Poca limpieza. Reservamos para 3 días y 2 noches y, al despertarnos en el segundo día avisamos que teníamos que marchar de urgencia a España por fallecimiento de un familiar y nos hicieron abonar toda la estancia del hotel. Fueron muy poco empaticos, ya que le enseñamos incluso el billete del avión de vuelta de ese mismo día por la noche y aún así nos hicieron abonar la totalidad de la reserva. Tampoco se ofrecieron para prestarnos ayuda de cara volver al aeropuerto, todo lo contrario le preguntamos nosotras cuanto nos podría costar un conductor privado y nos dijeron un precio desorbitado aprovechando nuestra urgencia por llegar al aeropuerto, ya que en Tuk Tuk tardamos 8 horas.A nuestro parecer no vale lo que se paga, ya que está bien situado pero no a ese precio por las instalaciones. Desayuno pasable pero no delicioso.

Vista bellissima sulle piantagioni, il personale molto gentile ci ha accolti offrendoci del tè. Colazione ottima e camera accogliente. Camera semplice ma confortevole. Non c'è aria condizionata, ma non serve considerato il clima più fresco della zona.

Lage ist sehr zentral. Wir bekamen vom Host ein super Frühstück. Wlan funktionierte gut.

Best welcoming people and great stay. Lovely tea estate view from the balcony. Nearby ayurvedic message centre is a plus point. We took full body massage at discounted price as well.

水、アメニティはないけど、ドライヤーも借りれたし、トイレットペーパーもあります。シャワー圧は弱いけどお湯はでました。タオルはかわいいバスタオルのみ。小さいアリさんが洗面所のタイルの目地にトコトコ歩いていました。古くて朽ちてるという感じですが、掃除はしてある感じです。ウェルカムドリンクお菓子、モーニングは部屋の前のテラス？みたいなところで食べました。少しく車の音はしますが、自然に囲まれた空間で私はすごくリラックスできて良かったと思いました。オーナーは探さないと出てきませんが、夕方のバスの時間まで待たせてくれたりとても良い方でした。

The host was very welcoming and went above expectations. The view from the room was beautiful and lovely breakfast/tea. Good location. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nothing, everything was fantastic.

Location is close to town and the view is lovely. We saw one member of staff while we stayed and he was always very happy. The breakfast was prepared for whatever time you wanted and brought outside the room and was plentiful!

部屋が広く、共有部のバルコニーも居心地が良かった。ウェルカムの紅茶がうれしい。 駅、バス停も近い。レストラン、店も多い。

道路に面していて、トゥクトゥクが結構通る。うるさくて寝れないというわけではなが、思ったより静かではなかった。

Super mukavia ihmisiä ja heidän kanssaan toimi kaikki. Sain pyykit hoidettua, niin että ne olivat minulla pestyinä 20 h päästä. Aamupala oli super hyvä!

Very quick walk to the train station and town area, while still being in a spot with much less other hotels and business nearby. I really enjoyed having breakfast with the tea field view as there was actually less tea fields than I thought in the close area around Ella, so this felt very lucky. Room was spacious and actually had outlets next to the bed which I found rare in Sri Lanka.

Hote tres acceuillant, idealement placé à 10 min à pied du centre d'ella. La vue sur la plantation de thé est magnifique. Je recommande !

Sehr freundliches Personal, haben nach Ankunft sofort Tee und Früchte bekommen. Auch das Frühstück sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig, Lage relativ gut nahe zum Bahnhof :)

Zimmer (v.a. Badezimmer) relativ schmutzig, Warmwasser in der Dusche nicht immer verfügbar

Freundlicher Service, Frühstück war gut, Stadtmitte gut fußläufig erreichbar, sehr schöne Aussicht auf Bananenstauden und Teeplantagen.

Bad war nicht sauber, Bettwäsche hatte Löcher, Frühstückstisch wurde während des Aufenthaltes nie gesäubert. Hotel hat zwar eine schöne Aussicht, liegt aber an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Es ist sehr laut auf der Frühstücksterrasse. Jeden Abend wurde im Garten ein Feuer gemacht, so dass es unmöglich war, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen.

The location was perfect, as it is situated close to the city centre, but also to the main transport hubs of the city. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially the constantly smiling old guy! The breakfast was really good as well.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was not the best. The lack of amenities and bits and bobs, not necessary though.

シャワーのノズルの位置が少し高い。 小さな虫が飛んでいるがベットカバーの網のようなものをかけるとなんとかなる。

Es war sehr schön, der Besitzer war sehr sehr nett. Haben nach bisschen Obst gefragt und zwei riesen Obstteller bekommen

Las camas eran muy cómodas, el desayuno te lo servían en la terraza de la habitación con vistas a los campos de té. Agua caliente en la ducha. Personal amable

La falta limpieza en general y sobre todo en el aseo.

