Bathrooms and Kitchen are old and need a complete renovation. There is limited supply of hot water and one needs wait after each use. Beds and quilts provided are queen size and not comfortable for two people.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2024The view of the Nile from the living room is incredible. The host is very nice and responsive. They also accommodated a late check out which was very much appreciated. Zamalek is a wonderful area, very quiet and safe. The bedrooms are located on the back of the apartment so there is no noise from the Nile while sleeping. Mattress very comfortable.
A part of the living room, the rest of the apartment felt very neglected. The kitchen had dirty drawers, oven, and cups, while the bathrooms were in need of a deep clean with mould and grime. There was dust under the furniture. The property needs to meet cleanliness standards for the price of a 5-star hotel.

Minor overall: Cupboard spaces could have been cleaner. One of two bathroom showers not usable. Clothes drying frame needed repair before use.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2024Location was great, apartment had amazing charm with super cool decorations and furniture. Very spacious. The balcony overlooking the Nile was a fantastic bonus - we loved watching the boats roll by day and night, the river abuzz with activity. A fantastic experience! Abundant great restaurants nearby, we felt totally safe wandering around day and night, and totally loved our stay!
Nothing to complain about! So glad we didn’t select a boring “vanilla” hotel!

Reviewed Oct 13, 2024Excellent hospitality by Omar, he made things available for us, helped us with groceries and other stuff. The location is gorgeous, the best view of zamalek and river nile. The house is beautifully well done and it was absolutely wonderful. Very secure too. Absolutely recommend this. All good restaurants, cafes nearby and delivery is also available. One of the best Apartments I've ever stayed in.
Few lights in the living room and one bathroom were not working, but they were not relevant.
