Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The location was good and the host was willing to adapt to our delayed flight schedule for meeting us for checkin. There was a water filter. Checkout was easy.
It was terribly dirty, the building was filthy, the facilities were nasty and we were always worried the elevator noises were meaning we were about to fall, the drying racks were so covered in filth that had we let clothes touch them before wiping down the rack extensively, it would have ruined our clothes. The host made us meet them in person. They tried to get us to pay significant extra fees upon arrival (I definitely think that Booking.com carries a significant portion of the blame on this, because they won't just give a solid price and try to just say that additional fees may apply, which then the host was trying to tell us that that means that they can add any additional rates, fees, cleaning, taxes and essentially anything else they want). In the end, we had to talk to the higher up host management and they stopped trying to extort us before allowing us to check in.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026The location is marvelous but the property is very old and but this particular apartment is in better condition than the one I had originally booked into. The host graciously let us check it out before we agreed to stay. The water filter on the tap was a nice touch and definitely a great idea.
The towels provided were a little threadbare and the linen is thin and poor quality.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2025Staff Jerry guided us up. We got the 2nd floor. I rent a two bedrooms apartment. Inside 1 room has 2 beds (1 king + 1 singles). In another room has 3 singles. There's only four of us. Comfy bed, clean sheets, clean towels, clean floors, no bad smell, nice double lock entrance (door grilled with pad lock) & 2 swimming pools. Laundry hanging, hangers & pegs provided. Living room & open kitchen same in description. Complete kitchen (dish wash, kettle, microwave oven, ricecooker, fridge & water filter). We pay cash. I was lucky to have read thru the complete payment (printed out booking has details of the real amount you need to pay). Make sure you print your booking, to see VAT % etc $ total amounts. Garbage disposal was at the end of the hall.
TV box lagging. We didn't get to watch any tv. 1 bedroom has dimmer lightings.

its way too expensive and i paid over rm500++ per night for the old house. i wont recommend this place to anybody. there is no fix price its seems they 'play with the price'. i used to stay variety place of service appartment around kk. The best at the loaf kk times square, cheeper look new and value for money..

I'm disappointed that in apps all the facilities are inside the apartment but there is no free toiletries and garbage bag to replace the bin. Also in every room under the bed and living room under the sofa have rubbish and have hair..maybe from the previous renter.. that all..keep it up for the future..😇😇
