As it is located in a piazza with restaurants all around, the music and crowd were going until 3 to 4 am every day, so had 3 sleepless nights

It was under our expectation. First of all, the property it is located at the 2-nd floor and it doesn’t have an elevator. You have to carry your suite case up on a long set of stairs.

The room was very small with a windowed door opening into an internal dirty space. There is no was one can call it a deluxe room and pay 180 Euros/ night for such an accommodation.

We liked the location being close to the port where our ferry arrived, walking distance to food and gelato, and quick taxi service to airport. The room was large and had a view overlooking the plaza.

The room was very warm and uncomfortable. The thermostat never dropped below 80 degrees F (27-28 degree C). After addressing this the property manager told us the next morning that the bc the unit is large and old (historic) that it takes time to cool down, but it never did. It was cooler in the lobby outside our room. Breakfast options were included which is gracious but very mid. And every few uses the toilet would keep running and not flush. We would have to wait over an hour before using again.

A wonderful place with just 6 special rooms inside an ancient building with an impressive history. The location is an absolute winner by any standard—right in the heart of Piazza Dante, just a few steps from the metro station and Via Toledo, the famous shopping and bar street. ​Immaculately clean, with a spot-on breakfast. While the selection isn't huge, what they do offer is precise, fresh, and delicious. ​The highlight of the stay is the owner and manager, Francesco—an amazing guy who truly made all the difference. Tous été parfait, l’emplacement de l’hôtel situé à 40m d’une station de métro, boutiques , restaurants, nous avons pu avoir une chambre très spacieuse avec une salle de bain refaite au goût du jour, un très belle accueil de la par du propriétaire .Nous sommes venus en famille très beau séjour à Naples 👍🏻

Absolutely stunning property - right on a square. 2 adults and 2 teenagers sharing a room. Room was larger than expected and very very clean. Staff were brilliant and always available for local advice -breakfast was great too. Beds were extremely comfortable - one of the best I’ve tried. Cannot fault anything

The rooms were wonderful and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The location was great and only a short walk to streets full of shops and restaurants.

1) La atención de todo el staff, especialmente Ana durante el desayuno siempre atenta a ayudar 2) El desayuno es completo, con ingredientes de muy buena calidad, jugo de naranja recien exprimido, cornetos, fruta, jamones, queso, huevo duro, frutos secos y diferentes opciones de café e infusiones

La zona donde está ubicado es conveniente, a unos pasos de la estación Metro Dante, pero la plaza Dante es demasiado comercial, caotica, sucia y ruidosa

Realmente es un lugar hermoso, con mucha historia. Nos atendieron de forma excelente. Ana, Francesco, Alessandro, todos unos genios. Super limpio y con todo el confort para pasar unos días espectaculares

La colazione andrebbe anticipata, le 8 é un po' tardi per permettere a chi si deve muovere presto di poterne usufruire.

Ce que nous avons énormément apprécié : - la situation géographique du Foro Carolino sur la très jolie Piazza Dante Alighieri, de surcroît tout proche du centre de Naples ; - la configuration du Foro Carolino : porche monumntal clos en soirée, la toute petite porte d'accès :-), la cour intérieure animée et artisanale, l'escalier d'accès au Foro Carolino, et enfin, les locaux magnifiquement rénovés avec une conservation de leur typologie et des parties d'ouvrages conservés (sols, murs, plafonds, moulures, fresques, ...) ; - nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Rien, tout était parfait. Peut-être une autre vue, sur la Place, ce sera pour notre prochaine venue :-).

The location is top!

The room was a bit tired and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but perhaps this was just the room we had.

La struttura è all’interno di un palazzo antico, si affaccia nella piazza Dante, stanza grande bellissima con i soffitti dipinti meravigliosi, arredato con gusto.. Pulito. Ottima colazione .Siamo state accolte per il check in da un ragazzo molto gentile professionale. Abbiamo chiesto dove poter mangiare e ci ha consigliato dei posti top. Disponibili a tenerci i bagagli gratuitamente ed ad organizzarci il taxi. Ci torneremo Lo consiglio Bravi

La doccia poco illuminata. Avrei gradito una macchina del caffè. Consiglio di mettere l’orario della colazione così ci si regola, il primo giorno l’abbiamo pagata senza poterla fare perché cominciavano alle 8.00 e noi per quell’ora dovevamo partire!

Absolutely gorgeous rooms designed to provide every comfort for guests. Caring, attentive staff available each day. Delicious breakfast with excellent service. Safe and secure building with a central location on a Metro line. We wouldn’t hesitate to make this our home for any future Naples visit.

Piazza Dante is lively and can be noisy in the evening.

En general, todo estuvo muy bien. A destacar la amabilidad de Francesco y Piero, el confort y la ubicación.

