موظف الرسيبشن أولا خد الفلوس مني وحطهم في الدرج وبعدها بقلي لسا في باقي، طلعت الفيزا ادفع وبعدها قلت له معلش رجع الفلوس وعدها تاني قلي معلش بالغلط انتا الي الك باقي. الغرفة عادية جدا جدا، مفيش الا فوطة وحدة ومفيش دواسات و3 مكالمات عشان extra bed وانا دافع حقه والاضائة ضعيفة جدا، الواف فاي بطئ، اغاني مزعجة من الساعة 8 للساعة 10 مش عارفين نقعد بالغرفة من الصوت العالي. سعر الاوتيل مبالغ فيه مقارنة بقيمة مقابل سعر

The food is clean but almost the same menu every day(boring) , no varieties , and some types as an example grilled kebabs there is no refills that matches the number of the person's having dinner ,they like to use a lot of garlic , the desert average. I hope they work on the food issue .

The hotel is very cozy, and the staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, and welcoming. Mr. Hanafy was especially kind and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool and beach are easily accessible, which was perfect for our family. The food variety was also amazing, and a special compliment to the chef for the delicious food and the great variety of dishes. Everything we tried was fresh and tasty! We had a wonderful and relaxing family vacation and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended! ❤️

Friendly and helpful staff

We stayed for a full week, and at first we were actually planning to extend our stay to two weeks because our first impression was very good. But every day we started noticing new things that affected our comfort, and in the end we decided not to stay for the second week. We were staying in a suite, and honestly the hotel has a lot of very strong points. The food was excellent and very varied, the staff were very nice, the cleanliness was good, and the beach was beautiful. So the problem is not really the hotel itself, because in many ways it is a very good property. But there were two major problems for us. First, we barely saw any lifeguards at either the pool or the beach. There was a small drowning incident at the pool during our stay, and it was other guests who stepped in and helped. For a family hotel with so many children, that was honestly very worrying and should be taken seriously by management. The second issue, and probably the one that affected us the most, was the huge difference in guest behavior and general manners. I am not talking only about money or social level. I mean the way people behave, respect privacy, and interact with others. There was a lot of staring and people closely watching everyone around them. Even when you are just sitting normally, you sometimes feel like people are following every detail of what others are doing. We were not doing anything that should attract attention, but the amount of staring was very noticeable and uncomfortable. The pool area was the worst part for us. There were many children running around and behaving very loudly with very little control, some guests were entering the pool wearing regular clothes and T-shirts, and by the middle of the day there was a very unpleasant smell around the pool area that honestly made us question the cleanliness and water quality. I also think the hotel should seriously reconsider its Day Use policy.

The food was amazing. the beach is sandy and wonderful.

The water at the restaurant is 1 small bottle per person and you have to ask for more which is not nice.

The friendly helpful staff, Room service was very professional, beach bar service was excellent. The variety of the menu, and professional Chefs. i spent my honeymoon in 2025 , and i came again during my anniversary, the experience worth repeating ☺️☺️☺️

لم اتوقع ابدا كل هذا اللطف والمهنيه والرقي بأي فندق خمس نجوم نزلت فيه بعدما لمست بنفسي وشفت بعيني ستاف فندق الماسه .. قمة في اللطف والرقي من كافة العاملين من الريبشن والمطعم وخدمات الغرف والعاملين علي حمام السباحة والشاطئ الجميع ابتسامه وترحاب ورقي واخص مستر احمد خليل بالرسبشن واشكره علي رقية حتى لو كان هو طبيعة عمله اما الفندق نفسه قمة بالنظافه والاهتمام بالتفاصيل والمطعم وجودة الاكل وجودة الخامات المستخدمة في الاكل شي فوق التوقع ويستحق اكثر من خمس نجوم. الفخامه ليست فقط ديكورات ومكان ولكن تعامل ستاف والكل تعاملهم من اصغر حد لاكبر حد من احترامي للجميع يحعلك تشعر ان شعارهم الوحيد رضى النزيل عن اقامته .. خالص الشكر للفندق وادارته والعاملين جميعاً انا فخور بوجود مكان بهذا التعامل ببلدي

Un séjour magnifique Notre séjour était vraiment très agréable. Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous sommes venus en famille et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’ambiance calme et paisible de l’hôtel, idéale pour passer de belles vacances en famille. La cuisine était tout simplement excellente, avec beaucoup de choix et une grande variété. Un grand merci à Monsieur Hemli et Ahmed pour leurs excellent travail et leurs professionnalisme. Tout le personnel était très gentil, accueillant et aux petits soins. Une mention spéciale à Monsieur Abdelhamid, qui a toujours été très à l’écoute et qui a veillé à ce que notre séjour soit à la hauteur de nos attentes. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel aux familles qui souhaitent profiter d’une ambiance calme, agréable et passer de belles vacances avec leurs proches. Merci également à toute l’équipe pour ce magnifique séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ❤️

تجربة ممتازة وسعدت جداً بالإقامة. أهم ما يميز الفندق أن مساحته صغيرة مما يجعل الوصول لحمام السباحة والشاطئ سهلاً وسريعاً. الشاطئ والغرف في غاية النظافة، ولكن الأفضل على الإطلاق وبكل أمانة هو طاقم العمل الودود والمحترف. تجربة رائعة وإن شاء الله تتكرر قريباً.

