A wonderful stay in Vietnam! The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to support us whenever we needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to our friends. We will absolutely come back here on our next trip to Vietnam!

The apartment was exactly as described. The host was prompt and clear with instructions and suggestions. The kitchenette was also fully stocked, which is a rarity in small studios. Best part was that the host kindly allowed me early check in and late check out without an extra charge. Will definitely visit again!

The apartment is deceptively close to District 1, and I got caught in the rain trying to walk down there. Not a real complaint - and I would take a Grab next time which is quite cheap anyway.

The location was central to where we needed to be.

Was pretty basic, however it had most of what we needed. I would say that it needed some basics like tea and coffee cups as we had to use to glasses for this.

Leider hat mir die ganze Pool Situation nicht so zugesagt, es ist nicht möglich spontan zum Pool zugehen sondern nur durch eine vorherige Anmeldung.

The location was really ok. 15-20 min walk to district 1. The apartments were nicely furnished and had all the necessary things one might need. Big enough apartment.

Polite but not friendly host and the staff. I felt like an intruder. This is an apartment building for the residents, so if you book your stay there you are basically treated as an intruder. The hosts were polite but as I said they were very rigid. First, I booked 4 nights one apartment only to be informed on the day of check-in that we wolud be changing apartment after two days. Take it or leave it. Next the pool on the 7th floor is nothing to write home about with only 5 or 6 sunbeds. In addition your hosts have to register you every time you want to go up and the security is rude , so again you feel as though you have intruded someones personal space. In addition, if you have a late flight back you have to pay storage somewhere as they can hold your luggage only until 5 p.m … and everything is a hassle. In short, some mid-range hotel, such as Ibis is way better option. You have all the same amenities and you are treated as an actual guest.

Старый номер. Звукоизоляции никакой. Промятый матрас. Плита не работает. Муравьи по всему номеру и тараканы. Заказывали апартаменты с бассейном. Для туристов бассейн с 10 до 16 . Чтобы попасть в бассейн нужно каждый раз связываться с владельцем апартаментов. И ждать разрешения. Белье сушить негде. Взяли 150 000 Dong свыше цены Booking якобы за обслуживание. Ни разу не появились.

Amazing location, super spacious apartment with two separate queen sized beds! That was a fantastic surprise as two friends traveling. 7/11 right beneath the apartment, and security in front of the complex too which makes it feel super secure

I booked a deluxe apartment and when I arrived they put me in a single room with a double bed when I asked for what I booked they didn’t have any available so I had to make do with what I was given as I arrived in the evening with my young child and didn’t want to try book somewhere else on short notice. The room doesn’t get cleaned daily To use the pool you have to get registered or the security doesn’t let you in which can be inconvenient.

We loved the location

First night we were in another room because our one was getting repaired found out when we arrived Could not go to our room until 1 pm next day I believed we were double booked because check out is 12pm and the dishes were still wet, room didn't match photos pool can only be used between 10am and 5pm nothing on booking information and your host has to register you everyday false advertising no apology just told to find somewhere else we stayed because we had already lost one day and tv has no cable or satellite channels it just a smart tv

The pool check in isn’t the most convenient system if you just want to tan/swim when you feel like it but I guess this prevents random visitors in a very big city

Hosts were extremely accomodating, staff at building were super friendly, apartment was a great size, air conditioning was great. Location was perfect, some lovely spas and shops nearby and not a far journey to D1. Would recommend to anybody.

Second bed was not comfortable so we didn’t use it, would have been great to have a broom/ vacuum in the apartment as we were there for a week, it would’ve been good to tidy up a bit.

The villa are not aloud to be rented out it says all over the building so when we arrived we was greeted by security saying we can’t go in even tho the instructions was to go in and grab key from letter box . So we have to wait for them to come and let us in take us away from security then go back and take us in very unprofessional .

Staff very helpful , room was lovely and clean .

We liked the very quick replies to our questions, as our flight arrived early morning and we had no where to go or leave our luggage. The Goby team were great and helped us book in way before the allotted book in time, very much appreciated. The apartment is very clean and extremely comfortable and the location is only a short walk to the main area's. We wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again.

Communication with owner wasn’t very clear, security on the building were very rude and not helpful at all, long walk out from the centre.

Location is great and it has all the necessities shop downstairs for quick things. This is my second time choosing this place in a year. Landlord is very understanding and try their best to accommodate.

Room is a hit and miss. Room I received in 2023 was amazing with nice decor. This time around was a bit lacking and paint job and cracks on wall was poor. What I dislike the most was there's some changes in how facilities are available for tourist but booking.com haven't been updated to reflect that. Pool is available 10 - 4pm only for tourist and you can't just walk in. you must plan ahead as they need to register you. You can be waiting around for them to get downstairs to register you. Which ruins the mood. Gym is no longer available. But still listed in booking.com

It’s close to the market and buvein night life .

First of all it’s not a hotel type . It’s a service apartment where the first impression from security is bad. They treat you badly. Then we need to wait for someone from the apartment management which will be 2-3 hours . Overall we never recommend anyone .

