Eine sehr gemütliche und schöne Unterkunft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und Englisch hat sehr gut zur Kommunikation funktioniert. ebenso war das Abendessen und Frühstück sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und durch große Scheiben hell und freundlich gestaltet.

Einziger negativer Punkt für uns: über ein Moskitonetz hätten wir uns gefreut.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft ausserhalb von Ha Giang. Das Besondere aber war die Betreuung durch Van. Ab dem ersten Kontakt hat sie sich um alles gekümmert - dass der Night Bus uns um 3 Uhr morgens an der richtigen Stelle austeigen liess, die Abholung von dort, die Organisation einer privaten Ha Giang Loop Tour, die Weiterreise... Sie spricht perfekt Englisch und ist immer freundlich, über Whatsapp erreichbar und soooo nett! Wir waren 3 Nächte hier und würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen!

Que dire d’autre que cet endroit calme un peu à l’écart de Ha Giang est simplement magique. Van m’a reçu avec un énorme sourire, une gentillesse et un professionnalisme peu commun. Elle m’a permis de gérer quelques difficultés sur place et s’est adapté d’une manière absolument remarquable à mes nécessités. Le lodge est super propre et bien équipé (piscines, clim, restaurant…) et propose des tours motorisés de cette magnifique région de plusieurs jours, en groupes ou en individuel. J’ai été bluffé par l’ensemble des prestations, le personnel et par mon adorable chauffeur de scooter, Minh, que je recommande pour ses talents de conduite, et sa capacité à partager son enthousiasme et créer un lien d’amitié. La barrière de la langue n’a pas été un problème car il souhaite votre confort et pour le reste : on utilise une app de traduction.

Il n’y a vraiment rien à redire. En cherchant bien : peut-être la cuisine gagnerait-elle à être un tout petit peu plus savoureuse (juste quelques aliments un peu surcuits, mais absolument rien de grave). Mais cela n’a pas du tout impacté le plaisir de mon séjour qui est resté au plus haut niveau.

Điện quá yếu, điều hoà ko mát. Trong phòng ko có quạt. Chúng tôi phải mượn quạt cây ở nhà hàng mang lên. Nhưng quạt ko dc bảo dưỡng nên kêu quá to khiến chúng tôi khó ngủ. Đèn ngủ để trên đỉnh giường nên quá sáng. 1 trong số 5 phòng của chúng tôi có mùi chua của phân mèo. Đó là căn phòng ở tầng 1. Chúng tôi đã đặt 5p và hoàn toàn ko có 1 giấc ngủ trọn vẹn !

New and clean in the rooms apart from cockroaches . Hot water Air conditioning comfortable beds , nice big windows.

Pool needs cleaning. Staff noisy , can hear the people in rooms next door. Breakfast is pretty sad. The bar is rubbish - little options and hot beer. Charge a lot of money for scooters … which you need because it’s so far from town

ATTENTION, prix hors taxe !!! On se prend 10+8=18% sur tout .... On a demandé un ticket bus pour notre prochain stop et nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse.... il a fallu faire en urgence alors que si il nous avait prévenu... Piscines pas propres et aucune chaise ou bain de soleil alors qu'il y a une plateforme autour pour en mettre et que c'est noté sur Booking... C'est dommage, la vue est belle depuis la grande piscine, il serait agréable de se détendre et d'avoir des serviette pour la piscine

Accueil parfait. Equipe aux petits soins. Merci à Van pour l' organisation de la loop avec Mr Hung tour. Belle et grande chambre au calme, A/C, matelas et eau chaude Ok. Bon petit déjeuner. Une grande et une petite piscine très agréables après la loop. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

Pas de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Lodge calme mais on oublie pas les klaxons, la route est à 200m après les champs de maïs. Les taxes ne sont pas comprises dans les prix, même pour les résa booking. Cela ajoute 10% à tous les prix et services. Améliorez l' entretien de la piscine et ce sera le meilleur lodge du Vietnam ❣️

Super staff, très accueillant et très serviable. Ils ont été au petit soin avec nous. La chambre était très bien avec une superbe vue. La nourriture est très bonne également. Nous avons booké la Ha Giang Loop en petit groupe avec eux et c’est très bien.

