scarsità di spazio nella hall. Personale molto gentile. Consigliata cooking class a pochi metri dall’hotel, molto tradizionale!!!

La strada per arrivarci é piccola e poco visibile dalla strada principale. L’hotel é un po’ fuori dal centro, in una zona poco animata.

Personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Ci hanno aiutato a gestire gli spostamenti. Letti comodi.

Per la natura della location, come è normale che sia, era molto umida. Sarebbe stato apprezzato un deumidificatore.

Het contact met de eigenaren ging erg soepel via WhatsApp. Het eten was erg smakelijk. Ons ontbijt deden ze in take-away bakjes, zodat we het mee konden nemen tijdens onze wandeling.

Het water van de douche was wat frisser en je zit niet in Elle centrum. Dat wisten wij en vonden wij geen probleem, maar dit is wel het benoemen waard voor als jij dat wel zoekt.

It was exceptionally clean. The decor was lovely. Really well thought about. Lots of little details to add to our stay. Nothing was a problem. The hosts were exceptionally kind & efficient. Whatever we asked for was done immediately. Their dogs are lovely too 😊

Heel fijn verblijf gehad bij het Nine Glow Resort. Het is een nieuw hotel dus alles ziet er nog tip top uit. Daarnaast is de aankleding van de kamers ook erg mooi. Het personeel is verder super vriendelijk en helpt graag met het regelen van taxi's en/of tuk tuks naar het centrum of andere plekken!

Het verblijf ligt wat buiten het centrum maar dat is duidelijk aangegeven op de site en het hotel helpt daarnaast goed met het regelen van vervoer !

Os funcionários foram muito prestáveis, ajudaram-nos imenso com o tuktuk e a conseguir transporte até ao centro de Ella.

Não temos nada a apontar, é ligeiramente afastado do centro no entanto isso acaba por tornar mais tranquila a estadia.

I had a wonderful experience at Nine Glow Resort. The host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cared about the well-being of the guests. As a tourist, I asked for advice, and he provided valuable information. The hotel and the room were very clean, with everything well-maintained and in perfect order. It was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Additionally, they offered a delicious breakfast(American Breakfast) at a very affordable price, which was a great bonus. Also, there was a few drinking water bottles!!! If you're looking for a welcoming and spotless hotel with great hospitality, budget-friendly and delicious breakfast, I highly recommend Nine Glow Resort!

The only small downside was the lack of shower gel and shampoo—only soap was provided. However, this did not affect my rating at all. Just a small suggestion to make the experience to the top notch —11/10!

Quiet, new.

Still work going on at the property, didn’t quite feel finished. A little far out from the centre and at least from our room, the view was not great with the balcony still being worked on and loads of building materials all over that part of garden. There isn’t really a view and a way to sit outside to look out to for example to Ella Rock.

Es war sehr neu und der Angestellte war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. WLAN war gut. Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Bett war komplett neu und sauber.

Der Boden war nicht wirklich sauber gemacht. Es lag Staub in den Ecken und der Balkon war auch sehr dreckig. Im Bad fehlte es an Toilettenpapier, Duschgel, Seife, Handtuch für Boden/Füsse. Es musste alles nachgefragt und angefordert werden. Die Lage ist sehr außerhalb. Überteuerte TukTuks sind erforderlich. Keine Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sie helfen jederzeit und bei allem. - schoene und komfortable Zimmer, wie beschrieben und gemaess Fotos - Lage ist nicht mitten im Geschehen, und daher ruhig. Fuer uns war das perfekt. Tuktuk in die Stadt nur 10 Minuten fuer 500/600 LKR. - waren mit Kind hier, ging super - sie bieten super Fruehstueck an Wir wuerden jederzeit wieder gehen und koennen es empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was perfect, the room was very clean, the view from the balcony was picturesque, the staff was so friendly and kind, and the food was delicious! The staff was available at any time, always ready to help! I had a fever and they brought me a thermometer and Panadol! Definitely recommended!!!

Die Luftqualität war, wie sehr häufig in Sri Lanka, Feucht und nicht besonders gut. Zudem lag ein Hundegeruch im Zimmer. Für darauf allergisch reagierende Menschen nicht ideal.

Super komfortables Hotelzimmer 2,5km von Ella Center gelegen. Sehr bequemes Bett, großes Zimmer und Bad mit großer Dusche + Duschwand. Der Besitzer war stets erreichbar und hat jeden Wunsch wie z.B. einen Föhn oder Wasserkocher sofort erfüllt. Die Decken waren etwas dicker und dadurch auch warm, wenn es in Ella mal wieder regnet und abkühlt.

Loved the property and the fast service provided, such as food, arranging rides to the main areas. Also they arranged a birthday surprise for my partner on a very short notice, which made my whole vacation unforgettable! Both my partner and I recommend this hotel !

