Location suitable for those who are going to concert or event at Bukit Jalil stadium or Unifi Arena, good service, spacious and very helpful staff. I'm very satisfied😊

The location is just opposite the stadium

The accommodation is a bit old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning is also not cooling properly, and the ceiling fan is quite dusty.

Agak luas. Boleh muat 6 dewasa. Walaupun rumah lama, tapi sangat selesa.

Very responsive host so you dont feel lost. Check in & check out guidance also very easy to follow. Cleanliness acceptable (i have kids tag along and cleanliness is always top priority). The unit has every basic neccesity, even more than expected, for a night stay. Walking distance to Unifi Arena, which is the main reason for the booking.

Not about the unit but merely on the situation. Do come prepared with your water and food as the road could be super congested especially whenever there is event on site (stadium or arena). Even Grab or Food Panda are cancelling our order multiple times. 7 eleven as published in the advert apparently has ceased operation long time ago.

The strategic location near Axiata Arena is advantageous. This unit is located on a higher floor. Bukit Jalil Park is nearby. We love going there for morning walks and breakfast.

location next to stadium nasional bukit jalil. walking distance. if its raining, no worries, grab can easily fetch you from the apartment lobby. strategic location should you need to attend event at bkt jalil stadium/axiata arena. can accommodate big family since it has 3 bedroom. wifi, equip kitchen, utensils, washing machine. 7Eleven and sundry shop downstairs of the apartment. Host is very quick responsive since the other i got trouble in unlocking the door code.

maybe need to change the type of toilet door mat since the existing one did not absorb water moister. Overall it was ok.

Air conditioner in bigger room not feeling cool The smell of mothballs is very strong

The location is opposite the National Stadium and not far from Pavilion Bukit Jalil. We have a car so it's easier to move around. Free parking is provided in the block we were staying at. Complete amenities in the house; washing machine, induction stove, water boiler, fridge, TV, etc. Beds and pillows were comfy too. The host left instructions on how to operate the TV, it was very helpful. There's a balcony outside which is a perfect place to hang our wet clothes.

The guards at the entrance can be very misleading, despite staying here for 4 nights they only scanned our barcode (that the host provided) once and the other times they tried to make us park at the visitor parking which is outside Arena Green. One female guard also told us that we cannot enter (as we are non resident) but we told her we have been staying here for days and we have a parking spot inside. I liked that the apartment was clean and homey, however it's a bit dusty (under the beds, fans, etc.). There were stains inside the microwave but I think it can be improved.

The location is just perfect! It's just a walking distance to the National Stadium Bukit Jalil, very suitable for watching the nearby concert. Overall the room is very good, it's homey and everything is well-prepared. Will be back to this for next time!

Apartment is quite and peaceful Owner is kind and responsive He responds to everything although sometimes he takes sometime to respond Bathroom and kitchen needs some attention unpleasant stains around the sink behind the washing machine is like a garbage area please check there Bathroom need attention too toilet stained plus the tiles in the bathroom Apart from these few things the place was peaceful

The house is very cozy n homey. Got the basic necessities too.

The distance from Axiata Arena is quite 'walking distance' : 8 minutes but realistically it might reach 15-20 minutes walking distance. We need to cross main road too.

Best choice if you are going to a concert in Axiata Arena, building with sense of time but the owner keep it really clean and tidy.

It is close tu stadium bukit jalil and axiata arena. Comfortable for solo travel or a couple of people. Very comfortable.

No air-conditioning on the front sitting room but can use the one on nearby room.

The beds were very comfortable, the place is pretty clean, only some places in the toilet are not so clean but acceptable for me. The sofa and the chairs were comfortable too. Very cheap price for a homestay in kl, perfect if you're going out with a group of friends and looking for a place to stay overnight

The single bed room doesn't have an air conditioner but its understandable. The road there is in a pretty terrible condition, not the owner's fault but just something u should know.

The unit is exceptional. Everything is clean and neat and tidy. Instruction to get to the apartment is also very clear. Owner is also very helpful.

Not recommended if u're travelling in a big car. My family was using a vellfire at that time and trust me, going up to the parking lot is a nighmare. The roads there arent paved to so many holes on the roads that u hv to be aware of while driving.

location near bukit jalil sports complex. i was there for a concert at axiata arena. we just walk across the road to go to the concert venue. the smart door was super easy, no hassle of key collection at all. plus there's netflix.

the overall apartment complex not well kept, the pavement and landscape. but it's all small matters, the unit itself is great