Posizione perfetta con una magnifica vista sulle risaie, in pochi minuti si raggiunge la via principale a piedi. Letti comodi. Ottima colazione e personale gentile.

Thank you for breakfast at 5:00am, just before our pick up. Sandwiches are really nice!!

We were a group of 6 and we booked three rooms. The hosts were very nice and hospitable. They helped us with our many luggages. Each time we asked them for something, they were very friendly and helpful and tried to ensure we had a good time. We asked multiple times for cups, more towels, and more blankets, and they always provided what we needed. Also the location is very nice. The hotel is located in front of tea plantations and gives a very nice view from the balcony. It is also very close to the Ella town, and there are many nice restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. The shower water in two rooms out of three was very hot and pleasant. The breakfast was very good and included delicious fresh friuts and we had it on the balcony which was very enjoyable.

The bathrooms in all the rooms were very dirty. It seemed to us that the walls or the mirror and its shelf have not been cleaned in a long time. There was some mold on the bathroom's wall or the light switches. The water in the rooms with the wall heaters was not really warm, and it got super cold very quickly. Also the water stays on the ground after showering. It would be nice if they provide a mop in the showers to be able to dry the floors after showering. The water of the bathroom sink in all three rooms was super cold, and also faucets were loose. The host came and fixed it on the first day, but it got loose again after a couple of time using. The rooms were cold at night, and the blankets were very thin and not suitable for that climate. They gave us more blankets. But all were very thin and we felt very cold at night. It would be nice if they provide thicker blankets.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, lecker Frühstück, traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf die Teeplantagen....

Der Besitzer hat uns mit Tee, Bananen usw. empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und wären länger geblieben, wenn es möglich wäre. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir um 5:45 Frühstück mit Eiern, Omletten, Früchte, Brot usw. erhalten, es war sehr fein, da wir früh abreisen mussten. Eine absolute Herzensempfehlung und noch einmal tausend Dank für die gastfreundliche Nacht bei euch!

Sehr freundliches Personal und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Schlafzimmer war auch gut.

War noch Baustelle das Bad war dreckig und sehr schade das der Hausherr fast garkein Englisch konnte Kommunikation war super schwer.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch! Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber man entgeht hier dem Trubel des Touristenortes. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Its location was good and it was silent. The owner of the hotel was very kind and helpful. He packed our breakfast because we would leave too early. Thanks to him.

The bathroom was not too clean.

La ubicación, está muy cerca de la zona transitada pero es tranquilo. El desayuno también estaba muy bueno.

We had an amazing stay in the tea view guest Ella!!! Great location only a short walk from the train station but close enough to town we could go for a mooch and access nine arch bridges and little Adam’s peak easily! Super secluded location with a gorgeous view from the shared balcony. The hosts were so so lovely and we had a fresh breakfast every morning. Very good for people traveling with friends!! Don’t be out off by what you see when you arrive, they are having some construction done on the top floor but it did not affect our stay at all/we didn’t hear any disruptions. Loved our stay here, highly recommend!

Стоимость номера значительно ниже, чем в других гестхаусах Эллы, и при этом она включает в себя завтрак. Персонал спокойный и вежливый. В номере чисто. Вокруг зелень, поют птицы. До Эллы можно дойти по красивой лесной дороге за 10 минут. Есть парковка. Железнодорожная станция рядом (но поездов не слышно).

Пожалуй, единственной проблемой был санузел. Дело не в том, что в нём живёт колония муравьёв - думаю, для Шри-Ланки это норма. Но состояние сантехники не лучшее: смеситель вращается вместе с краном, душ разваливается. Вода еле тёплая - в ночь перед чекаутом я так и не решился принять душ из страха простудиться. Шампунь и гель для душа не предоставляются. Кроме этого, имейте в виду, что в номере всего одна розетка.

Отличное расположение с прекрасным видом на чайные склоны. Дружелюбный хозяин. Вкусные лепешки с джемом на завтрак, это конечно не весь завтрак, но их бы я выделил особенно. Соотношение цена/качество великолепны

A menos de 5 minutos andando de la estación de tren (entrando por la parte de atrás), pero no se oyen los trenes.Tiene unas vistas preciosas a los campos de té. El dueño muy agradable. El desayuno muy bueno.

Habitación muy amplia con dos camas de matrimonio, muy limpio. Vistas preciosas des del balcón. Personal muy atento y amable. Está situado a 5 min andando de la calle principal de Ella y de la estación. Recomiendo 100%.

We only stayed one night at this place but we really enjoyed it. Location was perfect for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and breakfast was delicious. Recommend this stay!

We had a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. Our room was clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and accommodating. He let us borrow an umbrella when it was raining and let us keep our luggage there after we checked out.

The water in the shower wasn’t that warm and hand soap in the bathroom would have been nice but other than that we have no complaints.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Da es aufgrund der Witterung abends eher kühl war, bekamen wir auf Nachfrage eine zusätzliche Decke. Als wir abends in den Ort wollten, reichte uns unser Gastgeber einen Regenschirm. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt!

