The price is a bargain. Room size was ok. 2 beds. toilet ok!

Bedsheets were worn. Pillows were not to my cleanliness standards. Very very noisy neighbour, who was having a party with a group of 5 till 12am. I had to shout to their door across the corridor.

Overall, the property was good. The main issues were that the deposit refund/payment process was slower compared to other properties we have stayed at, and the owner was sometimes slow to respond to messages. The water pressure in both bathrooms was also weak, and one bathroom had no water.

The facilities very clean. My boys enjoy swimming at their swimming pool. The most importance the host very helpfull..

Penginapan yang sangat selesa dan bersih. Anak saya sangat seronok bermain dengan permainan yang disediakan. Semua kemudahan dalam keadaan baik. Sangat disyorkan untuk keluarga yang mempunyai anak kecil.

Pulang depo 7-10 hari bekerja. Ambil & pulang kunci jauhhh, kena pergi dekat bangunan lain untuk ambil dan pulang kunci.

Every time I bring the kids back for vacation, we rent a guesthouse 😉 This time, we rented a Unicorn-themed one, which was beautiful, the kids loved it, and it was quite clean 🥰 The air conditioning was also very nice 🤩 Overall, we felt very comfortable ☺️ When we encountered any problems, the customer service staff were very patient in helping us solve them 😀 We just needed to give them a little time to process it 😁 and it was resolved quickly 👍 My kids asked me if we could come back and rent this guesthouse again next time we come back for vacation. I said of course we could 😄 I also told the customer service staff that there were some things that needed to be replaced 😊 I hope we can regularly check whether the items in the guesthouse are safe and intact 🤗This made it perfect 🥳 I'll definitely come back 😉

The water heater should be more powerful 😁 The kettle should be replaced with a new one 😅 A small chair should be placed there so it's convenient to eat something 🤤The broom should be replaced with a new one 😊

The place is cosy and comfortable. Love the unicorn theme. Especially for my daughter birthday! Simple and clean. Level 5 swimming pool with a simple buffet breakfast (fyi: Need to pay for the buffet but at least i can eat while the kids and husband playing in the pool.) Staff is friendly and prompt reply :)

The key location took me awhile to find it. But the staff response is fast. I guess night time quite hard to find the place.

Great location. Easy acsess to shops. Homestays just nice to stay with kiddos. Big beds. Clean.They provide toiletries such as new toothbrush / shower cream n enough bath towel. Got iron & hairdryer too which is bonus.

Not enough pillow. Dustbin inside homestays are very small to throw rubbish.

Everything was perfect! Suits for family with small kids.. that 1 room has arcade game inside and we can spent time in the whole place inside.. seriously its worth it. Also the staff was really understanding and thoughful by giving snacks to the kids upon checking in..

Its a kids friendly homestay and my kids love it so much til she asking to stay for another days. Definitely will come again.

Very comfortable homestay n suitable for big family with kids..they can play the slide n all Legos provided besides enjoying the pool..will repeat soon..

1. The arcade machine is fun! Everyone enjoy it, even us, the parents! 2. It is clean and well equipped. 3. Security guards are very helpful. 4. Neighbours also friendly 5. We came for swimming competition. The homestay allowed me to prepare breakfast and lunch at 4.30am to bring to arena larkin. 6. Staffs are very responsive.

I would say that i dun like. One small issue is the Internet is not working on the 2nd day. So cannot watch movie. But it didnt affect us a lot bcoz we were busy with competition n the arcade machine.

The unicorn theme was perfect for my daughter. The unit is complete with WiFi, water heater, fridge, and a big screen using a projector. The property uses its own website portal for self check-in, which made it very convenient,

The unit has a Mickey theme which the kids really loved. There’s a mini slide, a water dispenser, and the beds can fit up to 7 people. Self check-in was also easy as long as you follow the instructions carefully.

We had such a wonderful experience at Daya Fun Kids, KSL Residence. The apartment was spacious and well-kept, with big rooms that made it so comfortable for our family. The kids absolutely loved the indoor slide and dedicated playroom — it kept them entertained for hours! Having a projector in the unit was a nice bonus, turning our evenings into fun family movie nights. The place is thoughtfully designed for families, and you can tell a lot of effort went into making it kid-friendly while still comfortable for adults. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway in Johor Bahru. We’ll definitely come back again!

The location beside hindu cementary. Walking outside to the shops n near coffee shop as the block is inside. Booked for different room but instead given a studio, no broom, projector tv, no Netflix, power point to mini fridge, microwave connected to same power point which was loosen. Lobby too warm while waiting.. not suitable for us overall

I didn’t find anything to dislike about the property as everything was well-prepared and met my expectations.

Clean, suitable for family especially with kids, toys room & playground is good for kids, got water dispenser & simple cookware is a bonus. TV is function good with cartoon.

Difficult to find the key locker especially at night, all shop close very dark can't even notice there is a locker, unfriendly carpark, we accidently press ground floor during check out, and no way to go to Level 1 car park, lift locked staircase locked cant even find a guard near car park. Unfriendly customer service, started is computer reply can't get my question, after that change staff reply but should add a phone which able to call during emergency. During check out we whole family (with kids) with luggage stuck at car park for more than 30min, lift not support, staircase locked, no road can access to level 1, whatapps customer service need to wait for reply, phone call no answer, in the end need my husband walk thru outside mainroad walk to the carpark only can get the car.

The standard check out should be changed. If checkout at 11, then you have enough time for the housekeeping but when we arrive at 2.30, the housekeeping is in the house watching tv. And he takes 30 minutes from us to clean up. Making us check in at 3.30.

The house is very clean and kids friendly. The staff also responded very fast whenever u need help fron them especially during check-in. Good work guys!

The wifi very slow and keep disconnected. Even the mobile line coverage also very bad for maxis user. (Im not sure about other telco). Since the phone line is bad, i think the wifi line has to be improve alot.
