За неделю проживания в этом отеле уборки не было ни разу. Полотенца за все время тоже ни разу не поменяли. Зато при выселении началось самое интересное. С нас потребовали 800 000 донгов, из них 100 за тарелку (всё вместе около 2 500 рублей), за за якобы испорченные полотенца. К сожалению, фото грязных полотенец нет, приложу уже отстиранных. На одном из них мы вообще не нашли никаких пятен. Естественно, раз уж мы за них заплатили, забрали полотенца с собой. Интересно, где во Вьетнаме такие цены на обычные полотенца? За эти деньги можно половину текстиля для небольшого отеля купить. Да и химчистка стоит в разы дешевле. Еще мы честно сообщили, что случайно разбили тарелку. Деньги за нее тоже взяли. Самое смешное, сотрудники сами признались, что если бы мы ничего не сказали, они бы даже не заметили. Выводы делайте сами. На кухне посуда вообще некомплектная: апартаменты рассчитаны на четыре человека, а тарелок всего 4 и все разные. Одна конфорка на плите не работала — мы сообщили об этом, но за неделю ее так никто и не починил. В одном из душей горячую воду приходилось ждать по 10 минут. Отдельно позабавили правила: перед выездом гости должны сами убрать номер и помыть всю посуду. Складывается ощущение, что если бы этого не сделали, нам бы выставили еще один счет. В итоге сложилось впечатление, что главная цель отеля — не комфорт гостей, а поиск любого повода взять с них дополнительные деньги. Очень неприятный осадок. С таким отношением возвращаться сюда точно не хочется. Пока писала отзыв, долетели до Нячанга и сразу, ради интереса, закинула стирать «бракованные полотенца» за 2500…, и что же вы думаете? Они с короткой стирки все отстирались! Видео чистейших полотенец, но с их дыркой, отправили администраторам данного отеля🤬 Сам персонал норм, приветливый, всё расскажут, подскажут, но шибко сервисом не блещут.

We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. The apartments are clean, modern, and have everything you need for a longer stay. The staff were always kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. We also liked that the complex has great facilities, and the free shuttle to the beach was a nice bonus. The area is quiet, so it's easy to relax after a busy day. We'd definitely stay here again.

Классные апартаменты, все соответствует фото. Посуды по 2 шт каждого предмета (2 кружки, тарелки, вилки и тп), одна сковорода, кастрюля. С улицы никакого шума ни разу не было. Было чисто, удобная кровать, горячая вода с хорошим напором. В апартаментах есть утюг, сушилка, фен, чайник, плита, микроволновка, большой холодильник, много шкафов, столиков, все супер удобно. Есть русскоязычный персонал. Тут же можно арендовать байк. Считаю, что это часть пляжа лонг бич самая лучшая, благоустроенная, есть бесплатные раздевалки, душевые, туалет, жить надо либо здесь, и именно в этом жилом квартале, либо уже на Кхем бич. Этот квартал новый, чистый, приятный. Мы брали байк и обедали, ужинали в других районах, а завтрак готовили в апартаментах, поэтому по близлежащим кафе сказать нечего.

Электрокар возит на море по графику, в остальное время персонал увиливает от поездки. Мы испачкали кремом постельное белье - за стирку белья попросили 10 евро Это первый отель где за тобой бегут проверяют номер, неприятный осадок в конце приятной поездки.больше в этот отель не приеду

Останавливались в апартаментах 100 кв м, очень просторно, все красивое и свежее. Персонал русскоязычный, общительный, на просьбы откликались незамедлительно и корректно. Прачечная на первом этаже, что очень удобно, т к в большой семье много стирки каждый день. До моря минут 10 по хорошей дороге, не по холмам. Пляж большую часть времени был чистый, лежаки по 100 к донгов, что средне по острову. В целом район тихий, после 22:00 жизни почти не увидите, но до центра близко на такси или на байке (15 мин до центра, примерно столько же на юг до Сансет Тауна).