Centraal gelegen. Zeer mooie kamer. Enorm.ruim. lekker ontbijt. Snelle checkin.

De douche was niet proper. Een grote haarbol tegen de muur van de vorige gasten. Niet zo fijn. Verder is er een dansschool boven de kamers. Normaal tot 19u30, maar wij hebben de school horen dansen tot 22u30. Dat was wel slechts 1 keer. De eigenaar zou dit beter vermelden in de beschrijving. Volgens de eigenaar mag de dansschool slechts tot 19u30 actief zijn.

la struttura si trova in posizione strategica in una zona centrale molto viva. Le camere sono grandi e molto belle. Personale estremamente gentile ed accogliente, ottima la colazione. Molto comodo il letto.

Huge room and great value for money. The owners were very accommodating and helpful about things to do in the city and helping with bags. Great breakfast every morning and great location.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Great location for walking to different neighborhoods with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. Can be a little noisy at night due to being right on the square but it didn’t stop me from sleeping and I’m a light sleeper!

Stijlvolle, super schone en karakteristieke toplokatie in het hart van Napels op piazza Dante. Parkeren vlakbij in overleg met receptie van het hotel. Kingsize bed, superontbijt! Dit was ons 2e bezoek. Het was wederom top! Aanrader!!

Location is very good and room quite big.

Loud restaurant just below our window with terrible noise and firework until midnight. Shower was dirty. Ballett school just one floor above. Breakfast only offered from 8:00 - 10:00 without offering lunch box or cup of coffee for early morning leavers. Sofa was dirty (see picture).

Zimmer und Bad sehr gross und hell, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffet, Besitzer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Sehr gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt an einem belebten Platz mit Metrostation.

Hoteleingang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht als solcher erkennbar. Rezeption zwischen 21 Uhr und 8 Uhr früh nicht besetzt, Piazza vor dem Hotel nachts teilweise sehr belebt und laut. Gewünschte zweite Bettdecke für das Doppelbett wurde leider nicht bezogen.

Fantastic building and well located for Centro Storico one way, Via Toledo / Spanish quarter the other way. And beyond to other areas. Helpful text from hotel as to exact location / building. The shutters on the window kept out the sun/heat and noise. Enjoyed waking up to a bustling square filled with life and tourists starting their day. A small table and 2 chairs in front of the window would have been a welcome comfortable addition. Nice large mirrored dressing area.

S&B in need of a bit of TLC. First morning the rain shower head did not appear to be tightened enough & water jets clogged. The water sprayed everywhere in the bathroom, ceiling was dripping, floor soaked and unit beside sink was swimming in water. Towel hook on the wall also fell off. We advised staff who did repair the shower head, but unfortunately the towel hook fell off the wall the next morning also. The kettle leaked and water seeped into unit, warping the table surface. The wall next to the dressing area was scuffed and marked. One of my pillow cases was also marked, fortunately I travel with my own pillowcases. I laid this pillow case clearly out for the cleaner to change, but it wasn’t changed the next morning. The lady in the breakfast room was kept busy, making fresh orange, coffees & teas and unfortunately just wasn’t able to top up the food stuffs. Two mornings there was only one slice of bread left and no top up forthcoming. Although there are 6 rooms there are only 5 tables which meant that one morning a couple were without a table and had to take breakfast to their room on a tray.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen, Restaurants. Taxi für Fahrt zum Flughafen perfekt organisiert. Gepäck konnte am Abreisetag in der Unterkunft bleiben. Wir hatten einen Schlüssel und konnten es dann selbst holen. Schlüssel blieb dann einfach beim Empfang liegen.

Pas de sauna, (pourtant mentionné dans la description) petit déjeuner qui manque de produit frais (gâteaux en sachet, pain de mie...cafetière a filtre...fruit en petite quantité ..ça manque de pain frais, de fruit de saison, pastèque, raisin,fraise,.œuf à la coque... Il y a également trop de bruit en soirée, les chambres donnent sur une place avec la musique à fond. La nuit jusqu'à3h..et en journée, il y a une école de ballet de danse au dessus de l'hôtel.... Pas d'isolation acoustique...on entend tout...

This place is a little gem. Honestly feels like I've stayed in a palace. Huge room with lovely comfy bed and everything needed. Absolutely top notch facilities and service. Our room overlooked Dante Piazza and I could have sat all day and watched the people, but had far too much to do! Thank you Francesco for the map and guidance on where to go and what to do. We took the advice and were so happy we did. Your accommodation and friendly advice, not to mention breakfast fit for a king were very much appreciated.

