I think they don't pay much attention to cleanliness and don't change or wash the covers regularly; you can see the dirt from a distance

The building looked nice.

Paid for a studio apartment, didn't even get a microwave for food, no cutlery (had to ask for it and even then only received it day two but they didn't have spoons), t.v wouldn't work unless I physically fiddled with it everyday, had to ask for tissues/toilet paper, overall it was not worth the money or time. The area is a nice place for a quick visit so people should go but not stay at this hotel.

Everything great ! Exactly 2 girls on reception are so helpful.. special thanks to the girl from reception Seanghai (ยาดิ สาฬิชิยา). And the boy housekeeping is also nice one .

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This has been by far one of the worst 'hotel' experiences I have encountered throughout many years of travelling. The first red flag was at check in. The staff were some of the most apathetic people, nothing like the friendly Cambodians I have met throughout the rest of the country. We were hardly greeted, then eventually handed our room cards with no further explanation - it would have been appreciated to let us know that there were separate cards to use the lift and to enter your room. My family and I had booked 3 separate rooms. One room had not been cleaned properly and had filthy towels still left on the bed. Another room had a fridge crawling with bugs and stains on the We went straight back downstairs to tell reception this. The towels were eventually rectifyed, but not the fridge during our stay. The rooms also had a very bad odour. The glasses and cups had not been washed. The windows covered in dirt. The closer you looked, the more you realised how poorly maintained the rooms were. During the evening, when I looked at the floor, it was crawling with cockroaches. The second night we returned to our rooms, none of the keys worked. We again had to go to reception to have this resolved. The person at reception (different) hardly acknowledged us. However, the cherry on top of this whole disaster of a hotel was check out. We returned our keys and the staff told us we owed $20 USD for 'stained towels'. One towel had some make up and the other was dirt on it from wiping down the absolutely filthy surfaces in one of the rooms. We flat out refused to pay this. This is ridiculous enough in a clean and respectable hotel, let alone this. When pushing back with the staff, the female staff member laughed, the lack of professionalism was quite astounding. It wasn't until I started pulling out photo evidence of how terrible this hotel is, that she said "we could go".

Everything. WOW, An update: they will take your room deposit in USD and return in riel. Ripping you significantly off.

Hotel location near the river, good WiFi and elevator, nice flat screen TV, clean toilet

Few bugs also found small lizard in my room. The staff was polite, but they increase the daily rate for me, they added three dollars to the room price started from day two, for the very same room.

Cokroaches infested and no proper treatment 🚫🚫🚫 They put like a small trap next to the fridge but this won't help, they're everywhere under the bed, hallway this needs professional treatment. Killed around 10 and whenever turn off light or leave room there's 5 new one there, absolutely avoid this place 👎👎👎 Per se it's nice and new, only negative was I got a stained towel at arrival which they changed upon request.. Also the signs about not leaving valuables, don't do anything against the law and a outrageous price list (like 5usd for broken cup or 20 usd for kettle, they cost like 7usd) are something I've never seen somewhere else and give it a bad vibe Don't know who manages this but they sure don't care about this place much or are absolutely ignorant and incompetent, especally about the serious cokroaches infestation.

The check-in process was very difficult because the hotel said they did not have my reservation. It required a chat with a Hotels.com representative, then they called me to offer a solution, then I called them back and asked if we could try once more to make this hotel work, which was successful. The room was small, but I didn't expect much when I booked the small room, but the room had everything you needed. Chair, cabinet, kitchen sink kitchen countertop, shower and clean bathroom with hot water. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked good. Overall it was a good stay.

Reverside location fit with my preference for walking and enjoying fresh air

The room was exceptional- big and airy, with new facilities comfy bed and hot water once I worked it out. As this is obviously a quite new building, that’s not unexpected. The staff were sweet and as helpful as they could be between my non-existent Khymer and their minimal English, but we worked it out. Hot water: I only used the hand-held in its bracket but, if you set both the pressure and temperature fairly low, you’ll get a good shower without getting scalded each time the pump kicks in (about every 10 seconds). Drainage: There’s a plug UNDER the drain grill. Remove them both and water drains properly.

The room faced directly into the very close next building, so no view and reduced light. No signs in passageways asking guests to keep the noise down, so both mornings I was woken early to loud voices echoing down the hall outside my door. I had only a chair or the floor to put my suitcase on. The whole area is isolated, very new and most of the buildings are still unoccupied, so going for a walk, was a real disappointment, with food choices severely limited, especially for a solo traveller. Finding somewhere for breakfast took till nearly lunchtime

The room was clean, however there was no room service.

Room quite smelly. The arrangement of furniture is not in a practical way, you can barely get to the toilet because it's so narrow. When wanting to check out in the morning the door was locked, and no one was there. I tried three different phone numbers, but no one answered. Quite a hassle, and if traveling for business it's not recommended as it's so unreliable
