Très bon hotel. La chambre familiale est vraiment très grande, avec ses 2 salles de bains et sa baignoire. Le personnel est adorable. L'hotel est parfaitement situé, a coté de la gare et dans le vieux Hanoi.

The location was great, within 5 minutes walking distance to Hoa Lo Prison museum and Hanoi Train street. Many restaurants near by too. We really enjoyed the room and all staff were friendly and helpful. We would come back to the hotel if we visit Hanoi again.!

This hotel was incredible - from the start at check in to the end we could not fault anything- everyone was so kind and accommodating and we will definitely be back again to stay!

Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue sencillamente impecable de principio a fin. El trato del personal no fue solo atento, sino verdaderamente humano y exquisito. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir especiales: nos recibieron en la habitación con fruta fresca y una botella de vino. Sin embargo, lo que realmente nos llegó al corazón fue una nota de agradecimiento hecha a mano con tanto cariño que literalmente me hizo saltar las lágrimas. La habitación era muy espaciosa y acogedora. La iluminación ambiental era suave y relajante; aun así, como mencioné que quería leer un poco, no tardaron ni cinco minutos en subirme una lámpara de lectura especial. Ese nivel de atención al detalle marca la diferencia. Como broche de oro, el último día nos facilitaron un espacio para ducharnos y cambiarnos antes de ir al aeropuerto, lo cual agradecimos enormemente después de todo el día recorriendo Hanói. ¡Un 10 absoluto!

Très localisation pour profiter de la ville. Accueil exemplaire. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La suite familiale est très confortable et spacieuse. 4 nuits . Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute et aced plaisir. C est 10/10 pour moi.

Mỗi khi tôi trở lại Việt Nam thì tôi đều lưu trú tại đây khoảng 3 ngày. Lý do tôi không chọn nơi khác vì ở đây mọi thứ rất tuyệt vời và các bạn nhân viên vô cùng chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện. Vị trí rất đẹp và thuận tiện, phòng ở vô cùng sạch sẽ và gọn gàng. Tôi đánh giá 10/10.

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Kim and Thao. Their hospitality and attention to detail is commendable! They helped book two tours- ha long catamaran and ninh Binh day trip. Both were memorable experiences! Breakfast buffet had many options and delicious food.

Our room shower didn’t really have cold water. We turned the knobs trying to get cold water but it was challenging.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. Even before we arrived, they were available to answer any questions on WhatsApp and provided an excellent transfer from the airport. We were lucky to have our room upgraded, which gave us a brilliant base to explore Hanoi from at the start of our Vietnam holiday. The hotel is brilliantly located in the Old Quarter - it is very easy to get around and the staff will happily help you find your way. Lovely spa facilities and a huge variety of food served at breakfast.

Some of the foods at breakfast were listed as “vegetable” but turned out to contain meat, which made it a bit more challenging for me as a vegetarian. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay!

As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary drink and fresh fruit. The staff also explained the hotel’s facilities and services in detail. The room was extremely spacious for three people, and we were delighted to find complimentary fruit and wine waiting for us in the room! Every staff member was incredibly friendly. Whenever we saw them, they would make small talk and greet us warmly. The doormen were always there to open the doors, which was especially helpful when we were carrying a lot of luggage. To my surprise, they even gave me a gift when I checked out. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed in the family suite and rooms were huge, really nice and clean. It was so nice having this comfortable base in Hanoi and kept coming back after going off to Sapa and Ha Long Bay. Staff was amazing and no issues offering us a comfortable shower before our night train and keeping our luggage while we went off on overnight trips. A short walk to Old Quarter but quiet at night which we liked.

