Location was great, right on the beach and easy walk to bars and restaurants. Rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaners were fab

Place was tired and dirty at times. Cans of drink on the floor round the pool and we would walk past 2 days later and they were still there. Staff didnt seem overly helpful, except for reception who were good. But bar/restaurant staff not great. We were going to book a poolside suite but when we looked at it, it looked nothing like the pictured and wasn't worth the extra money so just went with the standard room. Was disappointing

Tout l'hôtel est en état de laisser aller, tout est vétuste, usé, sale... terriblement déçu car nous avons payé plus cher que la plupart des autres établissements où nous avons été, est ça étais de loin le pire!! Je ne recommande absolument pas !

The location was the only and best selling point. Or room, once settled was impressive location right ON the beach. We loved the direct access!!

Way way way overpriced, grounds not maintained, breakfast was mediocre at best. Menu is limited and not well represented. Ordered the French onion soup; anyone who knows this item would be completely disappointed as I was. It is supposed to be beef base and should have a healthy amount of onions then roasted as served; well it was not. The food is just basic. It also takes forever once ordered. The property is in desperate need of repair.

Our dripping aircon in our room wet the floor badly and kept my wife up. I slept through though and would recommend this location to all travellers

Excellent location right next to the beach and the main walking street of Krabi. Lovely property...great staff and nice breakfast spread. Private beach access for hotel guests that gives you one of the best scenic sunsets to offer. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Отель очень очень старый. В номере был сильно шумный кондиционер , который практически гудел . Все сливы в ванной и туалете были так же шумные и скрипучие. Территория отеля очень не ухоженная , в бассейне отваливается плитка , крыша на балом вся ржавая и в грибке , вокруг бассейна капая то канава с гнилыми листьями . Даже увидели крысу в урне . Не встретишь персонала , пришли на бассейн были около часа так и не увидела никого , чтобы попросить открыть зонтики . В общем сервиса почти нет . Фотографии номеров и отеля на booking видимо сделаны много летназад

De graves problèmes d’entretien en particulier de climatisation et de ventilation. C’est indiscutable. Moisissures sur les grilles de ventilation & climatisation mais également sur les murs, & rideaux. Constat inacceptable pour un hôtelier.

Brilliant location, our room was very nice and the bed was super comfy. Housekeeping was fantastic, and reception was also super quick with any requests we had. It's a fantastic place overall, a bit dated, sure, but the location makes up for everything. Highly recommended.

Resort needs some maintenance. Cleaning staff did very little and didn't replenish rooms as required or expected. Had to ask for basics like towels and toilet paper

Pools were hot , aircon noisy , cleaning was hit and miss sometimes got towels some times not , same as toilet rolls and you need to argue with staff to get a second card fir your room

Tous le monde connaît le krabi resort. Dans un espace de verdure super bien entretenue au cœur de Ao Nang. Superbe. Petit déj gargantuesque.

Impossible d’avoir un double de clé de la chambre quand vous êtes coincé dehors ( famille partie en visite avec la clé) C'est quand même moyen pour un hôtel de cette catégorie de rester 2h dehors pour cette raison. Petites bouteilles en verre dans la chambre gratuites , mais les grandes en plastique payantes . Bof bof .

It’s a great hotel spread across beautifully landscaped areas with some nice pools, a mini golf, children’s club, and restaurant. The location is excellent and it’s peaceful despite being in a busy tourist town.

Kamer was ruim en netjes , mooi groen resort en mooi centraal gelegen zou er nog een keer heen gaan.

Zwembad is echt toe aan opknap beurt , zwembad bar is ranzig en steekt beton ijzer uit delen .. echt zonde van het resort . Je wilt geen dagje bij zwembad door brengen , zeker voor Thaise begrippen slecht , lopen hoop geld mis hierdoor En ontbijt was echt slecht en duur , gewoon buiten de deur eten.