Соседние здания еще доделывают очень активно, примерно, 4-5 дней подряд было очень громко с 7:30 утра, в остальные дни уровень шума более-менее приемлемый, почти не просыпались. Если сон чувствительный - запасайтесь берушами сразу

Жили в семейном люксе (100 кв.) с 2-мя спальнями и 2-мя ванными в течение 10 дней. Номер большой, хороший, кондиционирование в каждой комнате (правда настройки регулярно сбивались, принципа не поняли), кровати большие, матрасы удобные, подушки не удобные, да и количество 4 шт на две кровати 180 показалось недостаточным. Кухонный гарнитур большой, с минимальным набором посуды и приборов (чайная ложка к примеру одна). Есть сушилка для полотенец, утюг и гладильная доска. Как выяснилось в цену не входит уборка, смена полотенец, замена постельного белья. Но, можно заказать уборку за 600тыс. (средняя цена чека обеда или ужина на 4-ых), в которую правда не входит замена полотенец и постельного белья, но есть прачечная, где предлагают в случае чего стирать полотенца и постели на первом этаже по цене 200тыс за 5 кг. В номере нет ни стиральной машины, чтобы постирать самостоятельно теже полотенца, которые не подлежат замене, ни приспособлений для уборки (пылесос, швабра), то есть или убирает клининг или никто, песок вывести нечем. Ну и за 10 дней у лифта на этаже также никто не убирал, песок постепенно копился. Из плюсов, пляжные полотенца можно менять каждый день и в течении дня вас могут довести до пляжа на тук-туке. Пешком до пляжа, магазинов, кафе - около 15 минут пешком. Ближе практически ничего нет, кроме кафе на первом этаже. В нем не ели, не прокомментируем. Район новый, активно застраивающийся/ремонтирующийся, поэтому если вы любите чуть дольше поспать и у вас чуткий сон, у вас ничего не выйдет: с утра начинают сверлить/штробить/стучать/кричать. Хотелось бы пожелать хозяевам пересмотреть концепцию по сервису для людей приезжающих в отпуск, а не на долгосрочную аренду. Мы много где путешествуем, с такими условиями в апартаментах столкнулись впервые. Возможно сами что-то проглядели при бронировании, но это не отменяет вышесказанного)

Семейный тихий район. На ресепшен девушки русскоговорящие, хозяева вроде как тоже русские, апартаменты очень просторные, чисто. Внизу кафе, вкусные блины(как дома) и манты.

Район новый, еще не все дома заселены, шум стройки с утра и в течении дня (думаю ближайший год точно еще будет так). Мало магазинов продуктов в округе, до супермаркета ехать около 15 минут на такси. Бассейн в соседнем дворе, работает с 11 до 19, например мы любим с утра до обеда провести в бассейне, а в 11 уже начинается жара, удобнее когда с 9 утра можно в бассейн. До пляжа возит бесплатный электроавтомобиль по требованию. Мы нашли пляж уединенный можно сказать чуть в сторону он пряжа отеля Regent. В общем уверена что скоро этот район будет топ.

Начиная с этапа заселения, я бронировала номер, балкон выходил краем на бассейн. В итоге вид был на стройку, и постоянный шум. Стирка, 30-ка за 1 кг, белье выдают на следующий день. Уборки ноль, воздуха в комнатах ноль, грязь. От белья была в ужасе, пятна и грязь. Расположение так же не очень, пожалела вообщем что тут остановилась. Когда ездила по острову видела много хороших вариантов и за меньшие деньги но более классное удобство. Пляж отельный особо не чистят, в воде от перчаток до пакетов. ВАЖНО у меня были бронирования и в других странах, Фукуок заключительный был, ни с одного объекта мне не написали мошенники, только из pacific, мол оплатите иначе снимем бронь, написали на востап а это значит отель слил мои данные. Вообщем при возможности обходите стороной.

