Hajnalban érkeztünk meg, és fogadtak minket. Upgrade-eltek bennünket, így pezsgőfürdős szobát kaptunk - ennek nagyon örültünk! A reggeli finom volt, minden nap volt 1-1 új étel. Az üdítő automatát is bármikor lehetett használni a nap folyamán. Közel van a vonat megálló. Minden nap kaptunk friss törölközőt és vizet is. A személyzet nagyon kedves, ha bármi hiányunk / kérdésünk volt, azt a leghamarabb pótolták. :) Összességében ajánlom!

A hangszigetelés nem a legjobb. A mi szomszédaink nagyon hangosak voltak (ami nem a szállás hibája), olyan hangosan nevettek és beszélgettek, mintha egy szobában lettünk volna. A szoba ajtó alatt 1-2 cm-s rés van, ahol beszűrődik a fény. Ezen lehetne javítani! A reggeliző hely kicsit kicsi, viszont reggelente pár másodpercet kellett várnunk, és le is tudtunk ülni!

Το χαμάμ και το σάουνα με ατμό μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ αλλά οι Ξηρή σάουνα δεν ζεσταινόταν πολύ καλά. Και η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλά σε ένα πολύ κεντρικό δρόμο που πάντα έχει αγορά και metro και έχει δύο μεγάλα mall σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση

Χρειάζεται ένα Εξαεριστήρας ε για το Πισίνα γιατί είναι κλειστή και λίγο ενοχλεί το μερουδιά και κάτι που δεν φταίει ξενοδοχεία αλλά μπορούν να βάλουν ένα σημείωμα στην εστιατόριο για πρωινό για αγράμματος που αποκορεύετε να βήχουν πάνω στο φαγητά😷😡🤮😱🤔🤭 χωρίς να χρησιμοποιήσουν χαρτοπετσέτα πάνω στο πρωινά που χρησιμοποιεί ο κόσμος δυστυχώς κάποιος πελάτες ήταν πολύ χαμηλής χαμηλής ντάξει κοινωνίας.🫣🤧🤧🤧

Muy mala experiencia. No hacen las habitaciones ni cambian las toallas, aunque estén totalmente mojadas. Ni siquiera reponen el papel higiénico, que nos lo hemos tenido que comprar nosotros. Para colmo, un día llegamos y nos encontramos la puerta de la habitación abierta de par en par. Y mi pregunta es: si no limpian, no hacen la cama ni cambian nada, ¿para qué abrieron la habitación y la dejaron abierta? La falta de seguridad e higiene es absoluta. El bufet libre está tan lleno que ni siquiera se puede caminar; hay claramente más aforo del permitido. Reservamos 11 noches y la primera noche, llegando cansados, nos dieron una habitación reducida con una sola cama de 80 cm habiendo pagado por una doble para dos personas. No recomiendo este lugar

The price is great for what you are getting, the staff is helpful and friendly, although the location is not near any monuments - it is great and there are many other things outside of sightseeing which can be done.

It pains me to say it, but I have to be honest to help both the hotel and visitors make their choice - the misuses were that the towels and bedsheets had stains and weren't clean (at least on day 1 and 2). Another inconvenience was that we got a complaint for being in the hot tub, by some neighbour who had been able to see us?!(No one was naked) Which really is absurd, because the buildings which are high enough are also too far to see clearly without binoculars or some device, so take that into account. I give a score 8/10, but I believe with a bit more love it can be exceptional 11/10

- Fittings were poorly done such as flimsy toilet role holder, faulty bedside drawer, broken TV remote, curtains kept falling off the top rail. - Furniture quality such as bathoom vanity unit, shower door or bidet were all poor quality and faulty- We could not waste our holiday chasing them to fix or replace stuff - Daily cleaning needed monitoring or corners would’ve been cut for instance some days a bin clearing was missed. - Poor sound insulation as we could hear neighbouring guests talking, flushing the toilet etc. - Lift was faulty and kept closing before everyone were off, at times scary as it would stop half way between two floors. - Gym was under construction and pool was not impressive - Triple rooms were small for three people

Am rezervat o cameră family pentru 3 adulți și 1 copil, însă la sosire ni s‑a spus că nu este disponibilă și ni s‑au oferit două camere alternative. Una fără geam, cu miros puternic de țigară și purici pe cearșaf, iar cealaltă extrem de mică, potrivită doar pentru o singură persoană. După ce am solicitat înlocuirea, am primit abia atunci camera pe care o rezervasem și o plătisem. Experiență dezorganizată și necorespunzătoare pentru o familie. La piscină era miros puternic de țigară și este obligatorie purtarea unei căști de cârpă , pe care o poți achiziționa cu suma modică de 200 TL) Clar nu voi mai reveni .

Le personnel est très accueillant, chaleureux et disponible. Mention speciale à Agah qui a été super pendant notre séjour et qui a toujours su être disponible en cas de question. L’hôtel est également bien situé : il se trouve à proximité d’un centre commercial ainsi que d’une rue assez passante avec plusieurs commerces. Il est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais celui-ci reste facilement accessible.