Ne-a placut totul. Am fost întâmpinați cald si frumos, cu fructe, o bautura rece si prosoape. Check-inul a fost rapid ,iar domnisoara de la receptie foarte amabilă și profesionistă. I-am explicam situația noastră ca am avea nevoie de late check-out si ne-au ajutat cu acest lucru fara nicio taxa i plus. Si chiar si după check-out ne-au pregătit o camera sa putem face un duș si sa ne pregătim de zborul lung spre casă. Am rezervat o suită, iar in camera ne-a așteptat si un cos cu fructe si o sticla de vin. Camera foarte spațioasă, curată, totul mirosea bine. Baia imensa si foarte frumoasă. Toate cosmeticele din baie miroseau divin. Micul dejun bun, nimic special, dar aveai din toate. Personalul ,începând de la cel care deschidea ușa de fiecare data cand ieșeam si intram in hotel, cu personalul de la recepție si cel de la restaurat, toti au fost atat de amabili, de profesioniști, de dedicați. Am rămas placut surprinși si ne-am simțit cu adevărat apreciați fiind tratați atat de frumos. La plecare am primit si un mic cadou foarte frumos. Va voi recomanda oricând și vom reveni oricând cu drag. Bravo Acoustic! Va meritați din plin nota mare!

Zona de pe acoperiș ( skybarul) cred ca era in lucru ,iar o parte nu avea nicio balustrada de protecție. Pentru a intra in restaurant trebuia sa treci prin acea zona, iar noi având copii mici trebuia sa fim foarte atenți cu aceștia, nefiind nimic pentru siguranță. Dar cred ca acest lucru se va remedia deoarece am văzut ca se lucrează

Amazing hotel in a great location, 2 minutes away from train street and approx 15 min walk from the Old quarter. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfy. The staff were all amazing, very corteous and customer focused. Breakfast was good, with different options.

Accueil extrêmement chaleureux et professionnel dans ce très bel hôtel situé en centre ville. La chambre très spacieuse et la literie sont très confortables. La climatisation silencieuse. La salle de bains est magnifique. Comme notre vol pour Hué était tardif, le staff a très gentiment mis à notre disposition une chambre afin que nous puissions nous changer et nous doucher avant notre départ. Un sens du service très haut de gamme. Merci pour cette très délicate attention à l'image de votre accueil 🥰 !

Hubby and I were treated like king and queen at the Acoustic hotel. Everything went extremely smoothly from the check in to the check out. Fiona, the head of staff, was so friendly, she even run out the door to tell us bye when we left. I have no words to express how grateful we are for all the staff. So, what makes this hotel stand out is the employees friendliness, politeness but also their attention to detail. Besides the remarkable service, our room was outstanding. Decorated for our honeymoon (thank you so much for the surprise), it was comfortable and quiet. We also both enjoyed a massage, and that too, was excellent. Lastly: the location is perfect and the buffet breakfast offers various and tasty food. Truly, this hotel is the place to go.

Hôtel parfaitement situé, personnel toujours aux petits soins. Possibilité de prendre une douche après le check-out, ce qui peut être vraiment top si vous avez un long trajet derrière car il fait très chaud et très pollué à Hanoï.

On entendait beaucoup les bruits de la rue tôt le matin, alors qu'on était au 7ème étage. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être meilleur.

Fiona welcomed us and arranged all our stay. This included transfers and advice on local attractions. I know this is common in most hotels, but Fiona and all the staff we met, were exceptional. From the welcoming drink in the foyer, to the complementary fruit and wine in the room, the service was truly exceptional. The staff are charming and smile all the time, they are well trained, professional and smartly dressed, a true delight to interact with. The rooms, we stayed in, two, as we went to Halong Bay and returned to the hotel, both were very roomy, tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The location is great, train street is a 10 minute walk and there's a geart restaurant just around the corner. If and when I return to Hanoi, I will certainly stay at this hotel.

Por segunda vez nos hemos alojado en el Acoustic Premium hotel, a la vuelta de Halong y como punto final a nuestros 16 días por Vietnam. Las 2 habitaciones, estupendas; limpias, amplias y cómodas y el desayuno muy bueno. El personal, excelente. Agradecemos mucho el detalle del hotel de guardarnos las maletas después de nuestro Check-in porque nuestro avión salía a las 12 de la noche y permitir que nos diéramos una ducha antes de salir para el aeropuerto y después de haber estado todo el día recorriendo Hanoi con temperaturas altas.