The resort is beautiful - so much better than the photos. You feel like you're in a well maintained jungle - lots of greenery, ponds, trees. The beach is gorgeous, with lots of loungers placed in the shade to enjoy the view and rest after the swim. We chose the pool room with balcony and it was very spacious - we had extra bed so 3 people in the room. It was cleaned daily. The resort is well placed about 3min walk to the street bustling with shops, restaurants. Everything you may want within short walk. Staff very friendly, accommodating special requests. If you're searching for a nice place in Thailand Ao Nang is fantastic - great base to explore islands, beaches, jungle treks, there is lots to do. Great night market is 15min walk or quick tuk-tuk ride

I'm super picky and honestly could not find a flaw

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel malgré les avis médiocres pour son emplacement et c’est clairement le point fort de l’établissement. L’hôtel est en plein cœur de la ville et en plus il dispose d’une plage privée ce qui est un énorme avantage.

L’hôtel est vieillissant, les chambres et infrastructures méritent un rafraîchissement. La grande piscine est franchement kitch. Le mini golf…. C’est juste une blague!

Meget Gammelt ig slidt, Vi bestilte luxury rooms som skulle være bedre end delux værelse. Str mæssigt ja men slidt og gammelt værelser. aircon fungere ikke,tv fungere ikke, ventilator og lys fungere ikke, og vi havde 3 værelser og samme problemer. Vi bestilte 3 værelser ved siden af hinanden og gav dem klart besked men fik dem ikke ved ankomst og først næste dag.

Well located and nested in the lush landscape. Staff were very friendly and offered several times to assist us. Aircon was not functioning as required and after reporting it the Engineer rectified the issue within 20min allowing us to really enjoy the Guestroom experience. Thank you.

I think the breakfast slot of only 2 hours makes the morning a bit of rush especially if, like us, you enjoy training/running first thing in the morning. Although the breakfast spread was not extravagant, it did have a selection of everything you would expect and also had a egg station with fantastic omelets.

Great location. The staff were fantastic, and my room was always kept nice and clean.

The place is a bit tired in terms of looks. My bed was as hard as a rock, which didn’t help. Also, the breakfast area was outside, with all the food out in the heat. Eggs were cooked fresh but left uncovered, and flies all up in the maple syrup pump… a bit yuck. No alternative milks available for people who don’t drink dairy. Swim up bar was nice but rarely staffed.

Staff Attitude is really sick ....overall from reception to security all same ...infra too old and not maintained same breakfast menu no change and flies hovering over fruits and veggies

We absolutely loved our room. It was in a fantastic location right by the High Street but also on the beach but felt like you were in the middle of the jungle.

Did not have the friendliest staff of all the places that we had been. When we said we wanted to stay an extra night they called us about three times within 20 minutes asking when we were going to come down and pay even though we hadn’t finished our existing stay yet.

Compared to our stay 12 months ago the facilities were run down, lawns and gardens are very overgrown. The whole resort can do with a freshen up if they want to continue charging their prices.

Nuestra habitación olia mucho a humedad, la tv no funcionaba, habia polvoen las mesitas de noche y las lamparitas y las paredes del baño no estaban muy limpias..

Des Personal ist sehr unfreundlich behandeln Touristen wie zweite Klasse und sehr unfreundlich die Rezeption legt einen einfach ins gesicht auf wenn sie keine Lust mehr haben zu reden. Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte saniert werden wie die ganze Anlage und Frühstück würde ich niemanden empfehlen sieht alles nicht aus wie auf den Bildern

Great people,always ready to help, tempo is slower here. Rooms are in quiet garden, beautiful nature and animals. Near beach and near city center. Things little bit worn off, but we dont need everything to be new and shiny and super clean.I want to thank for better room near pool (which was too hot to swim in). Probably only place on ao nang beach, where you can lay on the beach-the rest is full of boats. I loved the screaming cicadas, they were extra noisy. There is 1x0,5 l water a day for person free. No other drink is included.

Food. Kitchen was really bad(no health issues here)-there was small limited menu and we had full pension which couldnt be cancelled. Also It felt like pre-frost meal as lowcost as they could. Beach and sea are full of plastics (its not really error of employees) and its really dirty, like old pond, there are also too many noisy and stinky ships.(I now there is shipyard, but too much is too much). Also make sure you can climb steep stairs if you want to go to the sea.

The room was spacious. The dinner in the room was also good, compared to the food offered outside the resort in Ao Nang.

