Ardvane Bed & Breakfast

Trevligt Bra läge Lugnt och tyst Trevlig personal God frukost

Lukten i rummet

Great location on a quiet street, just a few minutes walk to the centre of Pitlochry. Ample free car parking. Clean modern rooms and good breakfast. We only stayed one night at Pitlochry, and would like to return for a longer stay at Ardvane B and B.

There is a wonderful outlook from the back garden of Ardvane, and there could have been better seating to enjoy the setting. There are a lot of steps down from the parking area, and then there is a climb up the stairs again if staying on the first floor. People with mobility issues might struggle especially with large suitcases.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella snug room. Davvero bellissima e pulita.

Lovely bedroom with convenient en-suite and very tasty breakfast with good choices.

The old steps down to the main door were tricky for we older travellers.

Everything was excellent.

A beautiful quiet b&b, excellent breakfast, lovely comfortable rooms, kind friendly owners, couldn't have asked for anywhere better for my stay. Great value for money for a solo traveller at this time of year as well.

Great location, the host and her family were super nice, the room had all the essentials, totally recommend it!

Posizione fantastica, ottima colazione e gentilezza del proprietario. Molto bene anche la pulizia.

Ardvane Bed and Breakfast is ideally located in central Pitlochry, within walking distance of the high street and the theatre. Our room was very clean and comfortable, certainly very roomy, and the breakfast was good.

Comfy rooms. Friendly staff. Nice property and well maintained facilities. Delicious breakfast.

Stairs from the car part make accessing the rooms a bit annoying with lot of luggage.

Out of all stays in Scotland, this was by far the very best of all our stays. It was clean, cozy, warm, welcoming and the facilities were really well organised. The B&B was in the centre of Pitlochry and made sightseeing easy and comfortable to do. The host was immensely friendly and caring, he wanted to ensure we were all up-to-date and knew our way around. He checked in multiple times if we had everything we need. Absolutely a great experience and I’d love to stay here another time! Thank you so much for the great time! 11/10

An excellent stay from start to finish. The host was wonderful, the Garden View Room was spacious and exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The hosts are very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the freshly made breakfast is a wonderful start of the day. The accommodation is just a short walk from the city center

Excellent location and the host was really friendly and attentive.

Location e camera super silenziosa

Great b&b just out of the centre, really lovely and clean and allocated parking. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

A tad expensive but overall nothing to complain about

Breakfast was excellent … good quality produce and plentiful The location of the guest house was ideal for getting to centre of Pitlochry yet in a quiet location

Nothing

Host very welcoming. Room sufficient for my needs. Breakfast excellent.

Comfortable room, great bathroom. Good breakfast. Friendly.

Parking area is roadside with heavy gravel and slope. With a heavy motorcycle to handle and turn round on this is challenging if on your own, so be aware. Plus lots of steps down to the property.

Lovely place to stay, very caring and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Nice and calm local neigbborhhood and also close to the city centre.

buen desayuno

The accommodation is located just a short walk from the town centre and nearby restaurants. The host was very friendly, and the check-in arrangements were extremely flexible. Despite the harsh weather outside, the room was warm, comfortable, and cosy. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the host paid great attention to every detail to ensure a pleasant stay

Everything was just as expected

Niets, ontbijt was ook prima.

I could not fault Ardvane, so comfortable, every detail accounted for, location spot on, breakfast facilities fantastic..

Nothing… loved it and would have stayed longer.

The host is charming, the view from the room is great, nice breakfast, comfortable pillows and blanket. Spacious room.

The shower- poor current, did not look clean, the room furniture will benefit upgrade. the stairs to our room, where not easy for oldies:)

I am tour driver and have used this premises twice and will use again. Central in Pitlochry, with parking and lovely comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and a lovely host.

Nothing( I will be back )

Location, bed size, breakfast, windows opened, clean

Very thick and heavy duvet so very warm.

Loved the Snug. It was cute and enjoyable. We will look forward to returning. Thank you

Totally great. Convenient location in a beautiful location

In einer ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegenes B&B. Man is in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum.

Very welcoming host who was always concerned for his guests. Great room and breakfasts.

Ideal for town centre. Breakfast was delicious well cooked and presented well

Couldn’t fault anything

Excellent Breakfast! Easy directions for check in. Private. On site parking. Close to everything.

Great location, parking on site, bike storage on site, spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, great breakfast, very clean and tidy, welcoming and accommodating staff.

Decor is a bit dated but other than that, this is a great option for staying in Pitlochry.

Very accommodating, friendly staff. Great location.

All good.

Good central location, parking available, excellent breakfast - comfortable/ quiet room and bed.

Nothing - for a tour driver perfect for an overnight stay

We stayed one night and were happy with the place. Clean, very quiet, great host and good breakfast.

Cosy rooms , good beds and close to town centre

No negatives at all

Accoglienza, parcheggio, vista, colazione

Great location with good onsite parking. We stayed in ‘The Snug’ which was spacious, and had its own entrance and close to our car which was great. Lovely breakfast room with great selection. Nice outside bench with table we could use. Cor was a great host - we had everything we needed.

Being on the bottom floor we could hear every footstep of the people staying above us. (Low ceiling). The bed was quite soft if you are used to a firmer one.

Great location for easy access into Pitlochry. Comfy beds, fabulous breakfast, friendly hosts, lovely toiletries and good facilities. Outdoor seating area that we made use of for a welcome cup of tea after a long day's driving

NA

Close to town and not too big; parking right outside. Good directions too.

N/A

A superb quality B&B, everything was very smooth and straightforward and the host was very welcoming.

Can’t think of anything.

B&B lindo e aconchegante. Lugar familiar. Nosso quarto estava impecável. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Convenient location close to the centre of Pitlochry but in a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was great, the room was very warm and comfortable and with a friendly helpful host. As a single traveller, it felt very safe and comfortable too. It was useful to have all the facilities within easy walking distance in Pitlochry for eating out in the evenings.

I couldn't work the television (may have been me!), but otherwise, no complaints at all.

Host was great… he made us a delicious breakfast. Location good…. Easy stroll into town. Clean, spacious and comfortable

Few stairs to get into the property. Could be an issue for people with limited mobility

Excellent breakfast Very accommodating owner

enig minpuntje is (lage) waterdruk douche

Excellent views from the bedroom window, delicious breakfast, very clean and modern room.

The owner was very relaxed and friendly and provided up to date messaging about my room. There are lovely views from the accommodation and it was spotless. The cooked breakfast was massive and the cost was very reasonable.

Nothing

We stayed at Ardvane B&B in Pitlochry for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. This cosy guesthouse offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the very friendly owner who made us feel at home right away. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a relaxing, peaceful ambiance. The central location made it easy to explore Pitlochry on foot, and parking was convenient. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and set us up perfectly for the day. The host was kind and helpful, offering great suggestions for things to do and see in and around Pitlochry. A lovely place to stay — highly recommended!

Property was excellent for our 2 nights stay host go above and beyond would definitely recommend it to anyone else and will more than likely stay again