Es stimmte einfach alles. Wir fühlten uns wie die Könige. Jeder Wunsch wurde einem von den Augen abgelesen. Wir schliefen im „neuen“ Teil des Hauses, welcher im Juni 2025 eröffnet wurde. Moderne Zimmer, ein ultra bequemes Bett, frisches Obst, Wasserflaschen und eine Flasche Wein standen im Zimmer für uns parat. Begrüßt wurden wir persönlich von den lieben Menschen der Rezeption direkt als wir aus dem Auto ausstiegen. 2 Pagen kümmerten sich um unser Gepäck. Die beiden Herren stehen unermüdlich den ganzen Tag vor der Tür und öffnen den Gästen mit einem herrlichen Lächeln und einer freundlichen Begrüßung die Tür. Nach einem feuchten Tuch und umfangreichen Informationen zum Hotel wurden wir persönlich zu unserem Zimmer begleitet. Dieses Hotel lässt keinen Wunsch offen und wir können es jedem empfehlen. Getoppt wurde der Service bei unserem checkout. Wir haben nichts erwartet und wurden mit einem kleinen Verabschiedungsgeschenk überrascht. Der Service nahm kein Ende denn unser Rückflug ging erst spät am Abend. Also wurde uns angeboten, dass Gepäck aufzubewahren und bei Abholung im Duschraum eine frische Dusche zu nehmen, um nicht verschwitzt zum Flughafen fahren zu müssen. Das Grab stand vor der Tür und es wurden uns 2 Wasserflaschen mit auf die Fahrt gegeben… jeder Mitarbeiter war zu jeder Zeit freundlich, zuvorkommend und äußerst angenehm. Wir waren sprachlos und waren froh, zum Abschluss unserer Vietnamreise dieses Hotel gewählt zu haben. Wir kommen sehr sehr gern wieder…

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gut Lage, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen ohne, dass man im Altstadttrubel steckt. Unser Familienzimmer war groß und komfortabel, mit 2 Zimmern und 2 Badezimmern. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls perfekt.

Man konnte nicht kalt duschen, allerdings haben wir uns auch nicht nachgefragt.

Superbe hôtel au plein cœur de Hanoï juste à côté du Old quarter. Les chambres sont vraiment très grandes. Propreté et literie parfaites. Le personnel est vraiment adorable aux petits soins. On nous a permis de prendre la chambre dès 11h du matin sans supplément. Petit déjeuner très bien, n’hésitez pas à demander les plats chauds ( œufs … ) ils sont inclus dans le prix.

Friendly accommodating staff who made us feel at home. Breakfast has a good selection to choose from and the omelette they serve is perhaps the best I’ve had travelling. Nice city view from breakfast room and the hotel is makes an ideal base to see all major attractions is close to old quarter.

From the location, to the room, breakfast and comfort I'd like to especially mention the staff: genuinely friendly and helpful people, way past being professional and polite due to the nature of their job! The hotel and it’s adjoining property or immaculate. Bold and vibrant colors met you everywhere. The staff was most attentive. There in an on-site spa and they do a wonderful job. My stay was short but jam-packed with excitement. Right in the middle of Old Hanoi Town, you have access to everything.

There wasn’t anything I did not like about my stay. I had a wonderful stay.

For first time tourists, it offered almost everything. We can enjoy the breakfast early enough for our arranged schedule.

Mooi en goed hotel in het centrum van Hanoi..zeer centraal gelegen. Alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden zijn te voet binnen een half uur te bereiken. Zeer attent en vriendelijk personeel. Vervoer vanaf de luchthaven werd perfect geregeld. Hetzelfde gold voor de simkaarten. Deze lagen klaar bij de receptie. 4 GB per dag , 28 dagen geldig voor 300.000 VND. Bij vertrek werd nog geïnformeerd naar de rest van de reis. Zouden we vanuit Hanoi vertrekken, dan konden we gebruik maken van de douches en de koffers achterlaten, zonder te overnachten. Klasse. Al met al een aanrader.
