There was a stinky Oder in the bathroom, lasted for about 4 days. Washing machine made every loud noise, towels were smelly and had bugs on them. No cereal bowls. Only 1 small mirror in bathroom, no bedside lamps on the rooms.

Quiet area, good parking, large rooms and bathroom. Comfy couches and large TV. All kitchen appliances available except from a dishwasher (which isn’t common in Mauritius). AirCon in all rooms.

The apartment has a ton of potential because of its good location and the new and modern rooms, but a lot of details impacted our comfort and our stay. The kitchen wasn’t equipped, and the basics were missing. We couldn’t even make a proper omelet because there were no bowls, just one pan and one pot. The bed sheets were dirty or had blood stains. We asked them to be cleaned again, but they were the same afterward. I think they either used cold water or no detergent. Hangers were missing but delivered later. How water didn’t exist. We had warm water to shower and cold water to clean the dishes. No outdoor furniture either. Overall, they put the bare minimum in the apartment to rent it out but without any thoughts behind it. The owner promised to change it but that didn’t happen while we were there despite providing feedback numerous times. The no-go for me was when we asked for a second key, and the answer was that it was still with the builder due to some unresolved issues. In other words, someone we didn’t know had full access to the apartment. We took everything valuable with us every day because a safe wasn’t available either.
