Luxury Bohemian Suite Venice Canal Mall & BGC Views

My husband and I came from Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 and I loved our stay. It was comfortable, clean, close to shopping and restaurants, overlooking the beautiful Venice Canal. The place was very safe and the staff were very friendly.

Very good location. The view is phenomenal.

There is a really bad odor coming from the sink piping and the odor filled up the room. I notified the property manager and was offered to send workers to fix the issue but because I’ll be checking out the next morning, i chose to just cover the sink’s drain hole. Another issue was traffic.

Die Rezeption wusste nichts von unserer Ankunft. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe hat uns ein anderer Gast geholfen. Die Box für den Schlüssel war defekt. Der andere Bewohner hat angerufen und jemand hat uns den Schlüssel gebracht. Im Zimmer war ein Luftbefeuchter mit Parfüm an und der ganze Boden war deshalb schmierig. Wir mussten den Müll selber entsorgen. Bettwäsche ist aus einem unangenehmen Material. Als ich nach dem Pool an der Rezeption gefragt hatte wurde mir der Weg erklärt. Als ich kurz im Pool war kamen zwei Männer, die zu mir sagten, das der Pool heute geschlossen ist und ich morgen wieder kommen soll. Als ich fragte wieso? Meinten Sie das der Pool heute gereinigt wird. Davon habe ich jedoch nichts gesehen. Wieso wird kein Schild aufgestellt oder man wird bereits an der Rezeption informiert?

The room was clean, quiet and dark at night. The bed was so comfortable, and there's a great view of the city. Plus it's right beside the Venice Canal Mall (accessible through the parking garage).

The area gets a lot of heavy traffic at times, so short trips can take a while.

Great location and wonderful view near Venice Canal Mall. Cozy and clean. Well stocked with necessary cooking utensils and fridge.

Pool not accessible on demand. Must schedule a time for the pool. Lost water pressure one evening but maintenance quickly fixed the issue.

The room was clean and clean towels, robes, slippers, liquid bath soap and shampoo were provided. We liked the balcony too!

Great location and views from the balcony. All utensils available to cook from the apartment. Easy access to the mall from the Amenity elevator. So convenient and what a clean apartment. The 2 ladies who were responsible for preparing the apartment before our visit were amazing.

Lack of washing machine however very close laundry store in Venice Mall.

I didn’t have a good experience with the security on duty at the lobby. When I asked for directions to the Alessandro building, he was rude and showed unnecessary attitude. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

First of all, i love this place. If you are looking for a cozy, relax , and homey vibe, this is it. Like it feels like it's you are in your own place. From the toilet, kitchen, and especially the bed and pillows, everything is the best. Usually, i don't like going to the same place even if i had a good time but her place is that amazing that I want to go back and bring my mom. Her unit is facing the road and you are going to wake up with a view every morning. I love the interior of the place and in my many years of booking random accommodation, so far this is my favourite. It's connected to the mall via parking lot and you will have no issues going back and forth. I would definitely try to book again someday. Usually,i dont go back to same accomodation but her place is really like super comfortable.

The property is simple and neat, spacious and relaxing.I am keen to cleanliness coz I have an atopic dermatitis, so I choose places that highlights cleanliness and light colors. and relaxing ambiance. Though we have limited time to stay, I wish I could book again in the next stays I have to. for my family and/or work related travels. Due to work and time constraints, The flexibility of time in early check-in and check-out is one of the tick-box in my checklist. The property owner is very hands on and responds timely to my inquiries.The accommodation is 5hotel-like. The view from top is relaxing that adds up to everything.The access to the mall is among the perks that I love. When I checked in, I had an opportunity to meet the cleaner, and she is very accommodating and providing details. Getting a relaxing sleep, noiseless equipments and corridors, after the whole night party is SUPER!!! Thank you Ms Irene. Surely, If given a chance, I will book this again in my next bookings.
