I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The security was excellent, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. The host was incredibly accommodating, communicated clearly before check-in, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities nearby, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would happily stay here again!

If you are looking for a reliable and convenient place to stay, this is an excellent choice. ​What I appreciated the most: ​Space and relaxation: The apartment is spacious, and the private little garden is a wonderful plus. ​Security and logistics: The property feels very safe, and the covered parking is definitely convenient. ​Kitchen and comfort: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. The rooms were comfortable, with plenty of blankets. ​Amenities for the stay: The bathroom was provided with everything needed for our three-day stay, including the necessary changes of towels and individual single-use portions of shampoo and shower gel for each day. ​Overall a very positive experience, highly recommended!

Todo fue perfecto. El alojamiento estaba impecable, súper limpio, muy cómodo y cuidado al detalle. La casa es estupenda!! Un espacio de lujo! El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, haciéndonos sentir como en casa, incluso recibimos ayuda para encontrar una tienda q queríamos visitar. Tiene un cafe en la recepción increíble para desayunar, fuimos todos los días, simplemente de 10. La estancia fue increíble y sin duda repetiríamos. Muy recomendable. Muy cerca de mojo market, totalmente recomendable para cenar y tomas unas copas.

Anver is the best host I have encountered in a long time. From the moment the booking was placed he made the experience excellent. I did not have to ask for anything upfront. The apartment itself is all about intentionality, paying attention to detail on absolutely everything. I hope I can use it again if travelling as a smaller number. Its close to all amenities esp the walk by the ⛱️.

Gebrek aan kookgerei; te weinig glazen, koekenpan erg oud en botte messen. Zware deur, geen goede instructies voor inductieplaten en slechte communicatie; de frontdesk medewerkers konden met weinig helpen en zeker niet voor deze apt.

We waren hier voor de tweede keer. Heerlijk appartement, superschoon, zeer lieve gastheer en een fijn buiten. Ook de locatie in Seapoint is uitstekend. We hopen hier een ander jaar weer te komen. Een aanrader!

We had a wonderful stay in this 1-bedroom, ground-floor apartment in a terrific Sea Point location for 8 nights. The apartment is spacious, modern, well designed and furnished and fitted to a high standard. If you want to have an afternoon drink, there’s a nice patio or the rooftop pool area with views of Lion’s Head. There are plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. If you have wheels, there is a secure underground car park right next to the lift. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge freezer, 4 burner electric cooktop, oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There’s a communal laundry in the basement and if you want to skip the dryer the apartment has a clothes rack for drying. Our room was serviced during our stay – and the housekeeper did a stellar job!! The one downside is that there is no air conditioning or insect screens, but there is a fan which helps. Anver was a great host – he was super helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, there was a water outage during our stay, but Anver went above and beyond to help us get through it. This is a great option for a central Sea Point stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Sea Point, Cape Town. Anver is an incredibly attentive and friendly host. He always responds very quickly and genuinely does everything he can to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment is very clean, well maintained, and well equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent – perfect for exploring Sea Point and Cape Town. There is an extra parking space in the underground garage. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment.

The Apartment is amazing, super modern, top Location with a lot of Restaurants nearby. In the building there is also gym and laundry room, which is super handy.

Very centrally located - easy walking to loads of shops / restaurants / the promenade. Ubers are easy to catch. The apartment is very well kitted out, great kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and lovely indoor / outdoor seating. Very secure with great parking. The host is fantastic - lots of information, very helpful and friendly. Norfolk Deli (in the building ) serves great coffee, pastries and sandwiches.

The apartment is next to the main entrance to the block, and the entrance gate squeaks like crazy. I’m sure they’ll oil it soon, but it did wake us up a few times.

What a pleasant stay i had at this property in Sea-point. From the moment i arrived in Cape Town, received a call from the host that even provided early check in. Gave me a tour of the entire property and made sure i'm comfortable in the area. Close to a lot of of local amenities and has the best little coffee shop in the building. i used uber to travel around Cape Town the service was efficient. I would highly recommend staying at this property, it has excellent service.

