Let me start with the beautiful view of the rooms. whether you booked a garden view or a sea view . all the views are spectecular and the beach is just 1 minute from your room. Second, the staff is very polite and helpful and always are welcomy. Third, having such a beautiful resort to stay! and at the same time being near every tourisim places is a win. Because you can book the most beautiful hotel in this area and unfortunatley it will be very far from the city. Fourth, the room size is an addition too !. Last but not least , it is near mamshna hawana , the golf car can take you there , which is an area that have multiple resutaurants , coffee shops and supermarkets . And at the end you will have the best meshley drink upon your entrance. Thank you Fanar Club for the experience.

There are few areas that i wish to be improved in my next stay. First, making sure that the door lock is working , as it sometimes is not working and the room will be open despite closing the door. Second, renewing the robes , towels and beed sheets upon request, as i have requested but none have been changed ( cleanliness need to be improved) . Moreover, The muggs that i used didnt came back to the room despite asking for it multiple times. Fourth, Making sure that the phone is working , as due to the rain the phone was cut off abut none came to fix it, which made very hard to communicate with the reception as the reception is in another building.

اول اشكر كل الشباب العماني الذين يعملون في الفندق اما بنسبه للفندق للأسف تأخير في تسجيل الدخول لمدة ساعه كامله وسبب يوجد شخص واحد ويبذل مجهود جبار في سبيل استقبال المقيمين في الفندق الغريب بأن فندق بهذا الحجم يوجد موظف استقبال واحد فقط اما المشكله التي تعرضت هي انقطاع التيار الكهربائي عن الغرفه في تمام الساعه الرابع فجرا تم ارسال شخاص قام فقد بأعادة التيار الكهرباء ورحل وبعدها بساعات تم انقطاع التيار الكهربائي مره اخرى بتمام الساعه السادسه صباح حيث تصلت في الاستقبال أخبرته باني اريد تغير الغرف بسبب انقطاع التيار الكهربائي واخبرني بعدم توفر غرف هلا يعقل ان يحدث هذه الشي في فندق بهذه الحجم... بعد رحيلي من الفندق تم التواصل معي من قبل مسؤل الاستقبال لحل المشكله

The facilities are poor, with only one restaurant on site. The beach looked more like a construction site than a beach, which was extremely disappointing. The staff were slow, unresponsive, and seemed to take every opportunity to overcharge guests. From unreasonable exchange rates and commissions to arranging taxis that charged roughly twice the market rate, the experience felt like we were constantly being taken advantage of. When we arrived at our room, there was a large amount of standing water inside, which was obviously unacceptable. They blamed the weather. I informed reception that we wanted to cancel the remainder of our booking, and they literally laughed in our faces and told us that we would not receive any refund. We moved to another hotel for the rest of our stay and had a completely different, much better experience. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of better options where you will receive much better service and value for money.

The rooms are quite big, the hotel is very quite, it was no people al all. The staff was friendly and the hotel area is very big.

It was construction around so you don't get a relaxed atmosphere and nice views, the beach in front of our room was not equipped. The waiting time at reception was too long despite the fact that we were the only guests. I think that the level of services for a club hotel could be more client oriented and attentive. The place feels like abandonned, may be it was not a season or other reasons but it looks like there is no one at this place.

Nice resort hotel with modern rooms, well designed gardens & pool area, and facing a wide beach to the open sea. Breakfast was great, with a good selection of fresh products incl. eggs/omelets as per your taste. And a reasonable menu for dinner too. The waiter Nitesh was very kind & helpful during dinner times as well as at BF-buffet.

The sealing of sliding doors to balcony could be improved to prevent humidity ingress into rooms. This to uplift the comfort in particular during humid Khareef season, when I was there. Probably no issue during dry seasons. The default sound alarm triggered by closing mechanism of entrance door at any room is rather irritating, and not really necessary in my opinion. Maybe there is a better way to remind guests to fully close their entrance doors.