Desayuno completo y bueno. El personal es muy agradable, nos ayudaron con nuestro traslado del día siguiente, preocupándose ellos de llamar e informarse. Habitación y baño limpios.

Olía mucho a humedad en la habitación. Las vistas de nuestra terraza no eran exactamente a la montaña, sino como a un almacén, algo que nos decepcionó bastante.

Die Unterkunft ist für das Preisleistungsverhältnis in Ella echt super :) Die Gastgeber waren super nett und hilfsbereit, haben abends gewartet bis wir sicher zuhause waren und sehr bemüht das wir einen guten Aufenthalt haben.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, besonders Abends ist man auf ein TukTuk angewiesen. Leider sind die TukTuk Preise verhältnismäßig sehr teuer. Wir würden trotzdem wieder diese Unterkunft buchen, besonders mit eigenem Transportmittel

Für den Preis gibt es gar nichts auszusetzen! Alle Fragen und Wünsche wurden direkt erfüllt. Auch eine Scooter konnten wir ganz unkompliziert über die Unterkunft buchen.

Wir fühlten uns nicht sonderlich „wohl“ in der Unterkunft - wir können aber nicht genau sagen, weshalb.

Sauberes, neues Hotel mit vergleichsweise europäischem Standard. Großes, helles Zimmer und großes Bad mit abgetrennter Dusche. Hotel liegt ca 7 Minuten mit dem Tuktuk/Roller von Ellatown entfernt. Roller ausleihen war kein Problem. Familie hat uns angeboten während Krankheit sogar zum Doktor zu fahren, was wirklich nett war.

Very very clean property . The owner was very nice and helped with all the directions and told us alot about the area . The area is also tourist friendly , I definitely recommend you staying there if you ever go to Ella .

The name board was however changed and he name of the hotel was different on the board . But after we contacted the manger they said they changed the name recently . So everything was fine later on .

Excellent amenities - the bathroom was the best we had in all of Sri Lanka with consistent hot water and a glass door to stop the water from going everywhere. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very very lovely and helpful. Would recommend and stay again

It’s about a 10 min drive from town but that wasn’t an issue for us.

De stroom viel vaak uit. En ook was de service niet goed. De deur was op slot gedaan, toen we om 10 uur ‘s avonds bij het hotel aan kwamen konden we niet naar binnen, na lang wachten en bellen lukte het eindelijk. Ook toen we wilden uitchecken was er niemand, daarvoor moesten we weer bellen en lang wachten. Dat was erg vervelend. Hele slechte service dus…

Die neuen tollen Räume mit absolut den besten Betten, das Bad,die Sauberkeit und die netten Gastgeber ......

Het is nieuw. De bedden zijn goed en het beddengoed is schoon en heerlijk zacht. De kamer is ruim en comfortabel. Eigenaar is trots en vriendelijk.

De locatie ligt op 10 minuten met tuk tuk van het centrum. Het was soms lastig om een rit terug te krijgen. Paadjes donker en hobbelig. De mensen die er werken spreken niet zo goed Engels maar zijn wel heel hulpvaardig. Het zou fijn zijn als er een bord langs de weg komt te staan.

Hotel owner and his young son and the butler were ever ready to help. We stayed in a good size, very clean triple room, doubles also available. Large bathroom with expensive fittings is a bonus. Owner helped us with tuk-tuk transport and advice on where to visit and so on. Food was excellent, and we will go there again next year.

Need a signboard on the main road, hard to find at night. The owner said the signboard is ready to install.

This was the best stay in Sri Lanka. The owners are the nicest people, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, fed, dinner was amazing, breakfast was wonderful. I have not enough words to describe how happy I was.

It‘s a brand new Hotel where only the first part (4 rooms) is finished (5 more rooms to be built). So everything is in very good condition and of good quality. Rooms are big and everything is super clean. Staff is super nice and helpful.

The accommodation is brand new, super clean, has big rooms, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with hot water. We felt really welcomed, the family helps you with everything and it’s also possible to rent a scooter - which is perfect for the location (it’s easier to go to the city center and around). As we stayed during their New Year’s they invited us for the New Years breakfast which we really enjoyed. Highly recommended!!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen und nicht weit vom Zentrum Ella, und tolle Aussicht ins Grüne. Alles sehr sauber und neu, das Bett sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer ist ebenso neu und sehr sauber. Wir haben und sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Familie ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft mit allen Fragen weiter. Leckeres typisches Frühstück! Sehr empfehlenswert!

We loved this place so much! We really felt welcomed and everything was great. The view is incredible, the breakfast is amazing and the beds were the most comfortable we had in Sri Lanka. Not to mention the warm and welcoming host.

Добрый и чуткий персонал ! Очень чисто в номерах, все свежее , аккуратно выглядит. Из нескольких номеров открывается вид на горы. До центральной улицы Эллы всего 4 км. Сам отель находится в спокойном и тихом местечке
