ロケーションが良かった。騒がしいロケーションの中、部屋のアサインを山側に気を使ってくれた。紅茶をプレゼントいただいた。レストランのドリンクがお安く使いやすい。

O hotel fica situado na rua mais movimentada de Ella, pelos que fica relativamente perto dos principais pontos de interesse da cidade.

O isolamento acústico dos quartos era inexistente pelo que se ouvia todo o ruído vindo do exterior, e estando na rua mais movimentada isso significa ruído constante. Pequeno almoço e jantar de péssima qualidade, com pouca variedade e produtos mal confeccionados.

O melhor do hotel é mesmo apenas a localização

O quarto estava sujo tanto no chão, nas paredes e no tecto, há muita necessidade de manutenção, em que há algumas coisas partidas e cortinadas sujas e rasgadas. Há apenas um elevador, que é usado por clientes e também pelos funcionários que levam roupa e louça suja.

Het hotel ligt aan een levendige straat, waardoor je in de kamers aan de voorkant nog tot laat veel muziek en geluiden van de straat hoort. In een kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel is het een stuk stiller.

Is in centrum. Personeel staat klaar voor je. Personeel vriendelijke .

Is misleidend. Op booking.com staat 5 ster terwijl het 3 ster Is. Kamer wordt niet goed schoon gemaakt. Oude en vieze handboek.

Heerlijk hotel op een top plek midden in Ella. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fijn zwembad en mooie kamers. We hadden 2 kamers met een gezamenlijk balkon wat heel erg leuk was.

Hotel sporco sia nelle parti comuni che nelle stanze. Ho dovuto far cambiare le lenzuola perché c’erano delle macchie nere. In generale necessità di una seria ristrutturazione. La colazione non era niente di speciale.

Ella Breeze is located in the middle of the busy city. Many very good restaurants and shops are around it. The attentive staff makes the stay really comfortable. The room was very spacious and well equipped.

The roof top pool is quite small. And the Skybar is only Sky without bar. To order a second drink is a bit effortful as you have to arrange it yourself downstairs. If you see the hotel first time from outside it doesn’t look welcoming. But this view doesn’t fit to the excellent inside environment.

Looked after wonderfully by all staff. I was in a wheelchair and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely bug room and spotlessly clean with a lovely view to the mountain. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable stay with lovely, accommodating staff who helped find us a room for the additional evening we stayed. Thank you all.

המקום קרוב לבית חבד מרחק של 5-7 דקות החדרים עם מפתח רק שיש להשאיר את הכרטיס בחשמל במהלך השבת כדי שלא יכבה המזגן הצוות שירותי ואדיב המקום נקי יחסית אין כל כך ג׳וקים יש ברים באזור אבל בחדר שלנו ספציפית לא שמעו רעש מזה

המזגן לא מקרר מספיק היה צורך גם במזגן וגם במאוורר ועדיין היה חמים

Great location. Right in the middle of everything. Staff friendly and helpful. When leaving I was presented with a box of black tea as a present. Really nice touch.

Only stayed 1 night and don’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on the extra facilities or the food

The property was in the most convenient location--in the main Ella street surrounded by all the most useful amenities. The staff, especially Mr Sarath and the front desk staff, were amazingly hospitable. The room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony. The breakfast spread was overwhelming--a buffet if there were enough guests, and a la carte otherwise. I also made use of the rooftop pool!

The rooftop terrace is really nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was accommodating.

The place smelled a little weird, but it was due to the smell of the cleaning. The laundry was really expensive because they charge by item.

Great Location, very friendly staff Ajoy was very helpful. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Very comfortable room Also the 9 Arch bridge is in walking distance. Defiantly will stay here again if we are in Ella.

Bathroom need some TLC. Some fixtures are loose in the bathroom and shower door bottom seal was coming off. Also need to replace the old worn out white (looks gray) towels with some new towels. But that did not affect our stay.

The location was fantastic. Ishare, one of the staff members, was wonderful and I had a great time.

If you want to go to bed early, you might be bothered by outside noises.

It was perfectly located in Ella, it was spotless and well maintained to a very good standard. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. There was a great selection for breakfast, and nice music too. What a great place to stay, I highly recommend.

Nos regalaron una bolsa de té, imagino que para compensar la habitación que nos dieron..

Teníamos una habitación deluxe de dos camas individuales reservada. Al llevarnos a la habitación solo tenía una cama y le dijimos que era de dos camas, así que nos reubicó en una habitación de tres camas y muy lejos de ser lo que habíamos reservado.

Right in the centre of downtown Ella. Wow, the view of Ella Rock from our room was breathtaking. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, especially the curry. Super close to all of Ella’s hotspots. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Ella.

