Comfy clean apartment, easy check in. Good location, and all amenities needed for short term stay. Easy to get grab to D1 or walk.

Chỗ ở tốt, gần trung tâm xung quanh có nhiều quán ăn trong phạm vi đi bộ 500m

Tất cả mọi thứ, good!

La ubicación

Hostitelka ZRUŠILA ubytování v den příjezdu. Nedoporučuji!

The service is great. Anything I needed she took care of immediately. Great location, nice and clean, good AC, hot water, lots of room.

The only problem with the stay was the police checking all the apartments at 1:00AM for Airbnb stays because it is not allowed.

Very friendly, communicative host. Very flexible too. The apartment is in a residence building with two shops outside which was very convenient.

Swimming pool, flat, stuff very friendly

Was a really nice pool, nice and spacious and clean, with big fridge and good air con, easy to get into town and get around would deffo recommend

Nothing all good

Good location, friendly host, have all the proper kitchen tools to cook meals in the apartment. Nice view and have 3 convenience stores at ground floor.

The AC system makes small water droplets on the ground.

- It was fairly new building and very secure - it was extremely clean - everything worked in the room - ample and fast elevators - Walking distance to restaurants and ample entertainment - very big pool - the bathroom didn’t have smell of urine

- I can’t seem to think of any

Good location, very nice host very helpful even in case of problems in the room. Enough space even for 3-4 people. Nice bed and good view. Very fast. Booking -> check in within 10 mins

A little smelly in the bathroom also on Balkony probably if someone was on toilet one floor above. Air condition could be cleaned soon

We had a good stay at River Gate. The location was close to the centre and with easy access to the main tourist attractions. The bed was comfortable, towards the firm side and the apartment has everything you need, including washing machine and drying line. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us an apartment with a lovely view of the fireworks on their chinese lunar New Year celebration. The pool was also great.

The apartment was towards the small side, not very spacious. It is close to a busy road, but the noise didn't bother us as the windows cancel the noise a lot. Overall, the place was a little run down, with details on the walls and cabinets that didn't look great. Slight smell of damp when you enter the apartment.

location very good, food around, clean and housekeeping service very perfect.

nothing

View from the 20th floor is great. You can just sit and watch the traffic. The owner waited for us to arrive on New Years Eve until 1.45am due to a flight delay. She is really lively and bubbly too.

The pool is a little on the small side, and we found it strange that you have to book in to be able to use it. There are not many sunbeds either, which is a shame.

The room is clean, nit smelly. Very comfortable and great location. Staff is absolutely wonderful, fast response and very friendly!

The location is good, the room was quite comfy and neat.

It isn't good if you want to sleep in during the day, becos the noise from outside and next flat can be heard

Excellent location. Property is very clean and comfortable. Exactly as described. Very helpful host, she arranged a flatter pillow for me at short notice. Very responsive. Easy check in.

Nothing

Good location, close to town center, nice nearby restaurants, nice appartment

Traffic noise

The host is very helpful. The apartment is very safe. There is a roof pool. It is close to the lake. There is kitchen, sofa, washing machine, fridge, hair dryer and iron. . It is a very comfortable stay. Everything is perfect. If you find this place, don't think more. Just enjoy. .

Perfect appartement, very clean and confortable. The host was friendly and helpfull. I will come again

Nothing

Everything is fine, I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is very nice, everything necessary for life is provided. The host is very helpful and quickly writes back to my messages. Good location, 7-11 right next to the building. Close to the city center - 15min walk. I recommend this place and the host

Pool was very busy

Host replied quickly and was happy to help with any questions we had. Staff at reception and security guards were extremely polite and helpful. Very clean. Check in seamless.

Pool area very busy and very few chairs/loungers.

The host was REALLY nice and helpful

Could be a bit more new and clean

Good looking view, fully facilities, outstanding experience. Furthermore, the price is really cheap vs other properties. The host is really helpful and generous.

nothing to complaint

Room with modern design with full kitchen equipment and toilet amenities.Host is super helpful and very nice always available when u need

The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful. The responsible person is wonderful, friendly and smiling.

Among my recent three visits to hcm this year, this is the first time I get the booking exactly what i booked in booking.com. The first two times, we booked apartment a, the lady host brought us to apartment b by giving stupid excuses that apartment a wasnt ready yet when we arrived. They even threatened that we can cancelled if not happy.