Alojamiento extraordinario en una magnífica ubicación. Mi bungalow era realmente excelente; precioso, cómodo. La cama maravillosa, el cuarto de baño muy bonito. También pude disfrutar de la maravillosa piscina. Y el personal excelente. Realmente el precio es muy económico para lo que es el sitio. También tengo que destacar la limpieza. Todo estaba impoluto

Amazing facilities, very comfortable. Such kind and helpful staff, they’re there for you whenever you need. Location is perfect - it is so peaceful, surrounded by unreal 360 views.

This place truly became like a home for me. As a 25-year-old solo traveler, I was a little nervous at first, but from the moment I arrived I was warmly welcomed by everyone. I ended up staying longer than planned and even joined as a volunteer because I felt so connected here. The rooms are comfortable, the location is perfect for exploring, and the motorbike rental is super convenient. But what makes this place truly special is the people – Manager Phuin and Mr. Khai took such great care of me and made sure I felt part of the family. An unforgettable experience – highly recommended!

The place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. I loved it so much, that I stayed 3 nights in total to calm down a little bit. The staff is great and Piun is always there, if you need anything. He also helped me book a Ha Giang Loop Tour just the evening before it started. Probably the best place I stayed at in Vietnam so far!

This exceptional lodge is value for money. Setting among rice paddy, with motorcycle rentals. We loved the freshly prepared food, sourcing their supply locally. We jumped into the pool every afternoon during our 4 nights stayed. Our room was spacious with large bed, mosquito net and great aircon for the summer heat. We also rented a motorcycle from here for 3 days for our self-guided Ha Giang Loop.

We had a great stay at Ban Bang Ecolodge! Room 🛏️ Spacious, clean, and beautiful with comfy mattresses. A thinner blanket option would’ve been nice. Location 📍 Peaceful spot 15 minutes from Ha Giang, surrounded by rice paddies and mountains. The night bus from Hanoi dropped us right at the lodge, and we also caught a bus to Ninh Binh from there. Perfect for a quiet stay if you're okay with scootering to town. Food 🍱 Tasty and satisfying. Service & Staff ℹ️ Outstanding hospitality—friendly, helpful, and never pushy about tours. Piun and Van made us feel especially welcome. Thank you! Scooter Rental 🛵 Easy and fairly priced. I would stay here again!!!

It was nice to have the small swiming pool then we had a swim after arriving. The common arrea is beautiful and match with the local interior and surounding environment. We had a good time to stay here. The 10 km distance from the city was fine with us as we travel by car. You should chose the crepe for the breakfast, it is amaizing. We have a good time in Ban Bang Ecologe. The price is way under our expectation.

This is an absolute Gem of a place, a complete and unexpected surprise. A very unusual and unique experience. BIG rooms. The Duty manager, Mr Puit is a very nice and capable young man, impecable English, with a very down to earth attitude. Nothing was any trouble for him and any issues were resolved quickly and professionaly.

I had room 204, and in that room there is a sensor light, in the ceiling just inside the door, so when you come in at night, the entry is illuminated. Great idea???? Hmmmmm. Maybe not. After going to bed, each time I turned in my sleep, the sensor picked up the motion and turned the light on. Every couple of hours the light would illuminate the whole room. On mentioning the lack of sleep due to the sensitivity of the sensor light, Mr Puit, did make some financial retribution for the disrupted sleep.

The staff were very welcoming & professional & really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The lodge was pretty quiet during our stay and so they upgraded us to a much nicer room with an ensuite bathroom. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. The setting is lovely & the facilities (swimming pool, pool table, fire pit & small gym) were great too.

