This has to be one of the best places I’ve stayed in Bali (and I’ve been here a lot, lived for 6 months too) Wayan is amazing, always greeting with a smile, such good energy. The place is QUIET! Like so quiet I couldn’t believe it, a little hidden gem. The room was clean and well kept with all amenities needed for being self sufficient too

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, ruhig und der Pool war groß und sauber. Im Zimmer gab es einen Trinwasserspender, was sehr praktisch ist. Der Host war sehr freundlich und hat uns vorab per WhatsApp kontaktiert und uns alle nötigen Informationen zukommen lassen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut.

Leider hat unser Zimmer sehr seltsam gerochen, was über die Zeit stärker und fast unaushaltbar wurde. Wenn man duschen wollte, stand danach das gesamte Zimmer unter Wasser, da der Boden im Bad wohl falschherum abfallend gebaut wurde, wodurch dort auch Schimmelbefall war. Ebenfalls ging die Schiebetür zum Bad immer von alleine auf, sodass man sie zuhalten musste, während man auf Toilette war. Die Bettwäsche war leider ebenfalls recht abgenutzt.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very well maintained, with a beautiful and peaceful garden, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom, which had a pebble floor. Unfortunately, we found it difficult to keep clean and it didn’t feel very hygienic, especially as it was uncomfortable to walk on. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed our time here.

Pillows are lumpy and need to be replaced. One was covered with mold.

This place is delightful. The rooms are more like little apartments. The WiFi is fast, bed comfortable, very clean, perfect lighting, aircon, fridge, shower, water dispenser, everything you need and more. Location and parking are perfect just away from the noisy main road but only five minutes walk to get to the bars and restaurants. The pool and garden are immaculate and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Excellent English spoken. And the owner has a wonderful 30 plus year old Honda motorcycle. He has good taste 🙂 I was so happy to stay here.

De kamers van het kleinschalige homestay ligt in een mooie groene tuin, met uitzicht op het zwembad. Het zag er in het echt mooier uit dan op de foto's. De kamer heeft een fijn bed, fijne airco, koelkast, veel stopcontacten. De eigenaar was ook heel vriendelijk!

De badkamer was erg klein, met name de wc. Verder top.

We like everything, tucked away private & quiet, just a few minutes walk to the beach. The room has a tasteful fitout, & the setup suited our needs, a cute little kitchenette, high stools to sit at the kitchen counter, a water dispenser with room temperature & hot water, behind a sliding door the bathroom has a shower screen between w.c. & shower. Nice little outdoor setting to enjoy the garden & birds from. Good sunloungers & swimming pool. Wayan the owner is always happy, fun & helpful. We liked it so much we extended our stay.

Nous avons aimé, la localisation de la maison, la propreté, un magnifique jardin et un hôte très sympathique . C'était parfait. Nous avons profité de la piscine , tout était impeccable.

Located down a quiet lane but close to some great restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Wayan was very welcoming and helpful. Set in a beautiful garden. I would recommend to stay here. Lovely pool

This lovely homestay is conveniently located not far from Warungs, shops and the beach. The pool and gardens are beautifully kept. You can also use a push bike for free. A great plus is the large water filling machine in your room. Wayan is a fabulous host and I found out later, you only need to ask for the free toiletries. I had gone and bought my own as none were in the bathroom.

Unfortunately the AC in this room was noisy with a bright light and it would have been nice to sleep in cotton bedding. Otherwise all good 👍😊

The owner and staff were friendly and very helpful with any issues that arose, all of which were minor issues. It was a lovely peaceful setting with a lot of frangipani flowers dropping down outside my front door overnight. The premises were well maintained. Far enough from the main road to not hear the traffic, but less than a 20 minute walk to the beach. Fresh hot water was available from the drinking water dispenser which was wonderful!

The mosquitos! Even after spraying my room and sitting outside until the smell of the spray dissipated, the mozzies still managed to get to me. I like to have fresh air, through the night as well, so it would be good if the rooms had sheer curtains behind the block out ones. That works at other places. The only other thing is that there in no comfortable chair inside the room. Not in the standard room anyway.

We’ve stayed for more than 2 weeks and it was a great experience. The location is perfect to explore the island, but it is quiet enough to feel peaceful and safe. Pool is great and staff is extremely friendly and accommodative. The owner helped us to rent a bike as well. Kitchen is well equipped and we used it everyday, it is very convenient. Light cleaning was almost everyday, which is very comfortable.

It would be great to clean rooms a little bit more carefully and to bleach the mold in the shower at least one time in a week since it grows constantly. Our room #4 was a little bit noisy due to the air conditioner outside the wall and refrigerator, but we got used to it. Better to have earplugs to ensure your good sleep

Our unit felt very welcoming and looked like the pictures. It had a very comfy bed, hot shower, good ac, water dispenser, big fridge, electric hotplate, 2 cooking pans, a chopping board and sufficient knives, cutlery and crockery for two people - we really enjoyed being able to prepare our own food. The owner was very friendly and had no problem with us extending our stay (although we did stay in low season). The location was fantastic - within 5mins walk of a street full of restaurants, shops, spas and bars, within 10mins walk of the beach, but also tucked away so very quiet. The pool was also very refreshing!

