Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wir wurden vor Ort in Empfang genommen und haben alles gezeigt bekommen. Die eigene Sauna sowie der Winterbalkon waren sehr schön zum Entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Wohnung war sehr gut konzipiert und die Einrichtung durchdacht und alles war voll funktionsfähig. Wir konnten alles fussläufig erreichen: Bus, Bahn, Einkaufscenter, Touristeninformation, Restaurants etc. Wir können dir Unterkunft sehr weiter empfehlen. Besonders das Bett hatte eine gute Matratze.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Beautiful clean, warm, welcoming apartment, dressed tastefully for Christmas with welcome basket and well provided kitchen. Perfect for a couple. 10min easy walk to town or you can stroll along the river. Also a quick walk to the Arktikum park, dark enough for aurora watching.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Sehr schönes Appartment. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit einer sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin. Niina war immer erreichbar und hat sogar Tipps gegeben.
Ein Fernseher hätte dem Appartment noch die Krone aufgesetzt.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2025We spent 4 nights there, the location is perfect everything is close to it. The appartament was incredibly clean and tidy, it seemed to be a new apartment, with new facilities, quiet place no noises at all, warm, and the sauna was amazing!!!! Niina is such a good host, she offered to pick us up from the airport. I am sure that she will not always able to do that, so do no expect her to do it but I just wanted to share how good she is. If any question you will have a book in the house with instructions about how to use things like the sauna or the washing machine. But she will answer your messages with solutions if you have any doubt anyways. I can't recommend It more. To be honest, the best appartament I have been in. Everything was ready for us, towels on the bed with even some chocolate like if we were in an hotel. I am sorry to make it so long but it was very nice!!!!! Thanks Niina, it was a pleasure :) Gloria and Shane 🫶

Reviewed Jan 25, 2025Niina is an excellent host! She welcomed us, gave us the keys, and showed us the apartment. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great suggestions. The apartment is very nice and cozy. It has everything you need, and even a sauna as a bonus! The location is great, it's more or less 5 minutes walk to the center. Everything was perfectly clean and the bed was super comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Rovaniemi. Sezen & Eyup

Reviewed Dec 29, 2024The apartment is furnished and decorated to the highest standard. It is very clean. There are lots of small things that make this place magical. Location is great - just about 6-7min to the city centre. The owner, Niina, is lovely - she prepared the apartment for us earlier than the check-in time. She was super friendly and polite. Overall, the property is a real gem.
