Le Rooftop et la piscine. Piscine avec les abords vraiment sale, les transats vieillissant, le personnel du bar pas très agréable ( j’ai dû moi même allez chercher les coussins pour s’installer aux tables près du bar ) des lattes cassés ( risque de blessures ) des capsules et mégots de cigarettes près des transats…. Ca fait beaucoup 🥵

Très bel hôtel avec très jolie piscine roof top à 15 minutes à pied du vieux Hoi An. Personnel aux petits soins et réactif. Très bon buffet petit déjeuner.

Hade en incident med hotellets personal när vi checkade ut, fick sedan en ursäkt från hotellet vilket vi uppskattar. Hotellet har en stor, härlig pool på taket med bar. Tyvärr är poolen så fruktansvärt äcklig med svarta beläggningar och rost från solstolar som står i poolen. Smutsiga, äckliga fogar som inte har skurats på flera år. Jag var rädd att min familj skulle bli sjuk av att bada i poolen så det blev inte mer än ett dopp. Det är väldigt synd att hotellet inte tar bättre hand om poolen.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming! The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and it had some great views. We only went in for breakfast once during the trip but it was very good and plenty of variety of food. There was a mart opposite which was very convenient too.

The room backed onto the main road so it was noisy at times, but it wasn't really an issue at all.

Great location, room was very good, 5***** Restaurants nearby, a short grab ride or 15 minutes walk to old town.

Pool area was in need of some maintenance but the pool was fine.

The hotel is walking distance to town. The room was crisp clean and smelt fresh. The decor was well coordinated.

The rooftop bar is a bit out run. Some timber now loose. Pool very small. I was told breakfast closes at 1030 only to find it closed at 1015. I begged just fruit or an egg and the answer was " we have closed." Felt for a small hotel this was inflexible.

The staff at Qualia are incredible, extremely helpful in all aspects including helping book other activities. Gym was an added bonus. Breakfast was lovely and the room was amazing and spacious. The pool is a great addition if travelling during summer months.

The property is 20+ walk from the old town but only a 5 minute grab costing 30,000 dong (€1). The treadmill didn’t work in the gym.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, I felt like a VIP not just a customer. The hotel is in a great location, just a 20 minute walk into the old town and on the edge of the rice fields. Plenty of good places for eating and drinking. Rooftop pool is great and never busy. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices for all tastes. Room was large with a small balcony overlooking street. Bed was super comfortable and shower was good.

We loved the pool, buffet breakfast, and convenient location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The beds were very comfortable, making for a great stay overall. Stayed in the family room 2 adults 2 children.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great location, exactly between the beach and Old Town. The breakfast was OK, maybe a bit room to improve, but not bad. The SPA is super good as well, very talented masseuse.

No bikes available to use, all were broken or booked by other people, while clearly we were told that wasn't possible. The swimming pool didn't have a heater, so it was too cold at night.

Location was less than 1km out of town which was perfect, staff were more than helpful with anything we needed. Pool area was a great place to relax. Happy hour at the pool bar. Room service food was delicious,

I had a premium room with a bath tub which was nice, however having the shower in the bath didn't really work well water would splash all over the window and the floor.

The hotel is situated in the modern part of town, an easy fifteen minute bikeride from the old town. The room is very spacious with an ensuite bathroom whose walls have windows so you are still in the room when in the bathroom, while having enough privacy. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The bike rental is easy and for free. There is free table tennis in the basement. The pool on the rooftop is almost infinity. You can lay on sunbeds in the pool or beside and there is also a bar where you can order drinks all day.

The table tennis area, the pool and the bar close at ten. The bikes had to be returned in the evening but could be rented again the next morning.

Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta, hyvä aamiainen. Tilava, siisti huone! Allasalue oli mukava. Sijainti oli myös kiva.