Das Apartment war sehr großzügig geschnitten und hatte ein schönes behindertengerechtes Bad. Küche war mit allem ausgestattet. Zudem standen Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung. Die Lage des sehr sicherem Wohnkomplex war optimal. Promenade, Bushaltestelle, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unser Gastgeber Anver war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Honestly one of the best places I have stayed. Host Anver was just so friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available and even more than expected. It is obvious that the owners and host care about their guests and their comfort. The location is excellent, with the beach and promenade right nearby, shops, and restaurants in easy walking distance, with the excellent Norfolk Deli right in the building itself. Security in the building is excellent. I would most definitely stay here again and hope to do so again in the future.

Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Lage nahe des Strandes. Die Ausstattung ist zudem überragend. An amazing stay at this cozy apartment. The apartment provided all that one needs for a comfortable stay. The location was very central, with many great restaurants and on the MiCiti bus route that was both convenient and very affordable. This property also has the Norfolk Deli, which was so convenient for coffee and snacks in the morning. Anver was an incredible host to be fair he was the best host I ever hired from. He was very attentive to detail and was always available to assist. He also took us back to the airport, which we were very grateful for. Highly recommend this property. Thank you, Anver!!!! Will definitely be back.

What a pleasant surprise awaited us when we walked into this apartment. Modern, neat, clean, spacious and very well equipped. There was absolutely everything we needed and much more. Communication from Anver, regarding check-in and making sure we were were happy, was excellent. Easy and quick. Safe and secure on-site parking was a requirement for us, and that was honored. We will definitely book this apartment again.

The guest that stayed there before us, smoked in the apartment, but he was firmly addressed by the lady at reception.

In a city in which tourists are (legitimately) concerned about security this place stands out. Located in a quite place in an up end neighbourhood, its location is nothing short of amazing. The apartment itself is tiny but clean and cozy. Special mention to the host who not only picked us so at the airport but gave us also a nice tour (together with a brief SA history lesson) and with whom we kept in touch during our whole stay

Great location, lovely apartment, very similar to a small house. Had pretty much everything you need really.

AIR CON! We ended up buying a fan (which we have left there) also a mirror, there was no mirror other than the small one in the bathroom which made it impossible to dry your hair etc. Finally, as we were there a month we noticed perhaps more than most would so just a small mention for coat hooks - these would be a great advantage (maybe even just behind the front door).

i booked the place for 6 days but left after 2 as it was crazy hot in the room, no aircon and because of high buildings no wind whatsoever. also a lot of mosquitos as a result. in addition, the wifi cable was broken and they were unwilling to fix anything - even worse, they asked me to pay for it. will never go back here

Prior to coming here we had stayed at a Bungalow in Rural Mozambique, so coming to Anver’s apartment was heaven. It’s very modern and spacious, and has everything you need and more. He and his son picked us up from the airport even if it was very late and we might would have missed the last connection, they were ready stand by. Much appreciated, such lovely hosts. The Norfolk Deli - the cafe in the same house was also amazing! Very nice with lobby and security guard 24/7. Perfect location in a safe area for a lovely stroll on the beach front.

The only thing that bothered us were the sounds. During night is fine, but very early there is lots of sounds from the apartment above and the hallway which is disturbing, I’m guessing it’s kind of bad sound isolation. Other than that everything was perfect!

I can’t recommend this apartment enough! It was spacious, cosy, well equipped and in a great location to explore Cape Town. I was travelling alone and here for 2 weeks and felt very safe. Anver was a terrific host and went out of his way to ensure my stay was superb - he went and purchased beach towels for me to utilise at the beach and even set up another outdoor setting in the courtyard during the mid-week apartment clean. The complex staff (reception & security) were lovely, the rooftop pool was great and the deli next door was a must visit (great food, coffee and friendly staff). I will absolutely stay here again when I next visit Cape Town.