On the second night we had to change the room because of a total infestation by insects (two types: flying and creeping). They seemed to come out from the wall behind/under the bed. I suppose such an occurance cannot be avoided 100%. The staff dealt promptly and satisfactorily to the issue. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved. Also the general equipment (shower heads, toilet seats, sinks' taps) needs maintenance.

l'emplacement par rapport à la plage, la situation des appartements au milieu de la végétation le personnel d'entretien et d'aide etait parfait !

1- le personnel à notre arrivée 2- la vétusté absolument partout. la piscine à refaire complètement. le bois doit avoir 50ans... on voit parfois des déchets au sol. l'intérieur des appartements est très vieillissant. les lumières ne sont pas pratique du tout. on est obligé daller sur un panneau de gestion des lumières et de la climatisation à chaque fois qu'on rentre. les carreaux de la salle de bain sont sales, les toilettes aussi. Les robinets, lavabo, siphon sont rouillés ! 3- malgré une taille démesurée de la salle de bain, nous n'avons rien pour susprendre et ranger certains vêtements. 4- la climatisation est un enfer ! elle fonctionne mais souffle sans cesse directement sur nous lorsqu'on dort. malgré avoir mis 25° et "low" elle continue de souffler fort !

EINFACH EIN HORROR WIE BEKOMMT DIESES HOTEL 4 STERNE??????Bei der Reception äuserst unfreundlich und auf keinesfalls hilfsbereit Zimmer war desolat kostenpunkt ca 2400 Euro wir hatten eine große Terrasse jedoch könnten wir sie nicht benutzen da es zu heiß war und wir nichteinmal gegen Bezahlung einen Sonnenschirm zu verfügung gestellt bekamen DER EINE STERN IST NUR FÜR DIE LAGE Es wurde und vorgeschlagen ein zimmer upgrate zu machen um Zusatzkosten von 2900 euro REINE ABZOCKUNG. Keine Bademäntel Hausschlapfen und auf der Terasse Aschenbecher für Raucher wie angekündigt. GROßES WIRLPOOL JEDOCH NICHT ZU VERWENDEN DA DEFECKT.FRÜHSTÜCK einfältig und teilweise kalt Salz und Pfeffer musste man sich vom Buffet selber nehmen da keine Salz und Pfefferstreuer für die Tische vorgesehen sind. Es war bis 10 Uhr Frühstück die Tische wurden aber schon um ca 9.30 abgeräumt. Wer später zum Frühstück erscheint bekommt das was übrig geblieben ist da nicht nachgelegt wird. Frühstückstische mussten sich die gäste selber abräumen POOL teileise rausgebrochene Fliesen Die Mistkübel waren um 10 Uhr Vormittags noch immer vom Vortag Randvoll.IN DIESEN HOTEL IST SICHER NICHT DER GAST WILLKOMMEN SONDERN NUR GELD. wir fliegen seit ca 20 Jahre nach Thailand in den Urlaub waren auch schon in kleineren billigeren Hotels ABER SO ETWAS HABEN WIR NOCH NICHT ERLEBT Wo man in anderen Hotels einen Willkommen Drink bekommt wird einem hier eine Mappe vorgelegt wo darin steht was was kostet wenn man es kaputt macht DIE POOLBAR WAR AUCH IMMER NUR SPÄRLICH BESETZT UND AUCH DAS RESTAURANT AM POOL WAR NICHT IN BETRIEB. Wir sind sehr entäuscht und können jeden nur abraten in diesen Hotel trotz schöner Anlage abzusteigen.

La piscine est très sale (le fond , les bords , tout est jaune ) Nous avons abimer 3 maillot a cause de cette couleur jaune , je ne sais pas si c’était un produit à eux mais quand j’ai été en parlé à l’accueil il ont dit ce n’était pas leur piscine qui m’avais rendu les maillot jaune … il n’ont rien voulu faire comme geste ou même proposer les maillots à leur frais fin déçue . Les chambres sont vieillotte , les douches abîmée au niveau du carrelages. Le déjeuner pas terrible mes amis qui déjeune sale , disait c’était sans goût , froid (pour les œufs) … c’est l’hôtel le plus cher qu’on a pris sur toute nos vacances et c’est celui qu’on ai le plus déçu