اخذت غرفتين الاوتيل جديد لكن الاثاث شبه متهالك الاسرة والمراتب ايضاً ثلاجات الغرف لاتعمل طلبت صيانها وبدلوها بثلاجات جديدة ولكن لاتعمل ايضاً

Outstanding stay with From the moment we arrived, the reception staff welcomed us warmly with true hospitality and served us fresh coconut drinks, which was a fantastic touch. We had a wonderful 4-night stay at The Club by Fanar in Salalah. The resort features incredible and distinctive views directly overlooking the Indian Ocean. Our room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep it nice and cool. The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, the hotel services were excellent, and all our requests were handled very quickly and efficiently. I would especially like to thank Ms. Alaa from the Guest Relations team. When we experienced a slight issue with an odor in our room, she personally followed up with us and kindly offered to change our room right away to resolve the problem. Her attention to detail and proactive service made our stay truly special. We highly recommend this hotel

Grea location, perfect installations, it is a great place to stay as a couple or with a family. Great service as well at all times. Not too far from the city center but also as calm as a remote resort.

Proximity to the ocean, friendly staff, peaceful ambiance. Nice pool and restaurant. Thanks to Sabrina in reception and Mohsin the golf cart driver for trying to make it a wonderful experience.

Construction all around, poor signage on the way to the hotel, surprisingly small/single reception check-in experience which lasted close to an hour, uncomfortable wooden and creaky beds.

قسم الهاوس كيبنق، طلبت خدمة التنظيف الساعة 2 الظهر وطلعت برا المنتجع رجعت المنتجع بعد العشاء ما نظفوه افياش تشغيل الاضاءة متوزعه بشكل عشوائي مع مكان الاضاءة مثلًا اشغل الزر الي عند السرير تشتغل اضاءة دورة المياة

من أجمل التجارب في منتجع هوانا بصلالة وتحديداً فندق الفنار كلوب. المكان رائع والخدمات ممتازة، ولكن ما يميز الفندق حقاً هو الكادر الاحترافي. شكراً جزيلاً للأخ وضاح والأخ عمر والأخت سوزان على تفانيهم في الخدمة وأخلاقهم العالية وبشاشتهم الطيبة التي تركت أثراً جميلاً لدينا. أنصح بزيارته

Amazing food and very friendly staff

Breakfast was good, at times, some items would be peppered few minutes after 7:00 am, until chef comes. All in all, good.

I didn’t like the design of toilets in our rooms because they don’t give privacy. The hotel designers had in mind Western tourists, rather than tourists from our region who value privacy and decency. Also, there was an ongoing construction around the hotel (sand blowing, big trucks…etc). In addition, our rooms didn’t have hair blower.

A wonderful hotel, we had a great time, a large area for walking, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, sunrises and sunsets, the sea, the swimming pool - all this makes us want to return, the staff is responsive and friendly, thank you!

Going into this holiday we were booked to stay for 2 weeks and were nervous having not seen many reviews for stays longer then 3-7 days. Coming away from the stay I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels I have ever been to (previously stayed at premium hotels in Zanzibar, Turkey, Dubai etc.) Staying at the club meant we had access to restaurants and amenities across two other hotels on the complex (Fanar Hotel and Residence and Rotana Salalah). We also had free access to the water park, which they offer free bus journeys to every hour across the day. Great for kids. The beach is lovely, a pure sandy beach with warm waters. Ourselves and other guests often spending hours in the water as small waves would come in and crash into us. Very enjoyable for children and adults alike. Food was great and dinners had a different theme for each day (World, Sri Lankan, Hawaiian, Italian, Pan Asian etc). Breakfast had everything you could want for a breakfast and lunches we split between the main restaurant and the beach restaurant. Both good with options. Rooms and hotel grounds are very clean, and staff are very approachable and helpful. To mention a few by name across different areas: Waiters - Aman - Super diligent and never stops moving, always first to take a drinks order if he’s around - Komal - Hardworker and very good at remembering drinks orders - Mahesh - Another hard worker, pleasant demeanour Bar - Ujjawal - Young and good energy, went above and beyond for us at times e.g. provided snacks for my son by the pool - Nikhil - Diligent and remembered our nightly drinks order (two warm milk for our son and cranberry juice for my wife) Buggy’s/Guest experience - Razaul - What a gentleman. Made himself available whenever he could. Great energy and very smiley.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms Beautiful beach Location of the hotel was good, it’s near to all sights. There is also Havana nearby where you can walk and there are lots of shops and cafes as well

