排水系统不好，主人房厕所不能够排水，慢， ；网络不好,主人房也没有充电”的 plug,洗碗台的水槽下水也不好，没有抽风机，沐浴露少，厕所门还不能够关紧，不然会反锁，还要被提醒，其实早应该修理了，床过低，有点低

bed bugs!!!!!! all over the bed this is unacceptable and they wanted a 200rm deposit? never again

Not much to say, the unit is clean, high lvl floor, the Cobnb staff is quite helpful and friendly.

the most obvious one is the unit is totally different than the pic, the unit is standard, master bedroom is bigger than the other two. Bathroom is small. Hiccup during check in process..horrible! Swimming pool kinda small n too crowded during my stayed. The entrance from the main road kind of tight. The location of the condo is kinda packed…jamn and parking space is small.

Non of the suits facilties, amenities or service are impress me.

Facilties are poor, the room inside booking.com shown with washing machine & fridge but actual at site there is non, very disappointed. Beds room mattress are not in good shape, spring of the mattress making lot of noise when laying on it. And one of the room window are not able to lock it was able to open from outside where aircond compressor placing area which are connected to next door area, we have to use the chair to block the window. Kitchen not suitable for simple cooking, because no cooking hood/extractor.. Need to transfer lift twice from main building to designated tower, either going down to lobby or car park area. It is un-safe in the event of emergency where by the exit route are very confusing, and seem like a maze. They menrion to refund/discount 10% via booking.com for the compensation but actually it was just a empty promise by them. Not recommended for family stay.

Very interesting place, lovely stay! The R level to get to your private lift entrance is very architecturally fancy. Pool looked nice but we were unclear on how to access it as all the doors seemed to be locked. Very pleased to have the washing machine, comfy beds and big open windows - great view - could see all 3 major high rise towers. Important to note, traffic can be busy so plan extra transit time. We loved that the Village grocer was a 5min walk away at M city and it has anything you could want. We had a bakery fresh breakfast and a sushi dinner there. Short drive into city at non peak times. Whatsapp instructions and handbook was very clear. Be careful with the balcony - might just be meant for the AC but there is a door out to it and its a very high step/drop off. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Staying here was my bad experience. The main problem is lift issues. Quite confusing while using the lift for the first time. This apartment lift also are sharing with contractor and cleaner. You need to wait very long time to use it. Some time lift is out of service. Besides, this unit is next to a ‘refuse chamber’. It smells bad every time I pass by the front of the house. This house also does not have a washing machine and a rather hard mattress. The ceiling of the house is leaking. so much that water drips on the floor. Below I have included a picture as proof

Мы не ожидали что в КЛ будет такая жара, благодарю за кондиционер. В апартаментах нет стиральной машины, если вы планируете останавиться на длительный срок ищите laundry.

Very lovely 1-bedroom unit and excellent stay. Equipped with all the basics, short walk from Village Grocer.

The windows open to neighbouring units so there's no privacy. You need to take 2 different lifts to get to the unit.

Very disappointing stay. The house was poorly maintained — we found cockroaches and the sink was covered with moss. The wallpaper was peeling off in many places and the table was already rotten. The decoration and overall condition definitely did not match the price we paid. On top of that, guests are required to clean the house themselves before checkout and take out the trash, which feels unreasonable for the price charged. The deposit refund process also took about 4 hours just to process, and the money only comes back within 1–5 working days. Overall, it was not worth the price at all.

It is easy to access eventho there is two lifts to go up and down.. the view is lovely, apartment so clean and we cannot forget how comfy the pillows and bed were.. still waiting for an answer to what brand they use.. 😂 we didnt use the pool but from window it looks so nice.. Cant wait to come back again! 🥰🥰

It can get very busy and long to wait for lift sometimes but thank goodness we stay during weekdays as we go in and out mostly during non peak hours.. maybe one time we were at busy times so a bit of wait but the apartment makes up for it..

Nothing special. The kids’ swimming pool is too small, there aren’t many facilities, and it’s quite dirty due to too many foreigners

So money foreign. dirty and you have to go through many routes to get to the homestay. You need to change elevators twice

So my lift to change just to get to my apartment. With children is not a good idea. Only one access card will be given. If you stay with your partner or friend you will have to get down to get them. If you ask extra access card, they will asked you RM 200 or RM 250 for deposit.
