The a/c wasn’t running right but didnt lwt anyone know since it was ok enough. Smelled musty and the whole place looks like it needs updated.

I like that there's a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Very convenient.

Cleaning was a bit loud in the mornings. The room they keep their stuff in was right across the hall from my room.

the shower was VERY slippery. Had to hold onto something the whole time.

I wish I could write something here but the cons outweigh the pros.

The pool was heavily over chlorinated, the hallways had an extremely strong scent that made it hard to breathe, the room smelled weird, and overall it was just gross. The breakfast was severely lacking and there were flies hanging out on the bread. The shower didn’t have a door and was open concept which was weird as well. Our room keys were shut off at 7 am the morning of checkout which was incredibly frustrating. If we had been locked out of our room it would have led to even more frustration. Check out isn’t until 11 am so I’m unsure why they’d shut off our keys that early. The arcade is just a bunch of games shoved in a corner. It’s just a weird layout altogether. I don’t recommend staying here. There’s better options that are less disgusting.

It was quiet and easy to get in and out of.

The rooms were dark and very dusty. The coffee pot in the room only made a mess. Didn't pop the top so never brewed coffee.

Breakfast was what we expected. Could use some signage to identify where it is. We were there for a wedding and booked last minute due to some changes but we didn’t mind the stay and it was accommodating for what we needed. The housekeepers were very happy it seemed and asked us to have a nice day, said good morning etc.

Breakfast was sparse but worked for us. Few more options could have been nice.

Love the restaurant and bar on the property after a long day of driving it's nice to be able to walk down and get dinner

I love this hotel overall, I have stayed at this one for a long time, but this last time I stayed, I leave and come back after a long day of running and meetings to come to a dirty room that was left the same way itf waseytaf were short of s when I left,no clean sheets, wash clothes, towels or anything, and when asked the staff about it, they was very rude , and stated they were short of staff , but that had nothing to do with my room nothing cleaned, very disappointed, and really I think I should be entitled to a refund or a free night stay

Dirty room, air condition kept cutting off, making the room too hot to sleep in. Help desk, no help at all. Nothing like the pics on the website. They have you sign paperwork about the rules before giving you the keys, if you don't like it after you've paid, if you don't like the atmosphere can't get your money back, if you don't like the music they play in their bar, can't get your money back. They charge you a deposit fee. The lady behind me checking out was wanting her deposit back, the help desk lady said hold on, let me walk up there with you to check the room first. Breakfast buffet, says one plate per guest, no taking food out. I guess workers walking around to make sure that doesn't happens, they water gravy down to make it last I guess, not thick at all. I asked the lady when checking out for a receipt, she wouldn't give me one. Ask her for a copy of what I signed, she said we don't give out a copy- who doesn't give a copy when asked??

The staff are courteous, available, and responsive. Although the colors of the painted walls is a little dark for my taste, the overall decor is attractive. The food in the restaurant is delicious.

Other than the dark paint, there really isn't anything my husband and I don't like. We've stayed here a number of times and keep coming back because we like it so well.

Broken locks on both doors in room. Door to patio had no lock. Wrong tv remote in room. Stains on bedding. Stains wash cloths. Glass doors coming in were filthy. Had to sign my life away at check in.

Everything exceeded our expectation, everything was smooth from check in, paying, staff was very knowledgeable, room was exceedingly clean and quiet. Check in went very smoothly. We also like that there was a built-in restaurant into the hotel along with a pool. The huge Plus for me and my wife was the walk-in shower. Overall the hotel gives off a very luxurious place to stay for a decent price. Would definitely recommend people stay here.

The only thing that is a minor annoyance, would be that the toilet slightly wobble side to side a little bit, making it feel like it wasn't sturdy or stable when using it.

The decor was great. The lady working the front desk was amazing and even when she was walking into work and we were on our way in too, she was offering to help. I wish I had gotten her name to call her out and compliment her.

The bathroom doors are sliding and not private. The amenities like the coffee may as well have been non existent in the rooms. Breakfast started at 7am, so we couldn't partake. Pool room gates are jenky and games are less functional than they look when booking.

Location, grounds were unkept on the exterior. Inside decor was too dark. Tv volume didn’t work.

There was free breakfast that’s about it.

The eggs had no flavor and the gravy was cold. Orange juice was frozen. The lady taking care of it never wiped off the tables or swept the floor. Having a sign saying 1 plate per guest is a bit much and the sign saying that you will be fined if you took food back to your room. Everyone travels with snacks so taking back something isn’t going to cause bugs.

It was dirty. Pool area very dirty. Dogs barking all the time, there should be a hallway for dogs only and hallway for people with no dogs. Trash cans in rooms way too small.

We always stay here when we come to Lexington and love the hotel and pool area! And the restaurant.

This time we came for our 4th wedding anniversary and wanted the room with the jacuzzi tub in it and was told we could have it but then told we couldn’t. Also my husband comes to eat at barrel 53 just because of their French Fries and they have changed and took the recipe off the menu. Also when we went to the pool there were a lot of people in there drinking alcohol and kids setting off the alarms on the game machines so we didn’t stay long in there

I liked the location of this property

I personally would never try this hotel again, I was disappointed upon arrival the outside maintenance was very ran down. It’s a very noisy hotel, the pool area was so loud from the children screaming and running the halls past 11:00pm ( not sure if this pool even closed ) not to mention the parking lot party that was being held when we pulled back into the property. Fold out chairs and open containers everywhere, we even seen children using the restroom outside on the property. Not an ideal place for children in my opinion.

Had pizza at restaurant. Pretty sure it was day old or more reheated and rock had crust. Pool tables had no cue ball. Breakfast lukewarm.

Thr place smelled awful. Weed, manure, cigarettes (despite being a smoke-free place). The towels were so old, discolored, and pebbley that they were disgusting. Signs on the restaurant door said that people under 21 cannot enter. We tried to bring food outside to eat it, but outside area was trash and convered in cigarette butts. The rooms themselves were clean but had very little lighting. The drawers to the side tables wouldn't shut and just stuck out. Would not recommend this place or ever stay in it again. The front desk person wasn't very friendly either.

The staff at the bar and restaurant were very busy and I appreciate that but no smiles and no acknowledgement is not the best to make you want to stay and enjoy this part of the hotel. So we didn't!

The grass was full of trash, and there were at least two cars with people sleeping in them!

Staff was VERY friendly and helpful - both the front desk staff and the cleaning team (especially the cleaning team!) They always greeted me with a smile and friendly conversation. When a group of guests in the adjacent room got loud and angry (fighting), the gentleman (manager) did a wonderful job controlling the guests and asking them to leave, without incident. I was very impressed by his skill and concern for them as well as all other guests. The onsite restaurant (Barrel 53) was excellent - hidden gem. The chef introduced himself and was wonderful. The meals, prepared from scratch exceeded expectations. The bartenders and wait staff were attentive and friendly. This was very unexpected and wonderful.

Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. Same selection (with no variations) each of the three days we were there. Seating was not large enough to accommodate all diners on Saturday. Lounge chair in the room was sturdy but cheap cushions. Not enough lighting in the room to read at night.

Everything. got out of the car to witness a man receiving a blow job by the door we needed to walk in to get to our room. we had our small children with us. the room itself matches the vibes you get when you realize there’s a gentleman’s club next door. whole place feels like a brothel.

The housekeeping staff is there rude and lied about cleaning my room I paid to much money for my room not to be clean and then my bathroom door was off track only polite staff was the ones I met at check out