Bathroom did not smell good & had inadequate ventilation

This is an up and coming lodge. The area around the property is quite peaceful, there's quite a lot of common space with cats and dogs, a pool table, bar, exercise equipment, etc. The room was pretty comfortable. Piun is one of the best guides for Ha Giang. He helped us book the cab to and from Hanoi, renting motorbikes, and also helped us when we needed help finding stuff after our stay. 100% recommended.

It looks just as beautiful in real life as it does in the pictures (which you can't always say about other adverts on booking). The homestay is in the middle of the nature but not too far from the city center. Above all, the staff are very friendly and happy to help with bus bookings, for example. Many thanks to Piun and Thuong! The food tastes also excellent.

The location is amazing and the Homestay is beautiful. Very clean and with beautiful spacious rooms. Piun, the manager is very helpful and polite. We also did the Ha Giang Loop, that he arranged and it was an amazing trip with bikes really worth trying.

We were a group of friends staying at Local Ban Bang Homestay for two nights and we really felt at home!! Piun (the manger of the place) and all the staff were really friendly and warm. They suggested the Ha Giang Loop tour with the agency they cooperate and we really loved that as well! The homestay is a bit outside of Ha Giang, in the nature. The breakfast was also amazing! We totally recommend it!!

Highly worthy of recommendation, everything was perfect. The manager Piun is great with his conversant English and all the staff are very enthusiastic. You should stay here at least one night if you have a great vacation in Ha Giang

Definitely the best experience in Vietnam and maybe even in southeast Asia. There are simply places where time flows differently and this is one of them. Ban Bang Homestay is beautifully situated, surrounded by rice and corn fields. Rooms are very clean and spacious with comfortable beds - perfect for relaxing after long days on motorcycles. Food and drinks are perfect. You can't forget about wonderful and fantastically illuminated relaxation area and swimming pool. However, the heart of this place is the people who run it. Piun and his team were excellent - they helped us with every aspect of our Ha Giang loop trip - from directions to the site, food and lodging, to bike and gear rentals, as well as even helping us book our return bus. We will really miss you and also your wonderfull pets :)

We stayed here 2 nights and from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed! The staff are so friendly and happy to help wherever possible. As an example, we wanted to rent a bike for the Ha Giang Loop and was given one we could test drive a practice on around the courtyard before heading off on our adventure. The bike was perfect for what we needed and got use around the loop over 3 days with no issues. The food was fantastic, the pool was great and the rooms were really nice and clean. They even had a little gym set with a bench and pull up bar along with a pool table. I would massively recommend a stay here if you're heading up towards Ha Giang. You won't regret it!

Beautiful accommodation! The rooms are beautiful and in excellent condition. The staff and especially the manager is super friendly and very helpful. Additionally, you can store your luggage for free during the loop and rent motorcycles through the accommodation. We would definitely recommend this place and come back at any time!

This was an amazing place to stay, it was clean, the Staff was super helpful at all times. They always did everything to please me, gave me a better room for the same price of a regular one I originally paid for. They gave me a great discount on renting the motorbike from them. I can’t say enough of good words, really amazing service. And I even incidentally hit into the owner (who recognised me because of the rented motorbike) and as we chatted he gave me a back of Vietnamese tea as a gift. Very lovely community, very good location, peaceful place. The best accomodation in the Vietnam!

One of our favorite place in Vietnam. The view in the middle of the fields is amazing, we paid for a standard room and the staff upgraded us to a king room with private bathroom. Food is also very good. I recommend this place !

Very friendly and professional staff. The lobby and breakfast/dinner area is a half open space where with included bar and looks great with tasteful decorations! There is also a public billiard/pool area with a small gym which is pretty nice! And breakfast was great as well! If you are going on the Ha Giang loop or return from it, this is a great spot to relax for a few nights!

Absolutely amazing!! New resort with super comfortable beds, very clean, tasty breakfast and most important with lovely people. You can use a swimming pool, play billiard. We are sad, that we were there just for one night.