The major drawback is that the most facilities (gym, spa, padel, kids club) are located in the hotels nearby. You have to take a buggy to go there and they are definitely not a 5 star. The food is quite average. I would appreciate more local dishes and more variety at the breakfast buffet as well. There is a massive construction just next to the hotel. It’s not noisy or disturbing but we could see it from our room. We booked an executive room with a seaview but got one overlooking the pool and restaurant roof which was quite disappointing as we paid extra for the view

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Great location, close to lots of natural parks, beautiful beach with 2 options closed from waves and open one, very clean and nice pool. Big hotel area includung Rotana and Fanar is available guests. We loved breakfast at the Waves restaurant. For dinner there are lots of options in Marina depends on your preferences. The Club territory is very cozy, big enough not to be busy, but everything is closed by. I liked the hotel corridors, they are shaded, but no doors and AC there, so its very comfortable to get back from the beach or pool. We lived on the ground floor with the direct garden access, with kid it was convenient.

The air at the apartment was humid, that's why wooden furniture was smelling a bit, but staff perfumed the rooms a bit while cleaning, so it was not annoying. The lock in the toilet was broken, but guys replaced it really quickly in a good quality. Personally I would prefer room to be lighter, but that's a style of the hotel, so no problem

The calmness, the friendly atmosphere and smiling faces of the staff. The organising was pretty good.The palms , the beach and beautiful views Special thanks to Mr. Abdullah at the front desk for handling of my concerns and issues with professional service.

No chill out music around the hotel. But this is also give the hotel privilege to be quiet environment. Some of the housekeeping staff are being very nice to expect tips , although they won't ask directly, but you can feel they are waiting for you to give them some money. I prefer to give them tips but without being forced to do so. Room service food needs to be reviewed to be suitable for 5 star hotel. Test and quality isn't too good. Need more tasty food to be included or replaced.

اول يوم لقينا داخل الغرفة وزغه صغيره جداً بس الحمد لله كان زوجي موجود وقتلها ، بالنسبة للحجز كان تمام بس الي استغربت له حجزنا كان ليوم الجمعه مو يوم الخميس لا الجمعه وطلعنا الجمعه الظهر المفترض نطلع ظهر السبت ، يعني اكمل يوم الجمعة كامل واخرج السبت هذا المفترض لكن بلغونا ان الخروج الجمعه الظهر مع اني أنا حاجة للجمعه المفترض اقضي يوم الجمعة واطلع ظهر السبت هذا الي أنا اعرفه ومو اول مره احجز واسافر. هذا الي ضايقنا بس غير كذا كله ممتاز

The best opinion Excellent place. Cleanliness, attention to detail, attention to customer needs have made my stay pleasant and understandable. Hotel service is at the best level. My favourite employee in all Hawana Salalah which i think is the best addition to Hawana Resort is Hamada the Egyptian guy from the Reception he made my check in quick and perfect with all professionalism and good attitude and gave me all the necessary information that i would need during my stay at The Club By Fanar and because of him i extended my stay 3 times in the Hotel. I was very impressed by the Reception staff and their elegant smile, kind treatment and attention during check in and throughout the stay. I recommend the Club By Fanar Hotel FO 100%, especially because of Hamada's presence, F&B 100%, HSK 100%, and all the other services. (Hamada from the Reception is the Super Receptionist ever)

Nothing at all!

All rooms need exhaust fans and air purifiers to remove stale air from the room. The fog outside wasn't that bad compared to the air in the room. Even the bed felt wet all the time !!!

I reported to the the staff about the smell in the room, and no one did anything The smell was too bad And I request to do Wedding anniversary in the room And they told me they will do something in the room But unfortunately I didn’t find anything That was disappointing
