My family and I had an exceptional 3-night stay at K Club Ubud in a beautiful pool villa. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable and the staff genuinely warm, attentive and welcoming. The food was outstanding, and the in-villa BBQ experience was absolutely incredible — a truly special evening. Surrounded by the breathtaking jungle, we felt completely looked after and enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was an unforgettable experience that we will treasure. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend K Club Ubud!

was honestly like a little piece of heaven! The place itself was absolutely breathtaking, and the service was beyond anything I could have imagined. Every detail was beautifully taken care of, from the breakfast to the restaurants — everything was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Suraya, who took care of us so wonderfully and made us feel completely pampered throughout our stay. 🤍

Honest review. We stayed in the infinity pool glamping tent for our honeymoon. It’s incredible. A true experience. Everything in the room is top tier. The staff treat you like royalty; no request is too big. The breakfast was fantastic- you can literally order as much à la carte. We also ate at Akar on Friday so there was a show and dancing - was a vibe but expensive. There was no communal pool as they are in the middle of improving it so that will be no doubt very good as the rest of the hotel is top tier. The staff are outstanding - Yudi, Tweety and Sayu all made the stay 5*

It’s far away from Ubud town centre. 20-30 mins in a cab but everything you need for a relaxing stay is in the hotel.

Excellent service and villa

منذ لحظة وصولنا شعرنا بالترحيب. أخذنا الفريق في جولة بعربة الجولف للتعريف بالمنتجع وخدماته، ثم قدموا لنا مشروب ترحيبي. أنشأوا لنا مجموعة في واتساب وشاركوا معنا جميع التعليمات، وكانوا يستجيبون بسرعة لأي طلب في أي وقت. مستوى الخدمة كان ممتازًا طوال الإقامة. المنتجع نظيف جدًا، والاهتمام بمكافحة الحشرات واضح لدرجة أننا لم نلاحظ أي حشرات داخل الفيلا. الفيلا متكاملة، والمسبح الخاص رائع، والغرف ودورات المياه واسعة ومريحة. جميع الموظفين كانوا ودودين للغاية وجعلونا نشعر وكأننا في منزلنا.

بصراحة لم نواجه أي مشكلة تستحق الذكر، ونتمنى فقط أن يحافظ المنتجع على هذا المستوى المميز من الخدمة والضيافة.

The jungle setting is fantastic. Bed are very comfortable and the staff are both available, helpful and friendly.

Main pool is under renovations. Location is half an hour from Ubud, transportation is not straightforward as the area has a "no online" cars policy. Limited dinning options.

Breakfast was amazing. 3 bedroom villa was outstanding and the pool was more than we expected. The staff were so attentive. Can’t wait to go back.

The pool was under construction but we were informed before booking. Would have been awesome to see it.

Every moment, every second! Very intimate. It’s easy to communicate with staff and they literally take care of you the moment you step on the resort! There are so many people that took excellent care of us! Thank you to Parswa, Baka, Dek Wah, Arya and Kadek— thank you for making sure our stay was comfortable, keeping the villa clean, the flower pool, floating breakfast—- it was amazing! Thank you!!!!!

Swimming pool closed reason not there

I like the private villa concept with private pools. Also, the breakfast was really good and lots of choice. We were able to try different activities for free as well, so this is really a good option for staycation concept.

I think the villa is more suitable for honeymoon or groups of family who plan to stay and explore the villa. Since the location is quite exclusive, the ride to Ubud center or other area could take a while. Not to mention the traffic was quite bad, so you can spend a lot of time on the street if you plan to explore more area outside the villa.

We loved the resort, the friendliness if the staff and the service. The villa had everything we needed.

K Club is truly one of the places in Bali where the service is the most impeccable. The staff are absolutely fantastic: always kind, smiling, attentive, and ready to go above and beyond to make you feel happy and taken care of. The communication was flawless from beginning to end, and our room was beautiful, clean, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. Akar is an amazing restaurant and one of the reasons we keep coming back every year. The food, the atmosphere, and the service are always outstanding. A special mention goes to Bayu, who was incredible and helped make my birthday truly unforgettable, together with the wonderful K Club team and reception staff. Kraton Restaurant was also a beautiful experience, and Kabana Ubud serves amazing cocktails. Sayu was so sweet and kind, and made our visit even more special. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank Gusde, Wira, Ari, Ayu, Wahyudi, Sintya, Sayu, and Topik. You are the ones who make K Club magical. We cannot wait to come back again.