Приехали до отеля и решили не заселяться. Там стройка, пыль и грязь. Ходят рабочие около отеля, звуки строительной техники. В самом отеле живут люди, видимо с минимальными требованиями к отдыху. Более того выход к морю отдален, чтобы до него добираться нужно ждать очередь на отельный авто который возит не всегда.К счастью, рядом есть район марина с инфраструктурой и комфортом и ехать нужно туда. Здесь отдыхать еще рано

Классный отель. Отдыхали месяц все очень понравилось свежий ремонт новая мебель на ресепшене ребята всегда помогают и очень доброжелательные. Отдельное спасибо Вике рассказала нам куда сходить что посмотреть. Ночью очень тихо спали как убитые. Всем рекомендуем для бронирования.

Большие апартаменты с современными ремонтом, есть кухня и все для приготовления еды. Идеально для длительного проживания. Многим не нравится, что рядом нет инфраструктуры и все дома пустые, но для нас это был большой плюс, т.к. всегда тихо. Если нужен магазин или кафе, можно пройтись 10 минут пешком до ночного рынка. Кафе есть и в самом здании отеля. Еда и напитки очень вкусные, особенно блинчики, сэндвичи и смузи. Периодически шла стройка в соседнем здании, но нам вообще ничего не было слышно. До пляжа 10 минут пешком, но есть и гольфкар, который довозит до него. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате. На ресепшен можно купить 19л воды за 50к донг, бутыль приносят прямо к номеру. Огромный плюс-наличие бесплатных стиральных машинок на 1 этаже здания.

Плохие матрасы, пружины впиваются в тело.

Номер, в котором мы остановились, совсем новый. Он большой с кухней. На кухне - плита, микроволновая печь, сковорода и кастрюля и остальные столовые принадлежности. Отель расположен не на первой линии, но это не проблема, т.к. по первой просьбе нас доставляли до пляжа на электрокаре. Также можно дойти да пляжа за 5 минут, зная дорогу между двумя отелями. Кафе внизу нам понравилось. У отеля есть бассейн (1,3 м глубиной), он в соседнем дворе.

Отсутствует информация на букинге, что в апартаментах не предусматривается уборка и замена постельного белья. Но самое главное - не выносится мусор! У нас на 3-й день проживания мешок был полный. Куда его выносить неизвестно, где брать новый мешок - неизвестно! Оказалось, что уборка в апартаментах платная. Мы узнали об этом случайно, прочитав объявление в лифте. Надо эту информацию указывать в букинге. Мусор у нас на 4-й день забрали и поменяли полотенца. Но уборку не проводили.

房間整潔，設備算還新，廚房有提供餐具和洗潔用品，周圍環境安靜，可散步到公園、夜市、漂亮的海灘。提供免費電車接送到附近區域，很棒！

櫃台服務員工還算親切，但不能用英文溝通，只能用翻譯軟體（笑），所以入住時也沒有介紹環境或解說注意事項，例如垃圾如何處理、是否每日提供備品等，都要我們去櫃台詢問才拿到毛巾、衛生紙。感覺備品應該要主動提供吧。我們住的一個房間冷氣無法調整温度，開了太冷，不開又太熱。浴室熱水的温度大概只有30度。樓下餐廳下午1點才營業，所以沒有早餐！

The rooms were pretty clean and modern. However, they were a little small. We were not able to open up both our luggages at the same time in 1 room. The buggy service was reliable and the free Massage Chair was highlight of the hotel.

We booked the property because it had breakfast included. However upon reaching we found out that the kitchen is in renovation and they cannot serve us breakfast and there are no good breakfast options available nearby. We had to eat 3 days at a 5 star property with 3x times prices for breakfast. Atleast the hotel management cut some price of the hotel room rent because of not serving breakfast. Ms Thuy was a little informatant but the other female receptionist was not aware of the surroundings. When asked for breakfast buffet, she said there are none. However, I had to personally visit some places to confirm that there are places.

Property location, facilities, staff and hospitality was excellent

Property rooms were small for group of people which is not big thing when compared to all the good things you get.

I stayed at this hotel with 2 kids and 1 adult. This experience was amazing. Spacious and clean room, reasonable price, good service, and heartwarming staffs. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is not at the centre. But the hotel staff used buggies to pick and drop us to close by places. We loved the hospitality and the facilities. The free laundry service was great.

