L'hotel è a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia ma il posto è piccolo e pieno di ristoranti, minimarket e spa. Offrono le bici a noleggio gratuite. Stanza pulita e ben fornita. Apprezzato bollitore, minibar, thè, caffè e acqua. Staff straordinariamente gentile. Ho prenotato con loro la navetta aeroportuale allo stesso prezzo di grab. Consigliato.

Duże wygodne łóżko. Oprócz klimatyzacji na suficie wisi duży wiatrak co jest dużym plusem. Na miejscu można wynająć skutery. Blisko do plaży.

Codziennie od 8-17 trwają prace remontowe w obok budynku bliźniaku co czasem było irytujące. Codziennie znalazłem minimum 1 karaczana jak nie w walizce to na podłodze pomimo, że nie zostawialiśmy żadnego jedzenia w koszu na śmieci.

とても快適なホテルでした^_^ エアコン、扇風機、ケトル、コーヒー＆Tea、コップ、冷蔵庫、金庫、タオルも3種類、櫛、シャワーキャップ、歯ブラシ、綿棒、トイレットペーパー、ボディソープ&シャンプー、ドライヤー、ハンガー、ガウン、シャワースリッパなど、すべて揃っています。 シンクやシャワーなどは安心の日本製が取り付けられていますのでしっかりとしています。 ビーチまでは徒歩圏内、近くにレストランやミニマートもあります。ホテルは静かなエリアに位置しているのでゆっくり休めました。 スタッフは必要に応じて、水やタオル等のアメニティをすぐに準備してくれました。感謝です^_^

口コミに記載されている通り、近辺では工事が行われています。確かにドリルの音などは響きますが、終日鳴り響いているわけではなく、限られた時間帯のみです。1週間ほど滞在したうち、とても静かな日も数日ありました。

Очень чистые номера, убирают каждый день, полотенца меняют. у нас был номер студия, очень удобно, есть стиральная машинка с сушилкой (что удобно для азии). До пляжа спокойным шагом минут 10, возле отеля все здания не функционируют, очень пусто, но никакой стройки слышно не было, все тихо. рядом есть круглосуточный магазин продуктовый и улица с кафе.

к отелю претензий нет, все супер. но сам район значительно дороже, и он не стоит этого удорожания. пляж вообще не понравился, тк там очень многолюдно, прям перебор. в целом район скучноват, сюда можно приехать максимум на 3 дня

The staff here were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay even better. The room had a comfortable bed, air-conditioning, fan, and smart TV to make our stay more comfortable. The next street over was full of restaurants that you get 10% off at for staying in this hotel. There is also a convenience store and smoothie shop 20metres from the hotel.

Unfortunately during our stay the building next door was undergoing construction from as early as 8am with large drills and hammers. Although this isn’t the hotels fault, it was very very loud.

Совсем недалеко от пляжа, удобно пройтись минут 8-10, рядом кафе, ресторанчики и магазинчики. Сам номер был нам для семьи 2 взрослых + 2 ребенка (2 и 5 лет) тесноват (мы брали номер без кухни с одним доп диваном). Убирали в номере каждый день что особенно важно так как после пляжа каждый вечер так или иначе на полу оставалось много песка. Очень приветливая девушка на ресепшен. В целом мы остались довольны этим вариантом размещения но для нашей семьи в следующий раз выбирали бы номер просторнее. В номере практически только ночевали так как все время проводили на пляже.

Отсутствие балкона в номере, но это решалось тем что можно было сушить вещи после моря бесплатно на 5 этаже отеля

Абсолютно новый отель, все чистое и новое. Удобные подушки быстрый и стабильный интернет.

Сейчас идет ремонт (и персонал заранее об этом предупреждает: но перфоратором начали сверлить ровно в сеть утра прям за стенкой) очень маленькие и неудобные пакетики с мылом/шампунем - почему не сделаете нормальные дозаторы в ванной?

