Property is in need of an upgrade, beds were extremely hard, carpets were stained. Rooms looked tired

Réellement situé dans un ancien bâtiment de la Bank of Scotland (même si on ne s'en rend pas bien compte, sauf dans le hall d'entrée de la tour principale), il s'agit en réalité d'une annexe à l'hôtel situé juste à côté, dont on peut bénéficier de tous les services (parking, piscine, repas, petit salon, réception et bar H24, etc.), l'établissement est correct et agréable. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et très lumineuses, lit confortable. Très bien situé, dans une rue calme à 50m de la rue principale et de toutes les commodités (pubs, restaurants, commerces, etc.)

Shops and pubs are a 5 minute walk away. Parking area (by Scotland's Spa Hotel).

Bathroom was pretty dirty. Small parking area in front of the hotel to unload the luggage. Windows are hard to open; the air inside was very heavy.

Personal unwahrscheinlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Es gab bei nichts Probleme! Frühstück ein Gedicht, sehr gut! Personal beim Frühstück super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da begann der Tag super!

Dass unser Urlaub vorbei war, und wir wieder gehen mussten. 😀 die Beleuchtung im Zimmer (Lampen) waren etwas dürftig.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Pitlochry was lovely. Room was really spacious. Road was really quiet so no evening disturbances.

Good size room with queen bed and nice size bathroom. Didn't use the extra facilities but plenty their ro be done. 100 metre walk to main street.

Our room in the Bank House hotel, although a bit dated, was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. There were a lot of extras included eg tea, coffee, water, nice soaps etc. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Some of the furniture was quirky and we felt that the giant tv was unnecessary.

We were looking forward to stating at this hotel but arrived at hotel to find room booked 3 months before stay did not exist on hotel systems. The only available was small, up a rickety sloping staircase and shower was noisy when in use. On last night neighbours were playing music/tv on max volume until 5am went to complain with neighbour who slammed door in face and they vacated before we checked out. Complained to hotel staff who, we think, told managememt but not sure if anything happened after that.

Female changing facilities where out of use, no where to change other than the disabled toilet at the pool. The showers where also out of use which was disappointing.

Sliten del av hotellet i annan, äldre byggnad. Städningen kunde varit bättre, hittade spindelväv bl a.

Zentral gelegen. Freundliches Personal. Da wir für unsere Kleinste ein Bett zu wenig hatten durften wir sofort in ein grösseres Zimmer wechseln.

mooie authentiek gebouw, met vanuit onze kamer een mooi uitzicht op de kerk. De straat was verrassend rustig ‘s nachts. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Po příjezdu (a poněkud zmateném hledání, kde vlastně provést check-in) nám byly pokoje z depandance změněny na pobyt přímo v hotelu. Snídaně chutná a dostatečná.

Jak už jsem zmínila, hledání check.inu, mělo by to být lépe popsáno, ale jako mnohem větší problém bych viděla špinavé hrnky na pokoji. U jednoho by se dalo říci opomenutí, ale v obou našich pokojích? Navíc v hrnku, kde byl ještě na dně zbytek čaje předchozího hosta, byly vloženy sušenky a sáček horké čokolády. Slečna na recepci, se nám nejdříve snažila vysvětlit, že hrnky jsou "zašlé", ale nakonec nám je vyměnila za čisté.

Considerato il prezzo di 104€ per il mese di Agosto in pieno centro a Pitlochry, direi: ottimo! Abbiamo usato la palestra(un po' trascurata) Possibilità di usare la piscina interna e la sauna. Posizione centrale e parcheggio compreso. Noi alloggiavamo alla Bank, quindi di fianco alla Spa. Colazione varia e fresca. Buonissima

Die Dame am Empfang sollte ein Seminar für den Umgnag mit Kunden besuchen. Wäre sicher ratsam. Ansosnst hat alles soweit gepasst

Molto carino l'hotel e la sua posizione

Purtroppo le prese per i caricabatteria non sono presenti nelle vicinanze al letto e nel bagno, quindi i dispositivi elettrici sono necessariamente da caricare in unico punto.

Stort og litt anneledes rom siden vi fikk "tårnleiligheten".

Ingen resepsjon eller personal i huset. Måtte sjekke inn og spise frokost på nabohotellet. Dyr frokost

Možnost využití hotelového bazénu, dobrá snídaně s velkým výběrem. Pokud se ubytujete ve vedlejší budově než Spa hotel, chybí informace, že se recepce nachází v jiné budově.

l'emplacement était bien, proche du centre. Le petit déjeuner était tout à fait correct.

Le lieu n'était pas celui qui était prévu. Malheureusement, ce n'était pas pour nous surclasser. De plus le lieu était salle, bureau, miroir, fenêtres, moquettes. Les fenêtres étaient en simple vitrage, bruyant. Robinet de salle de bain cassé. Etat général très très vieux. Un frigo était posé sur une table dans la chambre. Pas de lampes de chevet. Une autre lampe qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel a soit disant pris note mais ne nous a rien proposé ...