The place was devoid of tourist

We stayed for 3 weeks with two toddlers. The staff were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond for us and truly made our stay feel like home. They were so great with the kids and assisted us with any additional children’s supplies we needed. The location was about a 10 minute walk to a stunning beach, and the property had bikes available for use if you wanted to get there faster. In addition, they provided golf cart transport to anywhere in the area, which made accessing the beach or marina area even easier and more convenient. All of this was free with the stay. There are many lovely pools available for use. The majority of the units in the vicinity are completely vacant, making the area VERY quiet. At times, it felt like a ghost town. This obviously has its pros and cons depending what vibe you’re after. Duong Dong or Sunset town are about a 15-20 minute drive, making this location an easy access point in the middle.

The hotel is situated about 300m from the beach which is clean with sandy shoreline. The hotel offers electric buggies that can be used around the Marina Cove area. In short distances we were able to drive ourselves for grocery shopping and when all 9 of us required a lift to The Marina Cove centre or the beach then the hotel manager Jamie drove us there and picked us up when we called him. We had two 100sqm apartments which took up the whole of level5 in the hotel. For 5 adults and 4 children it was ideal. Getting around the island is easy using GRAB similar to UBER and quite inexpensive. Most locals do not speak English however they are all very adept at using Google translate and communication weas not a problem.

The location is in a developing area. The major building work had been completed for a large European styled Victorian township occupying about 4acre of 7story buildings, terraced and all in the same style. 10% occupied. The one swimming pool is in the centre of the complex and there were plenty of seating with a large shallow pool for the kids and a very large adult pool. Both were very clean and there was someone on duty all the time. It was very quiet but seemed very safe.

The whole environment is great. Value for money, will come back to the same hotel next time when I come to Phu Quoc again

Nearby don't have any shop or restaurant, have to use grab or rent a bike to supermarket or restaurant to find food. but wait for few more years all the shop open, here will be the best best best place to stay

Hidden gem, excellent service, near beach, the condo had everything for cooking, we recommend.

The food was cheap and good. The rooms new and tidy. They drive you to the market, beach and even to another restaurant as they had no more dishes to offer one day. We reccomand!

The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is free airport pick-up, free buggy to go to the beach, free daily laundry and free transport to Sonasea Night Market for food and shopping which is 10 min away. The building is new and room neat and tidy. The staff goes out of their way to please and the room rates are very cheap.

The shuttle didn't pick us up from the airport (they forgot about us) and when we asked for a drop off to the airport ,they said it would be 150 000vnd but it must be free (as promo) . anyway they dropped us off for free. Electric cars were not charged sometimes. Stuff do not speak English and it is hard to explain what we need. The lady who was a receptionist did some cooking,cleaning tables and other things around. So sometimes you need to wait a long time . It's hard for one person( please hire more people). But she was always polite, friendly and helpful ❤️ The window locker was broken (we mentioned it but nobody fixed it). Windows were dusty (do not open curtains!) . The safe was not screwed to the wall/floor.so I do not understand how it would protect our stuff if everyone could take it out. No sponge, cleaning soap in the kitchen or extra garbage bags ( but at the end of our stay they put 1 sponge and the cleaning lady forgot some garbage bags. I think it must be all time under the sink). Also it would be nice to have some iron ,the iron desk and the broom (vacuum) in the apartment. Just clean up the floor by ourselves during the day (we had small kids). Oh please put bigger cups /mugs please.and please check how sharp your knife is... impossible to cut. Also , I would like to see an exchange board (electronic)with the current rate in reception. It would be nice if we could buy some sim cards , a swimming jacket for kids, and sand toys right in the hotel. And I would recommend putting more bakery in the cafe at least in the morning. It will get nice to eat some bun or muffins with coffee (again bigger mugs please) We wish you the best wishes !

The apartment, building and facilities were all great. No complaints at all. Stagg were welcoming and super helpful, providing free airport transfers, and personal use of golf carts for local transport.

