Reviewed Aug 25, 2026호스트분의 친절하고 빠른 응답. 시내 중심부에 위치해서 관광지나 나이트마켓 이용시 편함. 수영장 있고 생각보다 깔끔. 청결하고 수건도 여유롭게 줌. 숙소 내부도 넓고 시원함, 오션뷰도 좋음. 건물 1층에 편의점 음식점 있어서 편함. 보통 해외 숙소에 비해서 소음이 적은편. (밖에 자동차 비행기 소음만 조금!) —> 코타키나발루데 노후된 숙소가 많다하여 걱정했는데 완전 깔끔하고 좋았음.

L'appartement comprends tout ce qu'il faut en confort, firigo, machine à laver. Le propriétaire propose de venir vous récupérer alors que nous sommes arrivés tardivement
Tout était super je recommande complètement cet appartement

Bardzo wygodne i czyste pokoje, z wszelakimi udogodnieniami, wiatraki, klimatyzacje, pralka z proszkiem do,prania, kuchnia, żelazko, suszarka, balkon, lodówka, mikrofalówka…wszystko co można sobie wyobrazić do wygodnego spędzenia nocy. Bardzo polecam!

Reservamos a las 23.30 de la noche porque tuvimos un problema con el otro alojamiento (nos confundimos de fechas) y en media hora estaba allí nuestro anfitrión con su mejor cara para recibirnos y explicarnos todo para que nos sintiésemos cómodos. Repetiría una y mil veces. Excelente.

The lifts are extremely slow and cause the traffic congestion going up and downs. Long waiting up to 20mins.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026床好舒服，房間好乾淨，設備超齊全，老闆人超好，房很大，有阳台有海景，餐具齊全，地點超方便，24小時樓下櫃枱都有人很安全，是用拍卡上樓層不担心有外人，泳池10點才關景觀很好，樓下有24小時便利店，打車也很方便，冷氣很足，洗衣服也方便。

Reviewed May 17, 2026想像以上に大満足。 ホテルのかたが空港まで迎えに来てくださり、ホテルの近辺を車で案内して説明してくださったおかげで、無事にやりたかった事を達成でき とても快適な時間になりました。港までもタクシーで4MRほど。帰りは歩いて帰りました。ショッピングモールも徒歩圏内で分かりやすい。 プールもきれい！

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026超オススメ！ 日本人口コミを見て宿泊を決めましたがオーナーさん、とても親切過ぎるくらい良い方です。 我が家は家族旅行にてアパートメントホテルをメインにしますが特に鍵の受渡しと場所が分からない事が多々あり、いつも大丈夫かな？と心配になります。 今回は素晴らしいオーナーさんの対応で今までこんな事してくれた事がない様な事で鍵の受渡しならびに宿泊場所を不安をかき消す対応に感動しました。 宿泊場所はとても立地が良く、近郊にはコンビニ、百貨店の中にスーパーなどがあります。 レストランも多く、どこのお店がオススメかも色々と教えて頂けお気に入りのレストランが出来たので毎日通いました笑 施設においては清潔でミネラルウォーターも使い放題、洗濯機あり、キングベッド、クイーンベッド、ソファーベッドが各1台あります。 また、コタキナバルへ行く時は必ず利用したいと思える施設でした。
我が家は洗濯洗剤とコーヒースティックを旅行時は持参するのですがスーパーで買えますので対応できる範囲だと思います。

要说不满意的地方，其实也是这栋楼的通病，这栋楼所有的民宿都存在的问题：浴室下水很慢，洗到一半就已经踩在水里了，另外浴室热水不是很热，喜欢比较烫的水的住客会不满意的

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026방도 깨끗하고 여러 관광지랑 근접성도 매우 좋았어요^^사장님도 매우매우 친절하시구요 무엇보다도 방이 넓고 여러가지 내부시설이 많아서 부담없이 즐겁게 지냈습니다.
백에 한가지가 아쉬웠던게 엘레베이터가 너무너무너무 늦었습니다. 적응되니까 방법을 알아서 좀 빠르게 이동했는데 적응되기전에는 너무 힘들었어요

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025호텔에 비해 너무나 환하고 상쾌했습니다. 넓은 창문과 발코니, 깨끗한 타일 바닥, 침대는 아주 넓고 잠이 잘 왔습니다. 호스트는 너무너무 친절하게 제반 사항을 자세히 알려주었고, 왓츠앱으로 문의를 하면 즉각즉각 반응해주었습니다. 호텔에 있었던 것보다 훨씬 좋았어요, 참고로 저는 아이2명과 총 4명이었어요. 그리고 무엇보다 위치가 좋아서 그랩안타고 다닐수 있는게 장점입니다.
확실히 엘리베이터가 바뿌긴 합니다. 되도록 저층으로 예약하셔서 여차하면 계단으로 다니시는 것도 나뿌지 않습니다.

Netflix account is provided. Burger King, Orange Mart and Fatt Kee Restaurant are located on the ground floor. It’s easily walkable to Jesselton Point. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
May need to wait a bit for the lift

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025후기가 많지 않아 걱정했었는데 걱정이 무색할 만큼 너무 만족스러웠음🧡 공항 픽업 서비스가 있어 호스트가 직접 공항까지 마중 나옴 덕분에 그랩 없이 늦은 시간에도 편안하게 공항감👍 첫 번째 사진 숙소 뷰인데 9층 배정 너무 낮지도 높지도 않아 좋았음 날이 좋으면 저 멀리 섬까지 잘보임 숙소 안에 4인식탁, 세탁기, 전자레인지, 냉장고, 전기보트 다 있어서 일정 끝나고 숙소와서 간단하게 먹기 좋았음 드라이가 다이슨인데 덕분에 다인원 머리 금방 말려서 만족스러웠음 다른 아파트 라인이랑 엘베를 같이 쓰는 거 같았는데 극 성수기가 아니라서 그런진 몰라도 큰 불편함은 없었음 수영장도 120M로 깊고 수질 관리해서 깨끗함! 위치도 KK마켓 바로 앞이고 로비에는 오렌지 편의점이랑 버거킹 있어서 간단하게 먹고 들어가기 좋음 제셀톤 선착장이나 해변도 15분 이내로 갈 수 있어서 부모님이랑 애기들 데리고 가도 편안했음ㅎㅎ 호스트분이 정말 친절함ㅠㅠ 주변에 맛집도 추천해줌🥹 다음에도 이용한다면 또 이 숙소 이용 예정 100%🥰 예약잡은 나 칭찬한다!!

Reviewed Dec 17, 2024we visited the central market every morning and bought some seafoods with the price that you can never get it anywhere else. If you can't take the smell, you may not like it staying there.
the area is very busy and the road always pack with cars. Parking is RM 1 per hour. It would be perfect if it includes free parking.

The manager was very helpful and kind. even we had an inconvenience on our stay. He responded quickly and got it done as soon as possible.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2024Our host was very prompt with communications via WhatsApp, arranging to meet us downstairs at The Shore to show us up to the apartment and to show us the apartment's features. The property itself is fantastic - great location, good air con, shower works well and the washing machine was so handy (yay clean clothes!). All in all, it was a lovely home away from home and a great place to chill out halfway through our travels.
The lifts there are a bit chaotic as there are only 4 lifts to service the entire building and when we arrived on National Day, the building was full and people were jumping on lifts in any direction to get to their final destination as all the lifts were full (I.e. ride the lift up to eventually get to ground floor), which just exacerbated the problem.