The host made contact via WhatsApp prior to arrival, there were clear instructions on how to get in (even though we were arriving late). The property was clean and there was plenty of space. The washing machine was easy to use and there was powder included in the room! Aircon and wifi were excellent

Limited cutlery/cups for 4 but enough for 2. The host did offer to buy more and will have updated this for the next people.

Comfortable, clean and well located. Everything you generally need. Very close to convenience stores and pharmacy. My wife was very ill but was comfortable enough to recover relatively quickly before a long train trip. Needed an extra night and easy transaction without moving.

The pool was nice and big.

The location was ok but when I arrived there was no one to greet me or explain things. I was promised a welcome pack the day before but it was emailed to me on arrival. I was sitting there for over an hour waiting although I was early. There were not enough sun beds. You could not turn the sun beds as they had stuck them to the floor. The security guards were very unhelpful and rude. The room I was offered was not what I booked. I had to stay in this room for two days until the room I booked became vacant. The air conditioning did not work properly for two days and they tried to fix it but then said it was working. However it seems to me that when they fixed it they put it on timer and it went off after 39 minutes and the only way to turn it on was to press the button again. They fixed it after two days as I logged a complaint. It seemed that they wanted to save money on the air conditioning

Very clean and spacious. Perfect location and an amazing view. comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The owner was very helpful and replied very quickly.

There was a small leak from the ceiling but I’m sure that will be sorted.

The owner was very helpful, as there was miscommunication on booking.com end but they were very helpful in sorting all this out

The Pool was amazing. We also had a very nice view from the dining area in our room. It was very convenient to have shops and a nice cafe at the bottom of the building.

The bed was very unconfortable. Something (we couldnt find the source) made an ongoing ticking noise throughout the night. The bathroom door makes a loud unpleasant noice every time you open it and we were only given one towel per Person, which I think is not enough for a four night stay

Location wasn’t to bad, had 7eleven downstairs which was handy cars/bikes weren’t much if needed.

This was actually an Airbnb apartment- Booking.com gave the impression this was a hotel no reception staff, also they charge an additional “cleaning fee” on arrival which isn’t mentioned in the booking process.

Great pool, location is good and easy to get around

We liked District 4 community area generally and the location of Rivergate Apartments specifically. The communal pool and gym was very nice. The check in process was easy and we had all the facilities in the apartment we needed. The bed was super comfy after a long travel journey

Central to everything. The Security Staff were brilliant in helping us when we arrived and during our stay 😀 when we needed transport.

How on our arrival in Ho Chi Minh City I was greeted by the owner with a msg in my WA saying my reservation was cancelled because the owner had received no payment ( despite the email from booking. Com clearly stating "payment on arrival)and also the owner say there had been no confirmation on my arrival! Yet 3 days prior to my arrival I sent a updated time of my arrival which was confirmed by booking. Com. The owner could have contacted me sooner instead of leaving it to the day of arrival to get confirmation or payment from me. We only got the room we paid for 1 night but were lucky enough to get another room for the rest of our stay. I was not happy with how my booking was handled! Either there was a lack of communication between the owner and booking. Com or the owner didn't take the time to get all the information needed instead of just cancelling our room on the day of arrival.

The stay was comfortable

It’s a good location to walk around the city. There’s security in the complex and it felt really safe. The rooftop pool was gorgeous and easy to access.

The beds were not comfortable because the mattress is so thin. We had to pay for our bags to be stored the day we left. The owner comes up to the apartment for you to pay.

Very nice host, reactive and helpful even in the middle in the night .. The apartment is clean and cosy, well furnished. The swimming pool on the roof is great place to take a rest after hot day in the city.

Great location and facilities (having washing machine, hair dryer and iron was very handy). The host was very helpful and accommodating with early check in and later check out. Nice coffee shop, 7 Eleven both open till late and pool opened till 9. Comfy (firm) bed made us finally sleep well after having too soft mattress in the previous hotel. We were on 11th floor so had a lovely view as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others! The apartment is lovely and very comfortable, and came with a washing machine and a hot room that dried the clothes overnight. The was also washing powder available which was fab. The view was spectacular. We loved the rooftop pool, which was open until 9pm.

Organisation & communication with the owner wasn't perfect. We picked up the keys via a lock-box, but there is also some paperwork in there and the security guy had to run after us to tell us not to take that bit. The owner messaged us on Whatsapp at midday when we were out in the city to ask us to pay, and so we had to figure this out on the spot. We asked about access to the gym and were told to register our fingers but not given more detail on how to do this. The key press is a little confusing at first too. You have to click the numbers that show up first, and then enter the pin. Finally, the aircon is good, but the sheets and pillows are quite heat retaining so it made sleeping quite warm. I didn't use the pillows at all as they were tall and warm.

The apartment was extremely well kept. Very systematic. The check in through Mr Rung was also made extremely simple. There was no issue at all. The view, quality of the room and everything was exceptional. There is a 24 hrs supermarket at the basement, which is literally a boon for the residents.

The mattress was very comfortable but a spring one and those who aren't comfortable with that may have an issue. Other than that, Perfect.
