The free parking was superb. I had meeting across multiple days within the city centre at different locations. So close to New Street Station and all the offices in the area.

It is a little tired. Carpets and curtains could do with replacing and needed toilet roll holders. Don’t this it out you off though. The value for money was excellent.

The apartment is neat and conducive.

When having a shower. Noticed water goes out from the bathroom. There should be a stoppage. Also, there is no mop, bucket, and Dustpan.

Ground floor-which makes it impossible to sleep as it's next to the main entrance. Mattress isn't the comfiest. Unpleasant smell. Overall it did not spoil our stay. All good 👍🏼

The free airport taxi on arrival was a huge bonus. Very comfortable bed, spacious 2 bedroom and good facilities, modern kitchen. Good location, short walk to New Street station.

Fue fácil hacer el check in y no lejos del centro. Cuando llegamos nuestra habitación no estaba lista y la limpiadora fue súper amable y llamó para ver qué podíamos hacer.

El sitio estaba sucio, las ventanas no se podían cerrar por lo que se escuchaba todo de la calle y además hacía un calor horroroso dentro del edificio. El apartamento no estaba nada de limpio, olía a que habían echado ambientador pero no a limpio. La verdad, no lo recomiendo.

The apartment check-in was excellent; however, upon arrival, one of the bathrooms was clogged, and there was no microwave.

Location was central! Walking distance to everything. presentation of the place was amazing. It was clean, spotless and comes with parking

Nothing major as positive outweighs the negatives (bedroom door doesn’t close, bed in second bedroom had a dip and I think the carpet in the living room is a trip hazard as it’s slippery)

Good location for our needs(really close to town centre, had parking) nice clean and tidy, spacious flat. Had a nice Juliet balcony in living room with sliding doors that was nice to leave open for fresh air(being 8th floor there was no worry about leaving it open). We got lucky with a crazy sun rise our of the kitchen window - picture attached.

It looked liked it had been decorated/renovated in a rush and never quite finished (not a criticism just an observation), sofa was a bit wobbly and relatively noisy being on a main road, otherwise it would've been a 10/10. None of this was bad enough to need to mention to owner only mentioning as this review asked.

A little tired looking. Blinds wouldn’t fully close/open. Very limited crockery would have been good to have proper wine glasses for example. Smell of cannabis in the building - understand that’s not the fault of the host though. Could smell in the smaller bathroom.

Large space, 2 bedrooms one ensuite. Free parking. Not too far from the city centre.

Location noisy all night. Located on a road with 4 car repair garages. Cars look like accident repairs all over the place, untidy. The apartment was very hot. Too noisy to have the windows open. Bathroom smelt damp. Beds very hard. No live TV. Every thing is on demand. 1st apartment wasn't in working order so had to pack and move apartment.

Brilliant location two minutes walk from the O2 Academy. Great to have a guaranteed free parking space. Surprisingly quiet for city centre and a great nights sleep.

Apartment is in a great location. Walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants. Very spacious. 2 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You could easily stay here for a long weekend. Would stay at this apartment again

The apartment was exceptionally hot due to the heatwave. Would of been beneficial to have had a fan or two. One of the beds the mattress wasn't very thick and was hard. Also no towels to dry your hands/face

It was quite noisy - my flat was tight at the front of thr building so I heard every coming and going.

Great location. Plenty of space in apartment. 2 double beds 2 baths and a large living space. Cleaned very well. Hosts quick to respond to any questions.

No curtains in bedrooms - only white blinds with missing bits. Therefore it was not a good nights sleep. Tired - could do with a lick of paint - and curtains falling down in living area. Used by smokers.

The ability to park the car earlier in the day

The bedroom was next to the building entry door on the groundfloor. Also the gap under door of the apartment was way to large. The noise especially coming from the banging of the building door was ridiculously loud. Also the picture would suggest the apartment was on a higher level and not at street level.

It was spacious.

Unfortunately, the state of the decor was bad - scratches, stains, marks and even a hole in the wall. It needed a paint and some attention. The place smelt fusty and smoky (old) and the carpets were stained and needed a good clean. There were only office style blinds in the bedroom, which gave no protection against light, and the curtains in the living room were hanging off their rail. It was also noisy (situated on main road) as the sliding doors in the main areas didn't close properly. All in all, I would not want to have stayed another night as I didn't feel comfortable. I would say, its description on booking.com does not read accurately.

the property was very spacious and was decorated really nicely. the bathrooms were nice and clean with essentials provided such as soaps etc. staff were also very helpful when we had enquires!

the only issue was that some of the cutlery and glasses were dirty!

There was basically nothing good about this apartment. The only “plus” was its central location, but it was completely overshadowed by the terrible condition of the place and the extremely poor service.

When we first arrived, the apartment was completely unkempt—towels and linens were all over the floor, and it was clearly not cleaned or prepared for guests. They then moved us to a different room, which was a waste of our time. The second room had a broken, collapsed bed. We discovered this problem in the middle of the night, with no way to contact anyone for help. We had nowhere proper to sleep and the whole experience was a disaster.

The mattress in the room with the ensuite was not comfortable. There was also no hot water in the bathroom for the ensuite.