Warmes Wasser zum duschen war leider nicht immer verfügbar.

U tohoto ubytovani je asi nejvice pekny ten vyhled z terasy rano pri snidani na cajove plantaze a krajinu (byt pod vami po silnici jezdi auta). Trochu prostejsi ubytovani, pricemz podobne je na SL jinde trochu levnejsi. Dobra snidane, majitel se snazil. Dalsi vyhodou je blizka dochodova vzdalenost k ubytovani od vlakoveho nadrazi ( pokud prijedete vlakem, treba z Elly, jako my), ale pokud ma vlak zpozdeni a dorazite az za tmy jako my, tak se to hodne spatne potme hleda.

Vecer za tmy se toto ubytovani spatne hleda.

La chambre est située dans un logement calme, mais proche du centre ville. Tout le confort nécessaire y est et c'est propre. L'hôte a été très accueillant, serviable et arrangeant. Il a rendu notre séjour à Ella très agréable. Merci à lui, je recommande vivement !

The place is very close to the train station, very nice view of the tea plantation from the terrace, it was very nice to have breakfast there in the morning. The owner don't speak much English but they very nice. Also on arrival they offered tea and biscuits which was nice fron them.

The room and especially the toilet it's not very clean, I've been to other places in Sri Lanka on the same price range and they were more clean than this. Also there is a bit of smell for mould in the room. They accept only cash and when I made the payment the amount was a bit more than the price in usd show on booking.com

Super Lage, man ist trotz Ruhe in 5 Minuten im Zentrum zu Fuß. Das Personal ist unfassbar zuvorkommend und das Frühstück auch sehr gut. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist top

The staff was very nice, not very good at english but they tried their best :) It was a little bit more out of the center but only a 10 minute walk and very close to the train station.

Der Besitzer ist wirklich weltklasse! Er ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat immer ein Lachen im Gesicht. Bei der Ankunft wurde mir direkt Kaffee oder Tee angeboten und das Frühstück wurde zu der Zeit serviert zu der ich es mir gewünscht hatte. Auch die Aussicht ist super. Dieses Hotel lohnt sich zu buchen, wenn man eine schöne, authentische Erfahrung machen möchte!

Das Badezimmer könnte sauberer sein.

We stayed for two nights in two rooms. The location is a bit of a walk from the centre, but it was fine for us. It’s in a quiet area, and the views were lovely—overlooking the trees and tea plantation. We had breakfast there, which was okay. It included fruits, rotties, eggs, bread, butter, jam, and tea/coffee, all served right in front of our rooms on the terrace. The hot shower in the bathroom was amazing—one of the best we've had during our stay.

It wasn’t the cleanest place we stayed in Sri Lanka and felt a bit dated. We perhaps expected a bit more in terms of room quality. The rooms didn’t feel particularly clean, but we did book them last minute, just a few minutes before our arrival in the evening.

私たちは早朝の鉄道に乗るために朝6時ごろにチェックアウトしましたが、オーナーの方がそれより早くに朝食を用意してくださった。チェックインの時もフルーツとお茶を振る舞ってくださり、とても落ち着いた宿だと感じた。

The room was clean and had a private bath/toilet room. Plus there was a spacious balcony with a great view. We also really enjoyed the breakfast that came with the room. The hotel was also very close to the train station, so it was very convenient.

We enjoyed everything and do not have any recommendations to change or improve the experience. It can be a little loud on the balcony since it is over a main road area.

Se réveiller et prendre un délicieux petit déjeuner face aux plantations de thé, bananiers et palmiers est une belle expérience. Le personnel est très gentil et discret. Le thé proposé à notre arrivée, un délice. Emplacement calme proche du centre animé.

Très jolie terrasse avec vue sur les plantations de thé d’où on peut apercevoir le train arriver en gare d’Ella. Chambre simple mais propre et confortable. Excellent accueil du propriétaire malgré la barrière de la langue. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

The view was very nice- we could see tea estates from the shared balcony. The breakfast was also very delicious. The location was great- almost at the city center. It is recommended to not walk from the train station if you luggage- it can be quite far/tiring with the heights. The owner helped us get a Tuktuk to get to the bus stop on the day of the departure.

The lighting in the room was not that great. You need to go a bit further down the road to get Tuktuks. It is in the city center but a bit far away from the attractions like Nine Arches Bridge and Ella View Points. They took only cash LKR and the cost was a bit more than the initial USD calculation.

A notre arrivée nous avons eu droit à du thé , des gâteaux et bananes, très appréciables après le trajet en train, chaque chambre possède un coin terrasse d’où le petit déjeuné est servi et qui et très bon

Eine einfache aber sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit sehr freundlichem, hilfsbereiten Personal. Besonders schön ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse, bei der man einen direkten Blick auf die Teefelder hat. Die Lage ist gut und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!
