Very little towel hangers to dry the towel. Please also refill the coffee pods every day (we had to ask every morning)

窗戶不隔音，所以早上會有點吵。 然後浴室的泡澡不是很方便，會一直漏水出去、水裝不滿。然後他們是中央空調，所以只能開暖氣，我們是從美國來的，所以到了當地覺得很熱 但是沒冷氣 所以只能開窗通風。我想問問是唯一的缺點吧！

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025Location, room and breakfast were great! But it was certainly the staff that made it an exceptionally nice stay. Such kind and helpful employees at the front desk. A special thank you to Evy and Charlie for everything. Additionally, our room was entirely refreshed every day. Plus they offer laundry services! Many luxurious services for a neat and very affordable hotel.
The restaurant level bathrooms could be cleaner and perhaps renovated, but this didn't really impact our stay or the cleanliness elsewhere.

I was having some difficulties navigating the online shopping app, and they patiently assisted me in getting a refund. The room had NO soundproofing, even though soundproofing was mentioned in the room description (and it was the reason why I chose this hotel). I could hear people walking in the corridor from my bed. In the corridor, I could hear people talking in their rooms. Location is nice, but far from metro station.

Nous avons eu tout d’abord une chambre minuscule, très en longueur avec un lit ayant des murs sur trois côtés, nous n’avions pas la place d’ouvrir notre valise, nous avons demandé de changer de chambre, ce qui a été fait le lendemain, la nouvelle chambre était plus confortable. les hôtesses d’accueil parlent peu ou pas anglais et ne sont pas aimables.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Located on a quiet road, the Mia hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service location and cleanliness. When we arrived we were greeted by hotel staff who helped us with our luggage and the check-in process was prompt and polite. Although the room size was small it had everything we needed including a Japanese automatic toilet, which we hadn’t seen at other five star hotels such as the Grand Hyatt. Staff could speak English very well and communicate efficiently. Laundry service is free through front desk staff and is often done within three hours. The hotels cleanliness was exceptional with housekeepers refilling water bottles and disposing of trash almost daily. The closest train station is only a 14 minute walk from the hotel and the location is close to shopping malls (with Uniqlo, Muji and Adidas) which are a nine minute walk away.
Lack of closet space to hang clothes and place outdoor shoes. Smaller rooms are not family friendly but upgrading to the club room could solve this.

The breakfast was quite disappointing and did not meet expectations. The selection was limited, and the cleanliness of the breakfast area was below standard. It was especially unpleasant to see cleaning cloths lying on the coffee machine. Overall, the experience could have been much better.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025駅から遠くないのに周囲が程よく静か。スタッフがフレンドリーで、お掃除担当の方も人当たりが良い。部屋に無料飲料水ボトルが2本あるが、不足の場合は追加でいただくことができるのは、助かりました。ホテル全体がスタイリッシュでモダン。シャワーのでも良く、コンディショナーもある。朝食は近くのカフェを利用したり、駅近のパン屋さんで購入し、お部屋でいただきましたが、のんびりできたところが良かったです。
お部屋の中にちょいちょい修理が必要な箇所があったくらいで滞在にはさほど影響はなかったです。

Ystävällinen henkilökunta ei puhunut juurikaan englantia, mutta kääntäjän avulla asiat selviävät hyvin. Ok aamiainen, ja hotellin yhteydessä oleva ravintola mainio (söin hampurilaisen) laajalla valikoimalla viinejä. Itselle hotelli toimi tällä reissulla tukikohtana ja nukkumispaikkana, joten en kaivannut erityisempiä palveluita (kuten kuntosali tms.). Keskellä paikallista elämää, sopivasti sivussa hulinasta.

The rooms were unfortunately a little loud. The windows to the street were not so well isolated, and I sometimes woke up in the middle of the night due to the noise from cars. Also, the door to the hall also seemed to be quite thin. But the staff was happy to help with ear plugs!

Расположен на тихой и уютной улочке Фрацузского квартала, в пешей доступность от кипящей жизни, маленьких магазинчиков, кафе, ресторанов, шоппинг-молл в 10 минутах хотьбы. На первом этаже летняя терасса кафе-ресторана с европейской кухней, каждый день там что-нибудь заказывали и всё было очень вкусно. В нашей категории номера был фен Dyson, туалетные принадлежности Acqua di Parma, кофе-машина Nespresso, уютные теплые халаты, японский унитаз, кровать в твердым матрасом как я люблю. В основном конечно в номере просто спали без задних ног после 15 000 шагов ежедневно, но как прятно возвращаться после насыщенного впечатлениями дня в приятное глазу пространство.