The car tire was low on air, so I asked the hotel staff for assistance in inflating it. Unfortunately, they did not provide any help or support, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

الشاطيء كان مش نظيف ومليان شحم بهدل هدومنا بالإضافة الي وجود غربان كتيرة اوى الجناح رقم 301 الطرقة تطل ع موقع تحت الإنشاء ومستوى فرش الجناح غير جيد كان قديم متهالك ومستوى النظافة ضعيف واحنا بنعمل check out طلبوا تمن اتنين شيبسي برينجلز وده تصرف غريب بالنسبة لعميل دافع 47 الف جنيه يطلب منه ٢٤٠ جنيه زيادة وعجبي

Everything was just perfect. The suute was very nice, staff were v. Friendly and helpful whether the housekeeping, waiters, reception or chefs they were more than ready to help anyway they can

Our stay was exceptional from check-in to check-out. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel made the occasion truly special. We were automatically upgraded to a better room, which was a wonderful surprise. The receptionists, Ahmed Saeed and Ibrahim, were extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel also offered us a celebration cake, and the room service team did an excellent job decorating the room beautifully for our anniversary. The restaurant staff were very professional and friendly, and the food was good. Another great advantage is that almost all rooms have a sea view. The sea is very close to the hotel rooms, and the beach is sandy, clean, and has relatively few rocks compared with many other areas in Ain Sokhna. The pool was clean, and both the beach and pool services were very good. There were also a fair number of activities available. What we especially loved was the location: the sea directly in front of the hotel and the mountains behind it create a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the staff made our anniversary stay even more memorable.

The only point that could be improved is the restaurant ventilation. On both mornings after breakfast, I noticed that my clothes and hair smelled strongly of cooking oil afterward. Better ventilation or extraction in the restaurant would make the dining experience much more comfortable.

Poor facilities, too small which affecting your privacy

• The beach and location were the best parts of the stay. The beach is generally enjoyable and the location is nice. • The room itself was acceptable once everything was finally provided. • The hotel has good potential, and the facilities could be enjoyable with better management and service.

• The service was the biggest disappointment. Staff were often unfriendly and seemed reluctant to help, making basic requests feel like a favor. • Very slow response times. We waited around an hour for the room after arrival, around 4 hours for towels, and around 30 minutes on multiple occasions for housekeeping or other requests. • At one point, I had to go and get a towel myself because it still hadn’t arrived after several hours. • The room was not fully prepared when we received it, despite being told it was ready. • Food quality was below expectations and definitely not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. • Noise was a major issue. Loud entertainment continued until around 11 PM, and the sound insulation in the room was not good enough. • The beach had some black, sticky substances in the sand/water that stuck to our legs and feet, apparently coming from boats or ships. Better cleaning would help. • Even at checkout, I waited around 30 minutes for someone to inspect the room before eventually giving up and leaving. • Overall, there was a noticeable lack of attention to the guest experience. I rarely felt that anyone was genuinely trying to make our stay better. • As a couple looking for a relaxing getaway, we found the hotel too family-oriented and not particularly suitable for couples. Overall The location and beach were good, but the service significantly affected the experience. For a hotel with a 5-star rating and this price level, I expected much better hospitality and responsiveness.

Ze zeiden dat ik geld moest wisselen, omdat de bank de biljetten zou hebben geweigerd en ik nieuwe biljetten nodig had. Hierdoor waren we genoodzaakt ons verblijf te verkorten en eerder te vertrekken.

The beach was dirty full of cigarettes and plastic bottles, there is no beach care. Everyone smokes and hard to find a place where no one is smoking by swimming and the beach even inside the hotel there is no smoking area, the whole hotel allows smoking inside and outside which was bad for us because we have a baby.

The staff were excellent. Everyone was very respectful, friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was quite good, with a nice variety. the room was clean and comfortable and we really loved how close the beach is to the hotel, especially with kids.

The supermarket was OK, but a blower is mandatory for the floaters sold there instead of blowing it from the staff 😅, it was the mission impossible for them certainly.

فقط على الشاطئ ليلا الكثير من الناموس والحشرات الطائرة لو فقط يوجد إمكانية وضع صواعق الناموس او استخدام مبيدات معينة آمنة لطرد الناموس ليستطيع الناس الجلوس ليلا براحتهم على الشاطئ... وزيادة وقت الحفلات وتنويعها

ملايات السرير كانت مقطعه حمام الفندق رحته سيئة جدا طول الوقت.. الفندق مليان ناموس و لازم يشوفوا حل للموضوع ده بالنسبة للنكعم لا يرتقي ان يكون مطعم لفندق خمس نجوم اصناف الاكل محدوده و بتتغير كل يوم لكن للأسف طعم و كوالتي الاكل سئ و للأسف اعتمادنا كان غلي اكل الفندق و قدمنا شكوي من اول يوم ولكن لم يتم مراعاة الشكوي

Staff as usual amazing, both of ahmed from reception specially ahmed tarek front desk. From F&B ahmed tarek also, every where you find him smile.

Dinner wasn't expected to be like this, not fresh food, Reheated food. Only pasta was coocked. Same for pastries & desert 5/10 At breakfast the water for tea was cold and most of guests complained about this.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Al Masa Hotel! The beach is soft, clean, and conveniently just a short walk from the rooms. A special shoutout to the animation team—they were fantastic and brought such a fun, lively energy to the pool area. The food was also delicious with great variety throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

While advertised as a 5-star hotel, in my experience, it falls short of true 5-star standards.
