The room was quite nice with decent amenities. The location was also good.

The staff at times felt very rigid. For example I asked whether I can exchange some USD to LKR and the lady at the front office said No (suggestion - please see whether you can do this, it helps your guests so much) after which I asked do you know any place that I can go for this and again, a single word answer - No. Id expect a bit more warmth and support from the hospitality industry. Also the breakfast is very limited. While its ok ish, surely you can do better. The cups, mugs at my room were a bit dirty as well..obviously I washed them and used but would expect house keeping to look at these in advance.

Too expensive. We paid around 10000 rupees and even breakfast was not included in their deal .We were given a twin bed and post check-in we requested for the bed to be joined but the Matress was so bad that it was creating a gap in between beds . Around 9:30 or 10 we wanted to grab a coke bottle but the restaurant denied.they didn’t even allowed my Delievery till reception,we had to go out and collect it.

I had a wonderful stay at Bloom Hub last month. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience feel effortless. The hosts went above and beyond, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was excellent for getting around. I especially loved the breakfast. It was fresh and delicious each morning. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary food they provided for my 5-year-old, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Great hospitality all around. Highly recommended.

Nothing really! The unique thing is their passion to serve. They're always welcoming and cheerful and it will cheer your mood too. On the last day of the stay, I was frustrated with the Bengaluru traffic when I was coming back to the hotel from a friend's home. As soon as I entered the hotel, the staff's welcome and smile changed my mood.

I liked the fact that the property is very clean and well maintained.

I didn't like the fact that extremely loud music was playing in the banquet hall at / after 11 pm which was making very difficult for me to go to sleep. I find this completely unprofessional and extremely insensitive on behalf of the management to allow something like this.

Traffic is too much while coming from embassy tech village…

The rooms were modern and sheets like new. The lobby area on each level with free drinks and snacks was nice touch Breakfast area was lovely and food tasty

We were on level 4 and level 5 was bar area which had loud music which could be heard at times but it did stop by midnight so not an issue really

Super clean professional and perfect for families or business travel to anywhere in ORR region in bangalore. Staff super cooperative. Super clean. Tech savvy. Great restaurant and bar at the place. Value for money totally. Highly recommend

Swimming pool is actually a large tub . Water bottles in rooms can be bigger and recyclable .

The only problem (and we really hope Bloom fixes it) is that check-in was traumatic because the staff was insisting on getting separate phone numbers for each guest (including our teenage son). We wanted to give only one number for the entire group as is usual with all other hotel check-ins since we try not to share our data indiscriminately. Anyway this was at 11pm at night after a long day of travel and took a while to resolve. After the intro to Bloom- the services and facilities was so incredibly good that it managed to make us reverse our first unfavourable impression, so well done!

Very nice hotel, clean and new. You can have a buffer dinner at the hotel which is very nice. Free bottled water.

Really nice breakfast spread. Room was big, and the location is fantastic - right on the main road. Clean rooms and great staff. Unfortunately, couldn't spend too much time exploring the amenities.

Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft.

Location is very convenient for all who have work in the Marathahalli, Whitefield and nearby areas. Breakfast has a very good spread. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean.

All facilities were available, staff was friendly buffet was economical and the bar was also available.

Th buffet door was hard to figure if it opened inwards or outwards. Had wifi issues but didn't tell front desk so its on me too

I recently stayed at the Hotel and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. the food was too good , i love love love the bloomrooms.

Everything was fine. Service was outstanding in this hotel. Specially room was very clean and comfortable with AC TV WiFi. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very nice. Dinner was also very tasty.

We had a great experience at BloomRooms Hotel, good location, excellent staff, great food.