The location...the building is surrounded by a number of other vacant buildings. It almost feels apocalyptic looking out. It might be that as tourism increases, especially around the marina area, this will improve. Luckily it's only a 10/15 min walk to a nice beach (near the sailing club), or 15 minute grab to a more livelier section of beach.

Our stay here was incredible. The apartment was modern and spacious. Huge TV and the nicest bathroom so far in Asia. The bed was by far the most comfortable too. The staff go out of their way to ensure you have all you need with daily housekeeping, free bikes and golf buggy lifts and laundry all complimentary. There isn't much around but you can walk along the beach to a small night market (open all day too) to get authentic Vietnamese food plus bars for more upmarket dining. If we visit the island again we will be sure to book here.

I would like to have access to a laundry room and do my own laundry.

The staffs are all friendly. Immediately assist us to solve all kind of issues, like drive us to the night market nearby, rent the motorcycles, call the grab and so on. Once we met some issues, dial the number to the counter, then the staff would just show up in front of the room! This kind of service really make us impressive. That’s the wonderful accommodation experience in Phu Quoc!

A new hotel with an amazing manager named Mr J. He helped us with everything we needed and drove us around to the supermarket and night market with the electric shuttle. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. It gets clean regularly, and the staff brings new water bottles every day. The shower is the best one we ever had all over South East asia! The 2 bedroom room includes a kitchen in which you can cook, and the supermarket is 5 min drive from the hotel. There are grab taxi drivers that can take you everywhere on the island. Grab food deliveries also arrive at the hotel. Everything was very convenient for families with young kids. We would happily come again🥰

The pool is not underneath the window, as shown in the picture, but 100 meters away from the building. It is not so bad, though. Only 1 min walk. Additionally, take into consideration that there are no restaurants or shops in walking distance. The hotel is located in the middle of a beautifully constructed European style neighburhood, with buildings that are still 90% unoccupied and you have to go by car. All considered, it is still a great value for the price paid. For staying at the island center, you will have to settle on a smaller room or pay a lot more.

This hotel was an incredible value for the price! It’s like a 5-star hotel, but at a much more affordable price. The room condition was top-notch, and its location near the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the ocean. The beach, Long Beach, was perfect for a relaxing swim without feeling crowded. Plus, it was close to the night market, making dining options super easy. Our family of four (two adults and two kids) found it to be the perfect choice for a family trip. The staff were incredibly kind, and the complimentary laundry service and free shuttle to the night market were unforgettable touches. Choosing this hotel over nearby 5-star options was the best decision we made. If you’re looking for great value for your money, I highly recommend this hotel—you won’t regret it! I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything all fantastic,very reasonable price and good location,quite and super clean,staff were super genuine and friendly,even though they cannot speak fluent English,but you can feel the energy and enthusiasm,they willing to help whenever you need them,one of the best things at 富国。last day of my journey,we borrowed the bike from here and we really had so much fun.about 5mins bike time to the beach.the male staff were so nice and he can cook the best pho in town 😍

This hotel is very good. The boss and the staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly.If there is anything you need, they will help you meet your demands as soon as possible.The room is very large and the equipment is very new. All the household appliances are new models.The room is cleaned thoroughly every day.The breakfast is also very delicious.In conclusion, this hotel is highly recommended.

Realy pacific was amazing .the appartment was very clean,new equipments,spacious and the staf was very very kind.the tuc tuc was in our disposition 24/24.pacific is situated insde a marina with a free bus.we can go to the center any time and also to visit other places for free.the sweaming pool and the beach were very clean and splandid.i realy recomanded

Location is very new development part of town, everything are brand new, because of new so not so much tourist know about this place yet. Location is very close to the beach, beaches are beautiful, however during the time we were there the weather was not so good. I enjoyed my time there anyway.

This hotel is exceptional. The host and staff super friendly. At first I booked the small room for my family accidentally, however the host was really helpful, he change for us the bigger one with only small amount of extra fee. Will come again.