Confortable et bien entretenu. Fonctionnel et très propre. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Naples à pieds ou en métro (au pied de l’immeuble). Très sécurisé. Accueil chaleureux et efficace dans ce B&B

Rien Si on doit vraiment trouver quelque chose à améliorer : je dirais qu’il faudrait miser au petit déjeuner sur moins de choix mais que du frais (Naples regorge de boulangeries et pâtisseries délicieuses qui pourraient être plus mises à l’honneur, en enlevant quelques éléments industriels pour ne garder que le frais).

The room was very large, that said it seemed extremely cold and barren. Has all the amenities. The room is a bit loud, there is a ballet studio on the floor above so there is pounding and music well into the evening. You are in a piazza so there quite a few restaurants and bars below that are very loud until the early hours of the morning. Location is not very desirable. It did not seem like a relaxing atmosphere.

Location firstly but on arrival I was not disappointed with our room which was incredibly spacious, overlooking Dante Square, super clean with en suite modern bathroom with plenty of good quality towels, large double bed with lovely linen, TV, hairdryer, kettle & fridge … everything was as described but enhanced by excellent buffet style continental breakfast in family style setting, freshly squeezed orange juice & best cappuccinos… I honestly have nothing but compliments to Francesco & his superb team for running such a lovely gem of a B&B … would love to come back soon.

This place exceeded expectations. The location was superb. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. Special thanks to Francesco who helped with travel plans when our tour got cancelled. Breakfast was a bonus. Room was beautiful. I can’t praise this place enough!

The WiFi was a little patchy but honestly, I’m struggling to find any negatives.

Loved the friendly B&B nature of the stay - we felt looked after, and welcomed by very lovely staff. We loved that the history of the place. The room was large and gorgeous, overlooking the square - very cool. Nice comfy bed; amazing ceiling; great bathroom and shower. Everything was very nice and clean. Tasty breakfast with fresh orange juice every morning! The interiors are lovely. The location was PERFECT for exploring the city. It's in the historical centre, with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars etc within walking distance. The metro station is very close by too. We read other reviews about noise, but didn't find it an issue at all!

Being picky now, but you may want to bring a hairdryer, as the one in the room was pretty useless and ended up going out with wet hair. The room was lovely, but could do with a fresh lick of paint, and some floor tiles were cracked / loose - but hey, we spent most of our days out and about anyway. The breakfast was nice & tasty, but a little limited (this is a B&B with only a few rooms after all, and not a big hotel!).

Super schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Zentrale Lage. Hervorragendes Frühstück.

Fenster war auf den Piazza Dante hinaus und da war es am Abend sehr lange laut, aber dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts ;).

Zéér goede locatie om Napels te bezoeken. Op het plein is er de Metro, maar we deden veel te voet. Snelle verbinding via metro Municipio voor de Ferry naar Amalfi... Goed contact met S&B reeds vanop luchthaven. Mooie pallazo. Wij hadden een reuze grote kamer: TOP. Uitstekend ontbijt met oa vers fruitsap. Veel eetadresjes in de buurt ( tips van uitbater)

Beautifully renovated rooms in an old building with high ceilings and lots of character. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful views over Piazza Dante; just steps from the Metro station and numerous cafés and restaurants. Walking distance to many central sights and shopping streets. Very friendly owner who took the time to give us helpful tips for visiting Naples. Nice breakfast and friendly service. Would definitely recommend!

Not the hotel's fault, but it can get noisy outside on the piazza in the evening due to the nearby bars/cafés.

L'établissement Foro Coralino est situé sur la place Dante, idéalement dans le centre historique de Naples à 10 min à pieds du musée archéologique (à voir absolument), du Duomo, des églises Jesus Nuovo et Basilique Santa Chiara. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours et proche de l'artère principale Via Toledo. Chambre très grande et très propre Literie très confortable Belle salle de douche Lors de notre arrivée, la personne nous a donné des conseils sur les sites à visiter, les restaurants typiques napolitains , un grand merci à lui.

Un seul point négatif en ce qui nous concerne : les horaires du petit déjeuner de 8 h à 10 h - trop tard, nous n'avons pas pu prendre de petit déjeuner pendant ces 4 jours car nous avions des excursions planifiées avec un départ à 8h, à 7 h 30. Si vous n'avez pas de timing serré pour les visites, l'établissement Foro Carolino sera idéal! Si par contre votre temps est compté, vous devrez pendre les petits déjeuners à l'extérieur

Breakfast was fair. The room was in a historical building, Dande Plaza is a central point for Spacanapolis, and the staff was very kind and helpful.

The room we stayed in was on the left side of the ladder before entering the reception, and the big window looked out onto a blind space (skylight) with artificial flowers, without a view of the square. Also, we had the sense/smell of a closed space, like high humidity, and last, there was a terrible smell from the heating fan when it was working (like drainage). Value for money in this specific room was not fair.