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im HL Melody Boutique Hotel am Khem Beach in Phu Quoc. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in etwa 3 Minuten erreichbar, was perfekt ist, wenn man schnell ans Meer möchte. Der Service im Hotel war wirklich super. Ein früher Check-in sowie ein später Check-out waren problemlos möglich, was unsere Reise deutlich entspannter gemacht hat. Besonders praktisch fanden wir auch den Wäscheservice: Für wenig Geld wird die Kleidung im Hotel gewaschen und am nächsten Morgen sauber direkt aufs Zimmer gebracht. Außerdem kann man ganz unkompliziert ein Motorbike im Hotel mieten, was es sehr einfach macht, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ein weiteres Highlight für uns als Familie war die Küche im Erdgeschoss. Dort konnten wir selbst kochen, was gerade mit Kindern sehr angenehm ist. In der Umgebung gibt es außerdem viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Man findet lokale Restaurants mit frischem Seafood sowie auch internationale Küche, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Чудесное место. Нам очень понравилось проживание в этом милом и уютном месте. Начнём сначала, на ресепшен Вас встречает просто мега приветливая улыбчивая и красивая девушка, мы,забыли узнать её имя. Номер хоть был и мизерным, но он такой чистый, все новенькое, уборка каждый день, идеальная уборка, причём они реально как будто ждали , когда мы уйдём на пляж и только тогда приходили убираться, ни разу не беспокоили, пока мы в номере. Полотенца менялись каждый день. И постельное через день. В отеле есть велосипеды, кухня общего пользования, но мы не пользовались. Но на велосипедах я каталась каждое утро) это здорово прокатиться в тишине, когда все еще спят. Расположение удобное, до пляжа нам было быстро и удобно добираться даже с детьми. Плюс по улице гоняют электрокары и за 30000 донгов довезут до пляжа Кхем. Но все же этот пляж сильно переоценен, рекомендуем ездить на Сао. Граб такси в помощь. Круглосуточный магазин рядом и много ресторанов. Плюс рядом 2 остановки бесплатного автобуса до Сансет Тауна, у отеля гранд ворлд Фукуок и у отеля премьер резиденс. Но после 15.00 они сильно наполняются людьми передвигающимися бесплатно от Кхем до Сансет. На остановке нет очереди и как подъезжает автобус, все как сумасшедшие ломятся на второй этаж. Если хотите просто прокатиться, выбирайте утреннее время) Отелю огромное спасибо, это действительно классное и чистое место. Надеюсь увидимся снова, если мы прилетим на Фукуок, то только к Вам. La struttura è a 10 min a piedi da Khem Beach, in posizione silenziosa. Stanza spaziosa e pulita.

L'hotel si trova in una zona piena di edifici vuoti e/o in costruzione, con poca scelta di ristoranti/bar. Il risultato è un'atmosfera un pò da "città fantasma". La spiaggia più vicina (Khem Beach) non è male, ma è piena di lettini ed ombrelloni, quindi poco selvaggia, ed è presa d'assalto da un via vai di turisti che arrivano con bus e minivan. La reception dell'hotel sembra in ristrutturazione e c'è un dispositivo elettronico per chiamare lo staff in caso di assenza.

W pokoju śmierdziało pleśnią i była w nim pleśń, wszędzie chodziły mrówki, w łóżku też były mrówki. Nie dało się wytrzymać i oddychać od smrodu przysięgam modliłam się żeby skończyć tam pobyt. Ogólnie cały ten budynek jest w pleśni także nie dziwne że w pokojach jest jak jest.

The location is decent, with the beach only a five-minute walk away. However, that beach is extremely overcrowded and unpleasant; Sao Beach is far superior. The building where the hotel is still under construction and shows no signs of being completed anytime soon. Construction noise starts before 8 a.m. and is completely unbearable, effectively forcing guests to leave the hotel each morning. Dust from the construction is everywhere, including inside the rooms. The hotel itself appears to have been built on a very low budget, with poor finishes and minimal comfort. Overall, do not expect a relaxing stay or acceptable value for money. We were offered a 10% refund after submitting a complaint through Booking.com; however, this is wholly inadequate given the level of discomfort experienced.

На данный момент идут ремонтные работы рядом, поэтому с утра слышен шум

В целом отель и его расположение хорошие. Все необходимое в номере есть и сам номер неплохой. Но сейчас в здании в котором расположен отель идет ремонт и перфораторы долбят с утра до вечера так, что все дрожит и стоит жуткий грохот. Если уходите из номера рано утром и приходите вечером, тогда да, можно заселяться.

Vedľa prebiehala rekonštrukcia a teda bola hluk už od 8:00 ráno. Ale inak ubytovanie úplne super.

Byggarna började jobba klockan 07:30 på morgonen och höll på till 17. Det gick inte att vara kvar på rummet. Hotellet skickade ut ett mail om att det förekommer byggverksamhet, men inte i denna utsträckningen .Dessutom kom det mailet efter gränsen för gratis avbokning. Samtalade med en annan gäst som kom efter oss , där det var samma senario med avbokningen. Dtädningen var dålig och man var tvungen att påmina varje dag att man önskar sådan.