Huoneeseeni kuului päivällä liikenteen ääni todella hyvin, kuin olisi ikkuna koko ajan auki, mutta se ei onneksi pahemmin häirinnyt :)

Das Hotel hat tolle Zimmer, Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und freundlich. Wie viele Hotels in Hoi An ist auch dieses etwas älter von der Substanz her, aber es wurde renoviert und liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Charme ist definitiv erhalten geblieben.

Es ist nicht sehr zentral, aber vor der Tür fahren viele elektronische offene Busse. Damit kann man bequem in die Stadt fahren. Sonst ca 15-20min laufen.

Breakfast fairly average i thought. Didnt find much appetising. Banged my head badly on the doorway up to the pool. Very low door frame and no warning signs at all. Rood top pool area could do with some maintenance.

Everything. From the warm friendly welcome of Trang & team Ha, Thao. Trang was the most helpful and smiling person we've had in all hotels throughout Vietnam, she upgraded us to walk-in shower room after hurting my back. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool was beautiful, clean, large and perfect temperature. Nice seating, lounging area that got a cooler breeze in afternoon/evening..very pleasant for cocktails. They also offer good bicycle free, and not too busy, yet close walk to Old Town. Lots of great restaurants within 5 minute walk. Highly Recommend

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das hervorragende Personal – alle waren stets sehr nett, aufmerksam und vor allem kinderfreundlich. Ein großes Dankeschön geht an die Rezeption, insbesondere an Mrs. Ha, Mrs. Thao und Mrs. Trang, die uns jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit unterstützt haben. Das Hotel war außerdem sehr sauber und gepflegt, was uns besonders wichtig ist. Auch der Poolbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben die Zeit dort wirklich genossen. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

The hotel staff were very helpful throughout the stay, and the location was convenient—around 20 minutes from the Old Town. Breakfast was decent, though a wider selection would have improved the experience. The rooftop pool was a nice spot to relax when quiet, but the space is quite small and can become busy quickly.

Sehr gute Lage, und sehr gutes Frühstück mit sehr großer Obstauswahl. Lage etwas außerhalb der Altstadt super, da man mit dem Fahrrad so auch schnell am Strand ist.

Im Pool sind die Fliesen teils kaputt. Leider hatte ich mehrere Splitter im Fuß. Ansonsten aber alles super und der Rooftoppool ist trotzdem schön. Und

Need to update some of the facilities in the room.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The rooftop pool is exceptional, and the rooms are beautifully designed and generously sized. Overall, we did enjoy our stay; however, there were a few issues that raised concerns regarding customer care and cleanliness.

During our stay, I unfortunately discovered a large insect in our bed. While the staff responded promptly and replaced the bedding, I felt that the situation warranted some form of goodwill gesture or compensation, particularly given the hotel's relatively high price point. When I suggested that a small gesture, such as complimentary drinks, might have been appropriate, the response was dismissive. Additionally, we found that the spa and sauna facilities were not operational, and the basement area where they were located appeared neglected.

Very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Trangitta, Ha and Thao were very friendly, informative and helpful. Lovely breakfast and stay. Very nice roof bar and pool. The King's room was very nice. So comfy and nicely decorated. Nice mini bar/fridge and balcony. This hotel can not be faulted. Great lighting.

I had a great stay at Qualia Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, eg finding a good Taylor. The rooftop pool is really nice to hang out during the day and the hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the city centr. Also the bikes available made it really easy to go wherever you want to go in Hoi An.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 6 nights, Great location walking distance to everything , staff were wonderful and all happy to help. Rooms were beautiful, spacious and bathroom with bath tub was a big win. Thank you to Ha for her kindness Breakfast was good. Would highly recommend

The staffs were very attentive and helpful, despite some language barrier at times. We enjoyed the big bed, toilet and bathtub. I particularly loved the big pillow too!

There isn't a full length mirror for a fit check. HAHA but on a more serious note, there's only one lift and the lift is pretty slow. But that's probably about it?

The rooftop pool and bar is great. Thu Ha was a great hostess, very helpful and kind.