Le spa était moyennement propre et je n’ai pas osé l’utiliser. L’intérieur du tiroir de la table de chevet était sale et n’avait visiblement pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivé. Nous avions deux lits, un simple et un double, mais le lit simple n’avait pas de couette. Le mobilier est un peu vieillissant. L’isolation phonique est insuffisante : nous entendions facilement les chambres voisines. Il y avait également des nuisances sonores le matin en semaine, notamment liées à des travaux et aux klaxons des voitures. Le ménage quotidien était assez léger : lit fait et serviettes changées, mais certains consommables n’étaient pas systématiquement renouvelés. Par exemple, du papier toilette nous a été donné une fois sans être renouvelé par la suite. L’ascenseur était régulièrement bloqué, ce qui nous obligeait à prendre les escaliers alors que nous étions au 6e étage. Sur nos 6 jours de séjour, nous avons été privés de climatisation pendant 3 jours. Je ne sais pas s’il s’agissait d’un problème ponctuel ou récurrent, mais cela reste assez gênant. Le petit déjeuner était décevant : peu diversifié, avec plusieurs produits manquants. Le nombre de places dans la salle était également limité. Il nous est arrivé de faire plusieurs allers-retours avant de trouver une place, et la fermeture du petit déjeuner impose de manger assez rapidement afin de laisser la place aux autres clients. L’odeur du gel douche n’était pas agréable du tout (je me douchais en apnée). La qualité et le débit de la connexion internet étaient assez moyens. J’ai même dû me rendre au centre commercial voisin pour pouvoir travailler dans de bonnes conditions.

Le petit déjeuner était passable,limité et répétitif

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück mit dem offenen Buffet gefallen. Die Auswahl war gut und das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Leider gab es mehrere Punkte, mit denen wir nicht zufrieden waren. Wir haben eine einstündige Massage bezahlt, die jedoch nur ungefähr 30 Minuten gedauert hat. Auch das Hamam hat uns enttäuscht, da es für uns kein richtiges Hamam war, sondern eher wie eine normale Dusche. Die Parksituation war eine Katastrophe. Im Fitnessraum waren außerdem die Geräte defekt. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass uns das Hotel trotz dieser Probleme nicht entgegengekommen ist.

Első nap megérkeztünk nem a kifizetett szobába raktak be 2 egyszemélyes undorító szobába és 3-an voltunk másnap délután adták oda a kifizetett szobát. Undorító penészes volt a medenc, spa rész

Helemaal niets. Zelfde als dat je in gevangenis bent. Geen raam niks. Zwembad min -0 graden niemand kan zwemmen. En de spa enz is een andere bedrijf met happy end. Dat booking met zulke hotels werkt is heel laag

Geen raam. Onze kamer werd doorverhuurd toen we kwamen. Kregen we andere kamer met geen uitzicht. Onze douche had geen schuifraam dus alle water kwam kamer binnen als je ging douchen. Sauna staat nooit aan. Stoombad zon vieze lucht van schimmel er komt geen frisse lucht binnen of buiten. Tablet gestolen van mijn vriend. Werd niks aan gedaan. Je kan beter ergens anders blijven!!!!

Ne am simțit minunat în acest hotel, camerele arată exact ca în poze și au fost foarte atenți la nevoile noastre.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Lage. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut haben uns die Frühstücke gefallen – sie waren sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker.

Am Anfang gab es ein kleines Problem mit unserem Zimmer, da es nicht ganz passend für uns war. Das Problem wurde aber sehr schnell und unkompliziert gelöst, sodass am Ende alles in Ordnung war.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück gefallen – es gab jeden Morgen eine sehr große und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl und alles war frisch und lecker. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, da man vieles schnell und bequem erreichen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Το πρωινό φέτος αναβαθμίστηκε σε σχέση με την προηγούμενη χρονιά που είχαμε ξαναέρθει. Πάρκιγκ απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο . Σε πολύ καλό σημείο για να πας με μετρό παντού!

Όλα τα λευκά είδη του ξενοδοχείου (πετσέτες ,σεντόνια, μαξιλαροθήκες κτλ) είναι πολυκαιρισμένα ,φθαρμένα, κιτρινισμένα. Χρειάζονται οπωσδήποτε αντικατάσταση...

Öncelikle bekledigimizden cok daha iyiydi otel , calıșanlar ozellikle Resepsiyon Agah Bey ve Özgür Bey cok profesyonel ve ilgiliydi , ayrica Huda Hanimda ilk günden son güne kadar her konuda cok yardımcı oldu .

We had a great time at Cip hotel. The staff very helpful and always ready to assist with our needs or requests. The location is great, really close to public transportation and it is within reach of great cafes and restaurants, markets and shops.

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Das Personal war super freundlich und die Lage war sehr gut. Sehr gut für Familien. Auch die Zimmer waren sauber Besonderer Dank geht an Huda und Özgür

Lits confortables, clim très appréciable, léger nettoyage tous les jours (changement des serviettes + lits faits). Piscine, saunas et hamam propres (attention à la température). Personnel très agréable et disponible.