The staff are friendly. Construction is underway on the hotel building. Due to the extreme noise, it is impossible to rest inside the hotel between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

In the room there is a loud noise, like someone is drilling through the wall in the next room. I couldn't stand the noise so I didn't want to go into the room before 6pm. In this situation, the hotel should not accept guests.

Suite à ma réservation et après expiration du délai de rétractation, j'ai été informé que j'étais indisponible pour me rétracter pour des raisons liées à des travaux prétendus à proximité. Or, nous nous sommes bien rendus sur place et découvert que les nuisances proviennent d'un hôtel voisin qui mène des travaux et pour au moins un an, avec perçage et création de nouvelles chambres. Les nuisances sonores commencent dès 7h40 et se poursuivent jusqu'en fin d'après-midi (environ 17h00), et rien n'indique une fin prochaine des travaux, d'autant plus que l'hôtel situé de l'autre côté semble également engagé dans des travaux similaires. Impact sur notre séjour:

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent cleanliness and well-equipped, spacious rooms. Everything was nicely prepared, and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. While it’s not directly on Khem Beach, the beautiful beach is just a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Out of the several hotels we stayed at on Phu Quoc, this one definitely ranks among the best, offering a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Коли ми попросили постіль для розкладного дивану, нам озвучили ціну 20$ за добу.

На ресепшене работает очень тактичная девушка, номер оборудован всем необходимым и выглядит достаточно чисто. Красивый вид из окна на участок леса.

По состоянию на декабрь 2025 года по соседству ведутся строительные работы. Очень шумно с 7.30 утра до 5 вечера.

I loved the staff and management. They were great. Especially Ngoan who works the front desk. Also the room was good and clean, plus the bed was comfortable and the tv was bluetooth compatible so that I could connect my full headphones to it. This was invaluable due to the only thing I didn't like about my stay....

The noise. It is not the fault of the hotel, but there is constant day time construction noise coming from the adjoining building next door. From about 7 am to about 5 pm, seven days a week. In the future that will stop. There is also a new bbq restaurant that just opened across the street that plays loud music at night. I hate to write anything negative about my stay, but I have to be honest for the sake of future vacationers.

Прекрасное месторасположение. Рядом кафе, особенно понравился тайский ресторан. Также, в пять шагах круглосуточный магазин продуктов.

Номер все таки небольшой, двое взрослых и один ребенок - все таки тесно. Слышимость высокая. Ну и уборка все таки должна буть тщательней. В туалете на полу были черные волосы, видимо от предыдущих гостей.

Новый отель со всеми вытекающими … В 300 метрах от живописного пляжа . Рядом магазины.и рестораны на любой капелек. Девушка на рецепции организовывала нам поездки по острову и советовала что посетить - большое спасибо . Обязательно вернусь к Вам !

Everything was perfect, from the host to the room. The place was super clean and tidy, and the building is still new. It’s easy to get to Khem Beach by walking (about 7–10 minutes), and Sunset Town is only around 5 minutes away by bike. I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to everyone. Plus, they also provide free bicycles for guests to use.

Quite new hotel in a quiet location, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Price/quality is great.

The Staff was awesome. Welcoming, competent, and warm. Very clean, no mold or mildew issues. Good air-conditioning. Solid wifi. And the nearby restaurants are quite tasty (I especially recommend Thai Papaya)! I liked so much I extended my stay.

Nothing is perfect, yet for the price point, I have no complaints. (Very minor growing pains, as can be expected with a new hotel)

I stayed at HL Melody Boutique Hotel for a month, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in felt brand new—everything was spotless, and I’m pretty sure I was the first person to use it. everything still had that fresh, unused quality, down to the shower and bedding. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the high-quality cotton linens made sleeping a dream, and the shower had great water pressure. The air conditioning and fan kept the room cool even on hot days. Large Samsung smart TV for good entertainment. The location is great—just a short walk to a beautiful tropical beach. The area around the hotel is clean and peaceful, with lots of greenery and well-maintained streets. It’s a nice spot to relax. The kindness of the staff really stood out—they were always ready to help, greet me with a smile, and make sure my stay was perfect. Their warmth and hospitality added so much to the experience. Overall, it was a really comfortable and perfect stay. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere hotel not far from the beach. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
