الصاله بكل صراحه متهالكه ومتسخه والكنب متسخ والارض المكيف ريحته غبار يكتم تحس انه ما اشتغل من 20 سنه الاناره كئابه ذكرتني بالانوار التكتيكيه حق المناطق العسكريه اصفر فاقع موقع الفندق في حاره نصها مهجوره للامانه تحس انك في فلم النفسيه ما تحس براحه

My car door was damaged by some other person/vehicle, and when I inquired the property management said they have no visibility on the incident. So, very disappointed in this matter. I have to bare some additional cost now to fix the paint.

صحيح الموقع قريب كموقع للحرم ولكنه في شارع ظيق وحي قديم واطلالاته على قد حالها

Açıklamada dairenin haram'a uzaklıgı 2.9 km yazıyor bu yanlış bir bilgi, zaten bizde yürüyerek gidip geliriz diye düşünüp daireyi kiraladık Lakin haram'a uzaklığı tam 4.2 km, hergün Taxi ile gidip geldik, yani her gün gidiş geliş 50 sar Taxi ücreti ödedik 6 gün kaldık 300 sar ödedik yol parası.

The neighborhood is a bit run down but it has nothing to do with the apartment itself - getting to haram needs a cab..not within walking distance

The apartment are ghost operated, you don't know who the owner is who the staff is, Every communication is done through whatsapp with them They don't daily provide room and bathroom cleaning service nor they change towels daily Every third day they say they do but we didn't saw any room cleaning service in our 5 day stay.

- موقع المبنى سيئ جدا - لا يوجد لافتة تعريفية - الكنب و الكراسي يحتاج الى تجديد وتنظيف - تم اخباري انه سيكون هناك موظف للمساعدة ( للاسف لم اجد احد ) - اجهزة الدخول الذكي ليست جيدة ( يوجد افضل منها ) - معلومات الدخول , تواصلت قبل يومين للحصول عليها وللاسف في نفس اليوم وبعد الساعة 4 حصلت عليها!!! - الوصول الى الحرم يحتاج الى باصين ( الافضل تطبيق جيني بمتوسط 10-15 ريال ) - اصلاحات وازعاج في الشقق المجاورة

The check in was complex and we waited for almost 5 hours to get in The location was not good, surrounded by poor and deprived area. Far from Alharam, need 20 to 30 minutes drive. Although the property was modernized, the bathroom was like swimming pole with water flowing up to the living area when taking a shower. a lot of damages preexisting like loose door handles. We stayed in apartment 01

عدم التعاون لا يوجد رد اتصلت من الساعة ثلاث ونص حتى اربع ونص الرد موسيقى وبعد الرد قال الموظف أنتظر اتأكد إذا الشقة جاهزة قلت له الساعة الان اربع ونص -------- عدم وجود أكياس نفايات زيادة -------- لا توجد علامة للقبلة ------- قفل باب الحمام لا يعمل - - - - - فوطة لكل حمام فقط لأربعة أشخاص

Reviewed Dec 12, 2025Good spacious clean and modern rooms and washrooms like 4* hotels. Kitchen equipped and living area excellent.
No ramp or trolley to carry luggage inside your room. You have to carry it over stairs inside. Door opens with code No helper there. Odd location, drivers find it hard to reach there. They didn’t respond to early check in requests despite ready to pay extra.