In der Nacht war es bis ca. 12 Uhr laut aber es hat uns nicht gestört bzw. wir waren uns dessen bewusst.

Room was Ok, not so clean, and towels were very grey and ugly looking with fraying sides 2 of the towels were actually swimming pool towels. Bedding was OK I would not class this hotel as 5 star, more like 3 star

Wonderful staff, so helpful especially the restaurant manager. Excellent breakfast and perfect location. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, man geht aus der Tür und ist mitten im Geschehen. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, der Blick auf den Ella‘s Rock war beeindruckend.

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht so gut gefallen - wenn man „erst“ um 09:00 kam, war das meiste schon kalt - Kaffee oder Wasser in der Flasche war nicht inklusive - man servierte uns verchlortes Wasser (vermutlich Leitungswasser)

Top Lage. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben uns beim Aushecken ein Geschenk gemacht. Das Zimmer war gut, mit einem großen Balkon und mit View auf Ella Rock und Little Adam Peak.

Frühstücksrestaurant sollte ab 7 Uhr öffnen, was nicht der Fall war. Das Buffet war noch nicht ganz vorbereitet. Ca. um 7:30 hat der Koch erst angefangen, Ei-Gerichte zuzubereiten. Noch später wurden Tiefkühlwürstchen auf Grill geschmissen und man hatte keine Lust mehr, darauf zu warten. In so einem Hotel könnte man doch einen guten Kaffee anbieten und nich den löslichen Nescafé. Alles durcheinander und kein guter Service.

Excellent service and a perfect location right in the center of Ella. The rooms are very spacious and come with a large terrace, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

Although there is a wide selection at breakfast, the actual variety of food options is somewhat limited. Additionally, it can get quite noisy at night due to the central location.

The hotel is right in the city center of Ella. There are a lot of restaurants etc. in walking distance and you can start all your hikes right from the hotel without the need of any extra transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged an early check-in for a fair price. The room is big enough for two and the view from the room in the 7th floor was amazing.

Even though they did daily housekeeping the room seemed to be always very dusty. The bathroom etc. was very clean but there was quite fast a lot of dust on the floor. In the evening it was a bit noisy because of the music playing in the bars around.

The breakfast was AWFUL, stale bread, fruit look liked it had been out for days.

Wonderful location on the main strip of Ella leaving you in walking distance of all your shops and eateries. Had a good selection at breakfast to choose from.

Paint on the wall had come off as if exposed to water which gave the room a grubby appearance. Small ants in the bathroom coming from an open vent rather than an extractor fan, meant you did not want to leave your toiletries out.

Great hotel, slap bang in the middle of the high street in Ella. So many bars & restaurants to chose from! Not far from the train station which is why we booked it. Staff were friendly & helpful & there was a rooftop pool too.

Hot water which is not easy to find around this area

We have been there for 3 days. Ajey from the reception was perfect and really nice person, he was always caring about us and make sure everything is going well. The location is good but there is a bit noise from the street. The bad wasn't comfortable.

De locatie. Die is absoluut voortreffelijk, midden in het centrum van Ella. En het personeel, wat ontzettend service gericht is en hun uiterste best doet voor je. Mano en Lahiru zorgen voor een voortreffelijk ontbijt, en zorgen dat het je aan werkelijk niets ontbreekt.

Je wordt ontvangen als een vorst, in een prachtige lobby. Het onderhoud is echter een punt. We hadden dit hotel met name geboekt omdat we graag een zwembad wilden. Dat lag er niet erg schoon bij, want er dreven veel bladeren in. Onze eerste kamer had een niet- werkende airco, waarop we na aandringen die dag nog een andere kamer kregen. Daar hing een typische schimmel- lucht in de badkamer, en zag je ook schimmel plekken. Ook de airco op deze kamer deed het slecht, en na 2 nachten bleek deze heel erg te lekken. Dat werd diezelfde dag wel opgelost, maar van de 3 nachten hadden we dus maar 1 nacht een goed werkende airco. Jammer! Je betaalt flink wat voor, wat ons betreft, veel “window dressing “.

The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooftop pool is nice with a good view of Ella Rock. The staff are wonderfull, and were available to help with everything I needed. Especially Ajey helped me feel welcome and gave me his personal phone number to communicate comfortably if I need anything. And even helped me find a room when I wanted to stay longer and the hotel was fully booked.

Lekker in het centrum, je kan overal naar toe en de mensen zijn heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Douche was fijn en ruim en alles was netjes schoon. Op het balkon heb je ook leuk uitzicht.

Eerdere recensies kloppen dat je tot 23:30 muziek hebt aan de overkant, maar dat vonden wij niet erg. Er waren geen dingen die ons tegenvielen.