La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla strada principale. Bank House fa parte del più grande SPA hotel a fianco che dispone della sala colazione e della piscina (anche se non ne ho usufruito). La camera era abbastanza grande, con una veduta sul campanile della chiesa che rendeva l'atmosfera un po' noir. La colazione è a buffet, abbondante e offre soluzioni sia per la colazione all'inglese/scozzese sia per quella mediterranea. L'hotel dispone del parcheggio.

L'ammobiliamento nella camera era parecchio fatiscente e richiederebbe un ammodernamento, oltre alla riparazione delle cose rotte o non funzionanti (es. alcuni interruttori luce, porte armadio). Non ci sono indicazioni per la reception, quindi, all'inizio è stato un po' difficile capire dove si trova, essendo ubicata nell'edificio separato. Idem per le indicazioni delle camere all'interno dell'hotel: occorre percorrere un po' tutto il corridoio per trovare la propria camera la prima volta!

Beau bâtiment, bien situé. Accès possible à la piscine. Buffet de petit déjeuner très bien fourni. Lit et salle de bain confortables.

La chambre était difficile d'accès (escaliers avec de multiples portes, difficiles à franchir avec une lourde valise). Les meubles de rangements dans la chambre tombent littéralement en morceaux (portes de penderie complètement cassées, inutilisable) ; même la poignée de la chasse d'eau se déboîtait... Il fait changer de bâtiment (passer par la rue) pour aller au petit déjeuner ou à la piscine.

L'emplacement qui était très proche des commerces.

Compliqué pour trouver la chambre. Très peu d'indication.

La zona de piscina está falta de mantenimiento y limpieza, en la habitación hay muebles difíciles de limpiar y se veía polvo, creo deben modernizarla y quitar la moqueta.

We had a superior king size room in The Bank House just next door to the main hotel. The room was large and very clean a good bath and shower. We enjoyed our stay there very much. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful.

My husband tried the gym and found it to be dirty with a lot of machines not working, which he reported to reception. The breakfast was ok but could of done with being a bit hotter..

Midden in het centrum. Vriendelijk ontvangst via receptie Spa-hotel dat naast het Bank House ligt. Prima sanitair en bedden. Koelkastje. Ontbijt buffet in het hotel is top!

Parkeerplaatsen bij Spa-hotel zijn beperkt. Maar met deed er niet moeilijk over als je niet in de vakken parkeerde. In de reviews wordt over Bank House soms negatief beoordeeld. Dat is niet onze ervaring. We hadden de hoekkamer op de 1e verdieping van het Bank House.

Great location to visit Pitlochry and surrounds. Staff were lovely. We stayed in the Bank House part of the Hotel and that suited us over the larger hotel. Comfortable bed and lovely Highland Soap toiletries.

Breakfast and location were very good.

We had a small issue at the beginning as we found the location of the rooms but not the reception. This was situated in another hotel down the road. A small note on the door would go a long way. Otherwise no other hiccups. Pitlochry is amazing.

La ducha tenía muy poca presión y nos tocó una habitación en la primera planta, si tienes problemas de movilidad no tienen ascensor y puede costar acceder y con las maletas también

We boekten een kamer bij Bankhouse, maar deze kamer was niet meer beschikbaar. Xindercenig vragen werd onze kamer vervangen door een kingsize kamer in het hotel…. Super service dus.

Nice and friendly atmosphere, delicious and excellent breakfast. Comfortable rooms equipped with everything which could be expected.

De kamer was stoffig, het bed te smal en veel te zacht. Het ontbijt; gevriesdroogde koffie, post mix smaakloze sap, genoeg keuze aan t veel te krap opgezette buffet, maar kwalitatief mwah mwah.

Posizione e struttura esterna dell’alloggio. Letto confortevole

Camere vecchie e non proprio pulite. La doccia/vasca perdeva acqua. Il pavimento era in pendenza e quindi, con la doccia, l’acqua andava verso la camera bagnando così la moquette. La macchinetta del caffè presentava ancora le cialde dei precedenti ospiti (non era quindi stata pulita) e non sono state rifornite nuove cialde.

The location was excellent, as a short walk from the town hall where I was attending an event and also the town centre. On arrival I was upgraded to a family room in the annexe. Parking was in the main hotel carpark. There was a swimming pool, but I didn't use it. Beautiful old house with very large rooms. My bedroom was huge with a dining table and chairs, wardrobe, arm chair, a very long dressing table cum desk and a fridge along with a king sized bed. There was a large array of teas and coffees if required. There was also another large bedroom which I didn't use which had bunk beds and a single bed in. There was a choice of a bath or shower in the very large bathroom and lovely big bath towels. I had to walk across the road to the main hotel for the best breakfast ever, which was included in the price. The breakfast alone was worth 5 stars! Amazing choice of over 8 different fresh fruits, plates of meats and a large array of different cheeses and various salad dishes before you even started on the usual cereals, juices, pastries and cooked breakfast! I was full before I reached the cooked breakfast, but it looked delicious!