Me and my husband stayed in the K club and it was absolutely perfect. We were warmly greeted at check in by the staff , the entire check in process was swift and smooth , and we were then transported via buggy to our lodge. The lodge had every amenity possible , it was luxurious and there was so much thought that went into the room enhancing our experience. We booked a couple massage at the Mekar Spa and again excellent service by the staff , we felt so cared for and looked after, unforgettable experience. We dined at the onsite Akar Restaurant the steaks were great and again service was tremendous with a live show and laser art. Special mention to all the staff who honestly when out of their way for us , I wish I could remember all the names but Reno and Mery were fab and Reno also took us to a great spot and did a mini shoot for us ! Breakfast was top notch with excellent service. Would highly recommended this place to anyone looking.

The only downside is we wish we stayed for longer !

It’s a bit far from UBUD downtown

Everything was great. The stuff were really amazing and kind, especially Merry, Bayu and Rahdek, they helped everything. The room was cleaned and well equiped. The food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner. You really have a lot of privacy and it is a perfect place to rest your minds.

The atmosphere is incredibly quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and disconnect from the busy world. Surrounded by lush greenery and tropical scenery, it genuinely feels like a home away from home. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a serene and tropical Bali experience.

The rooms are comfortable, and every corner of the property reflects the beauty of Bali. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, enjoy nature, or simply recharge, this place offers the perfect balance of comfort, tranquility, and authentic island charm.

Loud late night house music 2 out of 3 nights was hard for us as a family.

We had a wonderful stay at K Club and truly enjoyed our experience overall. Our villa was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay — they genuinely made us feel valued as guests. The cleanliness was generally very good as well. The restaurant was also excellent, and the tours arranged by the hotel were fantastic. We especially appreciated the incredible hospitality; they even helped print our daughter’s homework, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The views, atmosphere, and the overall approach of the team made our stay very special, and we would definitely love to come back again.

There are only a few small areas that could be improved. The towels could be upgraded or renewed for a more premium feel. When we first entered the room, there were a few cigarette butts left in the garden area, although aside from that, the cleanliness was very good overall. Also, as hotel guests, it was sometimes a bit frustrating that outside visitors seemed to receive priority for restaurant reservations, making it harder for us to book as staying guests. Regarding the spa, the main pool area was under renovation during our stay, so treatments were being done in smaller indoor rooms. Because of this, the spa experience was somewhat limited at the moment, but we believe it will be much better once the renovation is completed. Overall, despite these small points, we had a truly lovely experience and would happily return.

كثرة الحشرات و النمل خصيصا و وجود دورات المياه داخل الغرفة مما يسبب حرج في استخدامها.

We stayed in the jungle view infinity pool lodge and it was a spectacular view. Upon arrival the villa was clean, well presented and lots of welcome flowers, incense and such. We were sure to make use of the spa as well as the pool, both were clean and maintained. As soon as we pulled into the K club initially we know we were going to have a good time, the service from the staff was above and beyond to say the least. Ari was our first butler, who took us for a tour in the buggy of the resort and personally made us our welcome drinks ( which was both unexpected and delicious) - thank you Ari! We had breakfast at the in-house restaurant the next day which featured not only a delicious breakfast but more stunning views and fantastic service from the staff. Later in the night we decided to have dinner at the restaurant as well and wow! The food was incredible, will happily say the best steak i’ve ever had anywhere, and the tastiest pork ribs to date. The manager at the restaurant went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our food and experience. On friday we attended the in house early morning yoga, another perk which yet again had amazing views and great service from the instructor. On our last night we had you guessed it another meal at the restaurant, except this time there was a surprise ribbon dancing show ! An extremely memorable night with another great steak. The reception staff (Merry, Ayu & Bayu) went out of there way to show us exceptional service and a true feeling of what staying at a five star resort is really all about. Not sure if it was a coincidence or fate but every time we needed to get somewhere Yudi was there in a buggy to answer our call, much better than walking the steep driveways you naturally get in the jungle. Overall I would say that although the villa was awesome and the restaurant was fantastic, the staff take the whole experience to another level and I can confidently say you will see me again K Club. The rope net needs to be a touch tighter as when we tried to sit on it we were pretty much just sitting on the ground.

Every single team member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a smile and a positive attitude. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind.
