El personal amable, el desayuno muy completo y la cama muy cómoda y grande. La ubicación está bastante bien, cerca del lago donde pasar la tarde y cenar.

El baño tenia un olor a tubería muy fuerte y no era nada agradable pues terminaba oliendo toda la habitación.

Very nice welcome upon arrival, problems with the room, immediate solution in a professional way by the manager and staff for a room change but unfortunately without a lake view that we ordered, after arriving from a walk, the receptionist Shakash surprised us very much for a room change with a beautiful view which made our stay very pleasant, special thanks to Shakash for his professional and very kind behavior, thank you and thank you to the entire staff

Good location, near by to a small theme park

There were mosquitoes all over the room plus the reception. When we got out rooms there was a chunk of hair on the washroom commode. NO AC or Fan. MOSQUITOES EVERYWHERE. We werent given the option to refund our whole stay when we expressed our discomfort. After arguing several times, our refund was handed to us in LKR and not the whole amount a partial amount. They promised us we would receive the remaining on our bank card. But they lied to us, still havent received it. I had even provided my bank details. Extremely WORSE hospitality EVER.

Nothing special, just a normal room..

There isn't enough space in the room, the room feels cramped. And the balcony is covered by a roof. Because of that, we couldn't enjoy a good view. So, it wasn't worth the money.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Turf, Nuwara Eliya. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with excellent facilities. The location is very convenient, and the beautiful surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were helpful throughout our stay. The food and breakfast were also very good, with good service. Overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing experience at Hotel Grand Turf.

The parking space is somewhat limited, which can be a little inconvenient, especially when the hotel is busy. Also, I feel the staff could be a little more professional and attentive in their customer service. Improving this area would make the overall guest experience even better and encourage customers to return in the future.

Handy location with a short walk into town while being pretty quiet. View over Gregory Lake. Lovely boys in the breakfast room really looked after me. Packed lunch second morning at very short notice (early train, I gave plenty notice but I don't think the desk staff passed it on :). Shower had own heater which looked a bit dodgy & I was a bit suspicious about but I had probably the best hotel shower I've ever had from it! Room had everything I needed. Recommended!

Minor observation and point. Not much room at end of bed to move around and bed was very short: I'm only 167 cm now so not really a problem for me. Also I was travelling alone and so was appropriately allocated probably the smallest room (?301) in the house, which was perfectly adequate for me (the other rooms looked a lot bigger). Balcony door didn't lock, but I'm not sure that mattered? Not really dislikes, just minor points and info.

Frühstück bestand lediglich aus trockenem Toast, Butter, Marmelade und Obst! Omelette wurde separat abgerechnet! Das wussten wir nicht!

Stanza molto sporca.... È stata la stanza più sporca trovata nel mio tour in Sri Lanka ad un prezzo persino alto se consideriamo la media degli alloggi del paese. Inoltre durante la notte si è presentato un odore nauseabondo che arrivava dagli scarichi del bagno, così forte da non riuscire a dormire. A questo prezzo si trovano alloggi di gran lunga migliori. Ho soggiornato nella suite vista lago.

Die Größe der Zimmer war völlig ausreichend.

Die Betten waren nicht sauber, Flecken auf der Bettdecke und Haare. Das ganze Haus war ziemlich alt und absolut nicht in Schuss. Das Frühstück war das schlechteste, was wir auf der kompletten Rundreise bekommen haben.

We stayed at Hotel Grand Turf for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We stayed on Level 3, and although there was no lift, the staff were very helpful and kindly assisted us with our luggage. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was a mix of Sri Lankan and English breakfast. It was excellent, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The spa was lovely, and my son especially enjoyed it. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Hotel Grand Turf.

Het was vies. Zeker geen 5 sterren waard. Eerder 3. Niet lang warm water. Zenuwachtig personeel. Foto's van de buitenkant van het hotel waren bewerkt met ai. In werlijkheid zag het er anders uit.

החדר מאוד מפואר, גדול, מרוהט ומאובזר, הנוף מהמרפסת מרהיב, הסביבה יפה ושקטה, השירות של הצוות מצוין. במיוחד אציין את השירות המדהים של דילשן מהקבלה שיצא מגדרו לעזור לנו

חדר האמבטיה לא איפשר להתקלח כלל, המים קפואים וצריך לחכות מעל חצי שעה שיזרמו מים חמים, המקלחון היה סתום והמים הציפו את חדר האמבטיה. הטוש של הג'קוזי היה קרוע והשפריץ לכל עבר, היה מאוד קשה לשהות בחדר ללא אפשרות להתקלח, התאכזבנו מאוד לאור הדרוג של המלון כחמישה כוכבים ולאור הפאר של החדר. בנוסף המרפסת ריקה מריהוט ולא מאפשרת ישיבה. סה"כ חוויה לא נעימה ושמחנו לעזוב לאחר לילה אחד

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Hotel Grand Turf in Nuwara Eliya. The location was excellent—slightly away from the busy streets, which made it peaceful and relaxing, while still being conveniently located. The highlight of our stay was definitely the view. The balcony offered spectacular views of Gregory Lake and the surrounding mountains, especially in the morning. It was lovely to sit and enjoy the scenery. The staff were very helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. The beds were also super comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed for two nights. The buffet breakfast on the first day was excellent, with a good variety of options. The breakfast on the second day was acceptable but not quite at the same level as the first. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The peaceful location, spectacular lake and mountain views, comfortable beds, and friendly staff were the main highlights. With some attention to room maintenance and consistency in breakfast quality, this could be an even better experience.