The location is fantastic less then a ten minute walk to the Bull Ring. Great communication from the host so quick and very helpful. The apartment is a really good size and very clean.

As soon as we entered we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke , it clearly say non smoking apartment, also fag burn on the carpet near windows was obvious ,beds are terrible, mattress is more like a mattress topper its a bout 4 inches thick , very uncomfortable

Esperábamos un apartamento en otra planta y nos asignaron uno a pie de calle, con muy poca intimidad. Además, el edificio era bastante ruidoso, ya que había movimiento constante de gente entrando y saliendo, y el ascensor, que estaba justo enfrente de la habitación, hacía bastante ruido. Aunque el alojamiento estaba limpio, daba la sensación de estar poco cuidado por huéspedes anteriores: la moqueta tenía manchas, las paredes estaban bastante rozadas y sucias, el sofá también estaba sucio y el mantel de la mesa tenía agujeros de quemaduras. En general, no nos resultó especialmente acogedor.

Spacious apartment including everything you could need

Spacious for our friend who uses a walker. Clean and tidy.

Np instruction for anything, or a helpful list. Shower didn't work. One bathroon was accessible by using our friends walker but it was the one with the bath. Mats wete slippery on floor. Cupboard door missing from washing machine. There was one sofa. An additional armchair would have been helpful. The 'VIew' was a sea of cars awaiting a repair shop and brick walls. A lot of coming and going throughout the night from a doorway opposite our bedroom.

Great location, 10 mins walk from Bullring and 15 from Utilita Stadium and all the bars and restaurants by the canal. Off street free parking a real bonus too. Would have cost fair amount to park so worth considering this when checking the price. Host was really communicative and responsive

Some of the soft furnishings and decor are a little tired but it was clean and comfortable. Not a major issue and would book again due to location, free parking and ease of entry.

The mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable.

Large space

Very unsafe for a solo female. People were banging on the front door at 2am. I had to leave to another hotel at 4am for safety. Balcony door doesn't lock. One room smelt very strongly of cannabis.

Apro la finestra che da sulla strada e trovo uno col pene di fuori che urina sul muro. Rientro la sera e trovo le ns valigie aperte(qualcuno è entrato x rubare), ma fortunatamente non hanno trovato nulla!

Location was good, and it was clean. Decent shower and small but comfortable bed.

There was hardly any crockery (plates etc) or anything in the kitchen. No glasses except for 2 mismatched wine glasses. No shower gel in the bathroom. It was clean but the bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke & you couldn’t open the window. There was a constant humming noise all night from the bedroom.

A very central location, so easy access to food and drink outlets, entertainment venues, shopping and the canal. Parking was very easy - and free. Communication was good. The apartment was clean and lovely towels.

The apartment was sparsely equipped which would have been an issue had we stayed more than one night. No information was left out and therefore we didn't have the wifi code.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment

Inside the apartment was spacious and light.

I didn’t feel safe. The security of the building was compromised by the side door to the car park being permanently propped open. We used the front door code system to get in but could probably have just pushed the door open. The rest of the time we did just push the door open. There were a few young men hanging around in and outside the building, although they were not threatening, why were they there? There were two cigarette butts on the stairs. On arrival at our apartment on the second floor, the large window was wide open and the ratcheted opening control was broken. One of the doors to another apartment had two handwritten notices stuck on the door saying “ Don’t knock on the door” and then “ Don’t knock on the f**king door”. I was too warm at night because I couldn’t keep the window open due to the strong smell of people smoking marijuana (shadows by the street doorway) into the early hours of the morning. There was also a lot of traffic noise, but that is not totally unexpected in a city centre. The off street parking was well maintained but the cul-de-sac itself was choked with cars on arrival from the busy garage opposite. It is an untidy/dirty side street off a main road.

I have never been in a bed as uncomfortable as the suite room ,l couldn't sleep all night. It was like sleeping on a board Very uncomfortable and charged that price? Not happy at all

The fact that has iron, kettle and coffee

A wonderful two-bedroom apartment, very large and spacious. It’s within a short distance of Birmingham’s main station and the Bullring shopping centre. I hope to return again.”

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Carpets were a little grubby and sofa and beds could do with being replaced. Property located with easy reach of city centre.

The property is located in a run down area opposite garages with written off cars parked on the street. We were booked for 2 nights but left after the first night due to being woken several times from 2.30am with men ringing the intercom bell. We then had several knocks on the apartment door for another hour with a man loitering outside our apartment door. As a family of 3 females we were very frightened. The building is frequented by male visitors throughout the night coming and going in cars. The main door into the building is broken and unlocked allowing anyone to get into the building. There is no security and I wouldn’t recommend this property to any lone female visitors. The building was also smelling strongly of cigarettes and other substances.

Overall stay- the structure of the apartment, the easy access to enter the property with the instructions. The cleanliness was exceptional. It was such a peaceful beautiful stay. Very modern and well kept. The layout of the dining table, Access to streaming on the television, free WiFi and parking. The complementary towels and tea and milk.

There is nothing I can complain about, I enjoyed my stay so much. I will definitely be back.