Produits du petit déjeuner pas frais (lait, beurre…) et les légumes (concombres, salade…) avaient un goût particulier, tout comme le café. Propreté de la salle de bain douteuse : il y avait un cafard. Nous étions 4 personnes et ils nous ont mis dans une chambre de 3 (avec notre accord) dans laquelle ils ont ajouté un lit pliable. Cependant, impossible de prendre appui sur le lit sans que les pieds se rabattent. Donc attention sur cela vous est proposé.

We were asleep in the room—having informed them and paid for an extra night—but they came, opened the door, and woke us up.

Le personnel est très accueillant, très chaleureux et a tout fait pour nous mettre dans de meilleures dispositions. Le personnel nous a beaucoup aidé à organiser notre séjour à travers les activités dans le pays, le transport etc.. Nous avons ainsi très apprécié la disponibilité du personnel. Le ménage aussi était très bien fait et nous avons bien aimé la piscine.

Equipements assez vieux que ce soit au niveau de la chambre ou de la douche. La porte de la douche ne se fermait pas et nous avions des odeurs souvent assez désagréables venant des égouts. Les lits étaient confortables mais le point noir était vraiment la douche et nous avions aussi une fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas

Wlan war schnell, Klima war sehr gut und kalt, Dusche war in Ordnung. Das war es auch.

Hatten zwei Doppelbett Zimmer Reserviert aber sind nach 6 Stunden eingecheckt und die haben unseren Zimmer einfach jemand anderen gegeben. Und haben einen 3 Bettzimmer angeboten und noch extra ein Klappbett was sich in der Mitte faltet da konnte mein Sohn gar nicht drauf schlafen. Wir haben Held bezahlt für nichts. Dusche war verschimmelt Schlafzimmerkommode hing von der Wand raus. Und die Kellnerin war so unverschämt obwohl an der Rezeption steht Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr sagte sie mir einfach wir haben geschlossen bis ich die angeschimpft hatte. Also gibt das Geld woanders aus aber nicht bei diesem Hotel. Ich empfehle es niemandem!!! Achja u d das Schwimmbad riecht übel und war dreckig.

Die Location war sehr zentral gelegen und die Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Einzig zu meckern war es dass sie nicht so sehr auf Hygiene geachtet haben, aber ansonsten alles akzeptabel.

The Spar area can be improved/ requires Renovation like the Ladys bathroom. But it was good place to relaxe. We enjoyed some quality time in the spar.

L’emplacement, le lit confortable et le jacuzzi avec la vue

Notre chambre au 1er abord avait l’air parfaite… néanmoins porte d’entrée qui tient à peine j’aurais préféré qu’on nous prévienne qu’on prenne juste la peine de nous expliquer et qu’on est des excuses par rapport à cela. Le SPA une femme froide aussi froide que la piscine vous y attend si vous la remarquer car elle ne se manifestera pas. Nous avions prévu de profiter du spa mais aucun entretien réelle des équipements cela laisse à désirer.

Zimmer war nicht gut ausgestattet. Wir haben eine Suite gebucht und da war nicht mal Seife dabei. Haben mehrmals nachgefragt und haben nur Shampoo als Ersatz bekommen. Das Zimmer war gar nicht sauber. Dreckige Handtücher, auch wenn es gewechselt wurde und der Boden war staubig und auch auf dem Bett waren Haare zu sehen.

Alles hat gut geklappt 👍 wir sind zu Frieden

Kaputte Matratze, sehr staubige Möbel. Hier wird leider wenig auf Hygiene geachtet starker Schimmel an der Decke im Pool Aussicht vom Fenster auf ne Mauer dafür, dass wir das zweite Mal gebucht haben Schade.

L’emplacement est seulement l’emplacement

Le petit déjeuner inexistant ou presque sauf le jour où j’ai fais la remarque. Rien n’était au frais,pas de beurre de la margarine à l’air libre,plus de jus de pomme,peu de table pour déjeuner, si par malheur on arrivait à 09h plus rien. Le bruit impossible de dormir le bruit ne venait pas de dehors mais des clients de l’hôtel,enfants,animaux,personnes jusqu’à 2h du matin,les gens qui frappent à la mauvaise porte. Avoir payé plus de 300€ de plus pour avoir un jacuzzi dans la chambre inutilisable car sale.Avoir une vue sur des immeubles désaffectés.Une douche qui fuie tuyau,paroies de douche.Je pourrais continuer comme cela des heures.Nous avions deux chambres à deux étages différents et c’était la même catastrophe.Pour utiliser la piscine il a fallu payer 11€ 3 bonnets avec une dame à la réception du spa mal poli et plus encore.Je souhaite un remboursement je ne comprends pas comment booking a pu référencer cet hôtel.

The hotel is old and dirty. The room was ok and housekeeping does a good job but everything is old and run down. Very noisy also.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was no hot water during my stay, which was a major inconvenience. The air conditioning system was also poorly managed. Every time I wanted to use the AC, I had to call the reception because it could not be controlled from the room. Guests should be able to adjust the temperature themselves without having to contact reception repeatedly.