There was sometimes a whiff of drains in the ensuite, but the extractor fan in there mostly kept on top of it and the smell didn't permeate into other areas of the apartment.

The location

Stayed here for 3 nights. First night I was in the room called Wishnu. I should have left right away when I entered. It smelled very bad but I thought it might go away. In the evening when I entered the bathroom it was worse. Flies, mold and another bad and very strong odor. When opening the water in the sink, another bad smell hit my face. I kind of endured one night in the room because I had stomach cramps and migraine. The next day I've asked to change, which Wayan immediately did. He was nice and helpful. 2nd room was better, but sheets and towels smell old. If it wasn't for the first room, I would have given a better rating, but it's a crime to even consider renting out this nasty room.

Down a few alleys but not too far from the Main Street. Cute little Homestay, pool with full sun and adorable rooms. Staff were lovely - would definitely stay again!

It was quiet, clean and the owner and staff were friendly. Free Wi-Fi with stable connection. Close to the beach, the main road - easy access to all parts of Sanur. There is a fridge, a water dispenser for drinking (both hot and cold water) and a heater for cooking. All making it very easy living. Also I got to borrow a bike to get myself around.

There were two things that on the downside - the entrance is very narrow so difficult for a car to go all the way. The warm water for the shower was on the smallside - quick shower recommended

The shower drain is not at the lowest point so the bathroom flooded when showering. However, not a huge problem for us and drained quickly.

It looks nothing like the photos the pool area is wreaked for the life of me I don't understand the good reviews I hate killing someones business but this is a complete scam and booking.com helping them. Rats everywhere Living in the decking around the pool.

The manager, Wayan and the other fellow, Aki or something like that. Just the two of them and they cannot do enough for you. Wayan was extrordinary really, and deserves all the praise he receives in reviews. The room is comfortable as is the bed. There is a little kitchen area which we liked as we could have a simple bowl of muesli for breakfast instead of eating out all the time. The room comes with a water container which is brilliant in cutting down on the use of plastic bottles. The pool is small and clean but doesn't have a hold rail for getting in and out so I didn't use it. The decking around the pool needs replacing but they'll get onto it. This is a budget hotel in a quiet area and only a short walk to the main street then onto the beach.

I loved staying at this homestay, enjoying the peace and quiet that defines this place. The garden is lush and the house is really nice, perfect, clean and truly comfortable, close to the Sanur waterfront. The owner was wonderful, friendly, incredibly kind, and ready to help me in every situation and make you feel at home. I really don't know what to add.. thank you so much for everything!

Une petite structure de 8 chambres équipées de sanitaire et kitchenette (frigo). C'est joli et calme. Les extérieurs sont très agréables. Le responsable de l'établissement est incroyablement serviable et aidant. Je suis arrivée complètement hors délais pour le check in, il m'a attendu jusque très tard dans la nuit. Ensuite, il m'a apporté toute son aide pour résoudre des problèmes de transport aérien complexes que je n'aurais pas pu résoudre seule. Et tout ça avec le sourire et dans la compassion ! Dans ce homestay, on sait recevoir ! Merci !

Clean, recently built, and more spacious than expected. Staff were helpful and attentive. Only 4 min walk from all the food and drink options on Jalan Danau Tamblingan, and only 3 more min to the beach boardwalk. Would stay again, this is far better value than the hotels I’ve stayed in in this local area.

Nice room design, good pool, nice & helpful owner. Intro with some soothing music playing on the TV is a nice touch.

Floorboards around the pool are indeed broken, we'd read other reviews so were expecting that. The pool itself is nice and clean though, so not a big deal.

Wayan host great--- always friendly available for any help that may be needed. Exceptional. My third stay. Hard to beat.

Rien qui nous a dérangé, mais les ustensiles de cuisines ne sont pas complets (1 fourchette et pas 2). Un peu une odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain, mais c’est normal à Bali. Vitre transparente dans les toilettes un peu bizarre..

L’endroit était beau, paisible et proche de la plage. Le lit était confortable. Il y a un frigo, ce qui est chouette. La piscine était vraiment sympa. L’hôte est gentil, à l’écoute et serviable: nous avons demandé à prêter une casserole, un sèche-cheveux et du vinaigre, et il nous les a fourni en quelques minutes. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist schnell zu Fuß am Strand und in der Stadt.

Velmi dobrá lokalita v jižní části Sanur, v klidné části. Apartmán s malou kuchyňkou. Bonusem byl doplňovaný zásobník na pitnou vodu a lednice. Velmi dobrá WIFI

Terasa u bazénu potřebuje nutně rekonstrukci. Podle vyjádření majitele byla naplánována, ale nebyli k dispozici vhodní řemeslníci. Řešení toalety s kameny na podlaze nebylo úplně štastně řešeno. Kuchyňské vybavení by zasloužilo doplnit
