Safety

Bathroom was extremely small. No one face to face could confirm my online reservation. Was greeted with blank stares from empty eyes. No help expressed and even had a translator. Took an hour to check in as we had to call the condo owner (no answer) email and give that info to staffCouch had a dirty covering which was over filthy cushions. Lock had to be turned 540 degrees. I left my phone charger but my emails haven’t even been responded to 3 days later. I knew I should have taken pictures. Not worth it at half the price.

Proche de l’aéroport, donc très pratique. La chambre était correcte et la télévision fonctionnait bien. Le quartier nous a semblé plutôt sûr et rassurant. Très bon choix pour une nuit en transit avant/après un vol.

Zentral zum Terminal 3 gelegenes Appartement. Dieser war über die Runway Manila Footbridge in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar; Schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer; Pool in der Appartementanlage vorhanden; Umgebung für Manila recht sicher mit Shopping Malls und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar

Place is perfectly a home away from home. Host’s mum is the one looking after guests and the place. No need to look for convenience store as fridge has some items you can buy. Have exceeded my expectations. I would like to come back and stay again. Very very highly recommended. No regrets picking up the place

La ubicación es buena

Al llegar, el recepcionista muy incompetente, nos dice que no nos puede dar las llaves porque no hay email de confirmación. Cuando le enseño la reserva realizada pagada dice que no vale, que tenemos que llamar al dueño para que mande un email al propio recepcionista, obviamente acabábamos de aterrizar y utilizábamos el apartamento solo para descansar después de largos vuelos, no teníamos Internet ni SIM, cuando le pedí como hacerlo y donde puedo conseguir internet se burlo y dijo que no sabe donde con una sonrisa en la cara. A todo esto por la mesa de recepción paseaban cucarachas y nadie le daba importancia.No sabíamos que hacer y después de esperar 1 hora mientras el hablaba por el teléfono y atendía otros huéspedes decidimos ir a buscar un sitio para conseguir internet para cancelar la reserva y dormir en el aeropuerto. Al salir y caminar unos 10 metros, el recepcionista sale y nos llama diciendo que ya se ha solucionado (mágicamente). Entramos nos da la llave como si nada. Por el estrés que nos causó + las cucarachas casi no dormimos. No lo recomiendo para nada.

La ubicación a muchos establecimientos, la cercanía al aeropuerto y tamaño del apartamento.

El personal no fue tan amable, los amenities eran jabones usados (me pareció antihigiénico), por favor por lo menos colocar los jabones cerrados en su plástico, así como si colocaron cepillos de dientes desechables cerrados. Habían toallas sucias dentro de la lavadora, la cama estaba súper dura.

L’immeuble est vraiment difficile à trouver même le taxi a eu du mal car le titre de l’hôtel ne mentionne pas le nom du bâtiment Pas de bouteille d’eau dommage en général on offre une bouteille d’eau surtout que je suis arrivé très tard Mal insonorisé on entend toutes les voitures la nuit

Мы останавливались на 1 ночь между рейсами из терминала 3. Расположение отличное - 15 минут пешком. Обратите внимание, что google maps не показывают самый короткий удобный путь. Из аэропорта нужно идти по указателям Sky Bridge, пройти через крытый мост, выйти к Mcdonalds и дальше 5 минут по google maps. Рядом с апартаментами много ресторанов и магазинов.

Апартаменты довольно старые, чистота на среднем уровне, в ванной не очень приятный запах. Но учитывая прекрасное расположение для одной ночи ok.

excellent, location, staff and very clean. If u have a transit time and have to wait like whole day, better stay in this apartment. Just follow the staff out from airport, and cross the street you can find the apartment.

공항근처라서 접근성이 좋고 바로 앞에 마사지샵 네일 샵 등 주변 상관이 좋아요.

소통이 잘안되여 연락해도 답장도 잘안오고 힘들었음.

Best Location, solid bed , full fridge with moderate priced items.

The aircon is ageing. The apartment need proper disinfected to kill various bugs and than cleaned up. Dead bugs on the bed don't raise confidence in the hygiene.

Here just for a layover. Google maps made it a little confusing when walking from terminal 3. Don’t enter from the main road, go up a side street close to Maccas. Otherwise everything was good!

Fairly close to terminal 3 The room was good value and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and bathroom included a washing machine. The bed was comfortable but I would have liked a top sheet on the bed. The shower had minimal hot water. I know this is a home stay but the odd old used soaps in the shower were a bit ick and the half used bottle of mouth wash.

The location is very nice. Just right across T3. Also there are shops and restaurants few meters away. What i don’t like is that when I opened the microwave it has molds inside from previous heating of food and nobody cleaned it. Otherwise it is perfect.

There was a very bad smell when i opened the room most probably from the exhaust or the last occupant cooked/fried some dried fish. There was no hot water in the shower or I just couldn't find the switch? No hair dryer or just couldn't find where it is?

Surprisingly cheap for the unit. It’s clean and comfortable. It’s near the airport. The receptionist is 24hrs. The building is clean and stylish. Easy in, easy out.

Very close to Terminal 3 (just walk the bridge from the terminal to the other side of the road). Good to stay there for a night or couple of hours while waiting for your flight. I missed a table lamp next to the bed and the room was smelly - guess because the guests before cooked without opening the windows.. But anyway, for one night okay

Room was dirty, specially the sink and the bed. Hair in the bed.. No flat sheet. No internet connection.

The location is superb! Really close to T3 and the streets around are actually really nice, with some good restaurants. Bedroom was comfortable and Angel also stocked the fridge with drinks and some noodles, you could purchase.

The room could have been a bit cleaner / things are starting to feel a bit rundown. But for a nights stay, it’s not a huge issue.

The location is quiet and super convenient (it’s a short walk to Runway Manila and NAIA Terminal 3). There are many restaurants, shops and beauty salons steps away. There’s a Metro grocery store close by as well. Really appreciated the flexibility on check in and checkout times.

There is limited phone signal in the area and the apartment WiFi sometimes stops working.

Location is great. Close to the runway bridge connecting to Terminal 3. Has security at the gate to the community. Check in with the reception was convenient.

Room was a bit small and outdated. The windows were not insulating the noise from the street and there was consistent street noise throughout the night.