There were a couple of areas that could be improved. The inner curtain lining in the room was stained and could use cleaning or replacement. The bathroom's sliding glass door was also rusty and slightly loose, and it made quite a bit of noise when being opened or closed.

Voor 1 nachtje prima, maar is wel geen 5 sterren waard. Wat vergane glorie. Het bed was wel heel proper. De mensen zijn super vriendelijk! Ontbijt , eitje/worst/2 pannenkoeken/ patatjes was basic maar lekker.

De badkamer had een onaangename geur. Foto van de oprit is trouwens fake, lijkt super groot maar er kunnen max 3 auto’s parkeren.

Habitación muy fría, el baño echaba agua por todos lados y la verdad es que nos decepcionó bastante. El desayuno muy pobre, nada en el hotel se corresponde con la categoría de hotel que se refleja en la descripción.

A pleasant stay with a clean and comfortable hotel, friendly staff, and a very good breakfast. Everything was well organised and we enjoyed our time here. A good choice for a comfortable stay and great value for money.

Dinner took sometime more than expected, but they offered free drinks for the delay.

Wij verbleven 1 nachtje in dit hotel na een lange taxirit om vervolgens de volgende ochtend weer om 0700 uur te vertrekken. We hebben er enkel geslapen. Het hotel verzorgde wel netjes een ontbijbox ivm ons vroege vertrek. Mooie ruime nette kamer met een grote badkamer.

Breakfast was excellent and hotel staff was very good specially Akaash at the front desk.

Es sieht nicht aus wie auf den Bildern, sehr dreckiges Zimmer vorallem Bad. Dusche braucht 10min bis warmes Wasser kommt. Essen war kalt und Personal scheint als sie das erste Mal das Essen servieren würden.

El hotel no es para nada de 5 estrellas, me lleve una decepción. De la manpara de la ducha fugaba agua hacia el resto del baño generando mucho moho al rededor de la taza del inhodoro. Hay un termo de 30 litros, por lo que si llenas la bañera se agota el agua caliente y despues tienes que ducharte con agua fria. Del lavabo del baño caía agua al mueble que ya estaba podrido. El cable conector y enchufe de la pequeña estufa esta quemada, es decir el conector está derretido en el enchufe, por lo que no funciona. Me dio miedo que se incendiara. Estuvimos en la ultima planta y se echaba en falta un ascensor. En cuanto a limpieza se podria mejorar.

Faltaba limpieza. Ruido durante horas de una feria cercana al hotel. Necesita una lavada de cara: muebles, pintura, baño...

Personal atento, habitación grande, con vistas al lago. Tuvieron el detalle de darnos de desayunar algo antes del horario habitual.

كنت ساكن في الدور الثالث لا يوجد مصعد والدرج كان متعب جداً بالاخص على كبار السن . جميع ممرات الفندق ريحة طبخ وكذلك وسط الغرف لا تستطيع النوم جيداً . موقع الفندق جداً سيء يوجد اصوات ضفادع وكلاب وخيل وبقر ودجاج وبط وغربان لا يوجد عزل جيد في الغرف . تنبعث رائحه من دورات المياه كريهة . الافطار سيء ولا يوجد تنوع زبده مالحه وبيض اذا فقلت الدريشه حر وسط الغرف ورائحة طبخ واذا فتحت الدريشه تدخل عليها الحشرات والنامس انا صراحه مستغرب من البعض مقيم ان الفندق حلو قسم بالله مايستحق نجمة.

First of all breakfast very very little options and dosen't taste good The electricity went off and we stayed in the dark for the whole night and there was no one from the staff to help they all went home and just left us there. Check out very early and the staff doesn't help at all actually no exceptions no help that is one of the worst hotels i stayed in

We came to check in at around 5pm but we had to wait 35 min bcz they told us they have a issue with their dryer and they need more time to arrange room. normally they mention they check in time as 2pm although we came at 5pm we had to wait. that is so bad. then after we had to call and ask for towel as well.

El personal ha sigut molt atent i la ubicació és bona. Vistes al llac.

L’habitació té un acumulador d’aigua calenta insuficient per tres persones. Es va dutxar la primera i els altres es van quedar sense aigua calenta. L’esmorzar totalment insuficient.
