Booked the hotel, although the no counter system for this pricy hotel is unacceptable but still have to proceed because it’s non-refundable. But the problem is hotel owner did not reply any thing even I’ve reached and share passport. Been waiting there for more than 4 hours keep contacting hotel and booking customer service. Booking.com keep saying unable to cancel have to email hotel to confirm, hotel keep replying booking.com email but did not contact me for further check in instructions

From the balcony, you can enjoy the night view of the Twin Towers, and when the lights come on, the entire city feels like it's at your feet. The pool is gorgeous, especially at night when the atmosphere is just perfect. The room is clean and new—exactly my ideal city getaway!
The elevator is a bit slow, but the rest of the experience is very good.

Overall the stay was pleasant, but the coffee machine in the kitchen was not very user-friendly and required a few tries to operate smoothly.

The transportation is convenient, and you can easily reach various attractions by taking Grab.

At night, you can sip coffee while admiring the sparkling skyline. It’s only a 10 minute walk to Pavilion KL for shopping, or Jalan Alor night market for local food especially Hainanese chicken rice at Restoran Lao Feng and grilled wings at Wong Ah Wah. Super convenient and full of KL city charm.
Some construction noise from the building during the day occasionally disturbed rest or remote work.

Reviewed Feb 5, 2025First time here and the experience was great. Stunning roof top infinity pool. Huge room for 2 of us. Clean and cozy enough. The counter staff was nice to assist us. About 10-15 minutes walking distance to twins tower. About 5 minutes to the train station.

Nothing but the pool was crowded at some hours... So schedule your time wisely...