There was a soap container fixed to the wall in the shower and one by the hand basin. I opted to have a bath, but when in the bath I couldn't reach or move the soap meant for the shower as it was too high up or move the one that was by the basin! Therefore I had to wash myself with some shampoo that I had brought with me! Some people may say that the rooms in the annexe needed decorating or updating, but I was very happy with them.

Welcome snack very well received. Spacious room, great view. Pool is also a great feature.

Prima locatie in het stadje. Is een spa en zwembad aanwezig, waar wij geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Zag er goed uit. Kamers waren ruim en voorzien van thee en koffie faciliteiten. Bedden waren prima. Genoeg parkeerplaatsen. Ruim aanbod ontbijt buffet.

Hygiëne in de kamer valt wat in de verbeteren. Overal in de hoeken lag wel stof en achter het nachtkastje nog meer rommel. Hele hotel is een beetje vergane glorie.

Parking was a problem. More of a splash pool than a swimming pool. Breakfast room was far too small for the amount of people there.

Very good central location. Good to be able to use the facilities of the hotel next door. The accommodation is what it is …old fashioned, nothing fancy but clean and good value for what we paid.

Our room was very small and right at the top of the building. We found the bed too soft for us, but lovely fresh bedding. We didn’t like the smelly infuser thing going at the bottom of the stairs!!

La habitación era muy grande y cómoda. El desayuno era muy completo y el hotel era muy grande y bonito. No usamos la piscina, pero parecía muy chula.

No hay vigilancia ni recepción en el edificio donde estaba nuestra habitación, solo había una puerta que a veces la gente no cerraba. Aún así, es un sitio muy tranquilo y parecía seguro. En el lavabo encontramos alguna telaraña y araña, había algunas esquinas algo sucias.

Huge bedroom. Comfy large bed with everything you needed. Personally the shower over the bath was difficult for me to access as the bath side was high but wouldn't be a problem who had better mobility. Not much room in the hotel car park but able to park on the road. Good location for the town. Buffet type breakfast at the main hotel a few metres away was good.

Musty smell in corridors

Die Lage war super und das Frühstück hatte viel Auswahl und war sehr fein.

Es gab nur heisses Wasser in der Dusche (zu heiss) und es hatte zu wenig Parkplätze, man musste das Auto an den Strassenrand stellen.

Although the room in Bank House looked a little tired, it was clean, comfortable and the bed linen was fresh and welcoming. Reception staff in the main hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Bank House and the main hotel, whilst situated on a a quiet street, were just a few minutes walk from the high street with all its bars, restaurants and shops.

Breakfast in the main hotel (about five minutes walk from the room) was plentiful, but better quality ingredients, such as the coffee, would have been appreciated.

El trato en recepción, donde nos cobraron más dinero del que era. Tampoco nos gustó la habitación de bank house. Tenía telarañas hasta dentro de los vasos del baño.

Gutes Haus, freundliches Personal, gute Betten. Der Schwimmbereich mit Wirrpool war nett, Handtücher kann man gratis leihen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, der Ort ist Klasse und eine Besichtigung Wert.

Die Umkleide im Schwimmbad war ziemlich verschmutzt, war vielleicht nur eine Momentaufnahme, alles andere war top! Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, aber insgesamt war es - besonders draußen - ruhig.

Chambre voisine avec chiens qui ont aboyé sans cesse. Salle de bain vieillote, la baignoire trop glissante. La pièce des petits déjeuners trop confinée par rapport au nombre de personnes et trop peu de fenêtres.

Nothing really, except that the staff (who work in the main building) were polite.

We deliberately booked the Bank House thinking it would be better than the main hotel, but that was a huge mistake. The reality looks nothing like the photos online. The entire building is noisy, extremely dated, and run-down, with water damage and crumbling walls. In the entrance, a heavily scented air freshener is used to mask a pervasive musty odor. However, the absolute worst part was the smell inside our room—it was incredibly foul and damp. The room was in a shocking state with weird stains scattered around and a heavily moldy bathroom (judging by the smell, there is likely mold inside the walls too). Furthermore, the room door was very difficult to open and close, and bizarrely, it only had a keyhole on the outside. Basic hygiene was completely lacking; shockingly, the toothbrushing glass was placed upside down directly on the bare toilet lid. The breakfast was another disaster: very low-quality food, awful-tasting coffee and juices, dirty and sticky cutlery, and the entire setup felt like it was practically falling apart. There is a huge difference between historic charm and complete neglect. I strongly advise against staying here

Badkamer wel wat verouderd, maar nog steeds comfortabel

Vriendelijk personeel. Zeer ruime kamer, was net! Ligging top, niet ver van centrum. Ontbijt was ok, maar zoals hieronder gezegd kleine ruimte voor zoveel mensen.

Zwembad was niet zo proper, vuile vloer rondom. Dit kan zeker beter! Ontbijt was krappe ruimte met veel mensen, veel lawaai.

Estaba a pocos pasos de la avenida principal. El desayuno completo y delicioso y el personal muy abierto.

No había indicaciones de que la recepción era justo al spa y resulta que tienen varios alojamientos en la misma calle.
