BoStay Hotel

It was cheep and not too far from the place where I had to go. The breakfast was good even if there was no buffet option so no choice was allowed. The staff was kind and professional even if some of them did not understand English well.

Many things did not work properly: the air conditioner was unuseful but the cleaning staff switched it on during the day and it was really difficult to be switched off. It resulted off but the cold air continued to exit. The safe didn't close. The light switched continuously on and off the last morning. The shower was full of limescale, and the water was spraying out horizontally. The place was close a safe area of the town but not inside: broken sidewalks, people sleeping on the street, and filth just a few meters away.

NON ANDATE IN QUESTO POSTO. BLATTE, SPORCIZIA, PERSONALE SCORTESE E SERI DUBBI SULLE RECENSIONI. FARÒ UNA SEGNALAZIONE FORMALE A BOOKING. Ho soggiornato qui con un numeroso gruppo di colleghi per la conferenza ESC. Anche altri partecipanti alloggiavano nello stesso hotel e abbiamo riscontrato SERI PROBLEMI IGIENICI. La cosa più grave è la PRESENZA DI GRANDI BLATTE in diverse camere, soprattutto ai piani alti. Alcuni colleghi ne hanno trovate numerose, anche SUL LETTO E SUL CORPO DURANTE LA NOTTE. Un altro ospite ne ha fotografata una grande circa 1/3 della sua scarpa (spero metta una recensione). Ho accompagnato una collega alla reception dopo la comparsa di una blatta nella sua camera. La reazione è stata inaccettabile: NESSUNA SCUSA, cambio stanza rifiutato perché l’hotel era pieno e la receptionist ha persino alzato gli occhi al cielo. Un dipendente è salito, ha guardato rapidamente la stanza ed è tornato dicendo che non aveva visto blatte: per loro il problema era quindi risolto. Ci hanno detto inoltre che NON POSSONO FARCI NULLA PERCHÉ LE BLATTE ARRIVANO DA FUORI. La loro totale mancanza di sorpresa ci ha lasciati molto perplessi. Anche la pulizia è pessima: camere non sempre rifatte, pavimenti sporchi, asciugamani non sostituiti e diversi problemi nonostante le ripetute lamentele. Infine, una collega è stata spinta a lasciare una recensione su Booking davanti al personale, che ha PRESO IL SUO TELEFONO E SI È ATTRIBUITO 10 STELLE. Per questo nutro seri dubbi sull’affidabilità di alcune recensioni positive. Nessuno sconto, cambio hotel o soluzione concreta. Solo offerte di bevande gratuite dopo le mie lamentele. BLATTE NELLE CAMERE E QUESTO TIPO DI GESTIONE SONO INACCETTABILI.

Quedaba cerca del centro de conferencias al que fui y estaba relativamente bien conectado con el centro histórico (línea M2 a 15 minutos a pie). La habitación era luminosa y las camas cómodas. Había algunos restaurantes cerca y supermercados. El personal es amable y bien predispuesto. La señora de la limpieza me dejaba un par de botellas de agua cada día.

Se notaba que las habitaciones habían sido renovadas no hace mucho, pero no tenían mantenimiento. Por ejemplo, todos los grifos tenían alguna pieza rota, algunos no cerraban bien y perdían mucha agua. La ducha tenía moho negro en las juntas. La primera habitación que me dieron apestaba a humo a pesar de que había especificado una habitación para no fumadores. Después de insistir amablemente, me cambiaron a una habitación de las mismas características. Aprecio que entendieran mi petición.

It’s a good value for money, and the location is in the heart of Şişli which is central to the main Istanbul city attractions. The room was comfy, and it was the right size, not too big and not too small. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, but Aziz stood out to me, he was very kind and helpful on the morning I left.

We left for the airport early and I thought they would arrange a breakfast for us to go. However, the only breakfast available for us were tuna fish sandwiches which our kids are not big fans of. 😃 Otherwise our stay was great

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Aziz, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Very Disappointing Experience – I Do Not Recommend This Hotel I chose this hotel because of the positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience was completely different. First, the hotel’s location is very inconvenient. The road leading to the hotel is steep and uneven, making it difficult and tiring to walk, especially with luggage or a baby. The staff were not friendly or helpful. On our first night, the air conditioning did not work and neither did the refrigerator. We could not sleep properly the entire night because of the heat. Despite this, the receptionist initially refused to change our room. The room was finally changed the following evening. Unfortunately, the new room had another serious problem: a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The breakfast was also disappointing. It was exactly the same every day, with very little variety and, honestly, very poor taste. What disappointed me most was the apparent focus on getting positive reviews rather than improving the guest experience. Before we left, I personally witnessed a receptionist repeatedly asking another guest to leave a review. When the guest said he would do it later because he was busy, the employee told him it would only take 10 seconds, took his phone, and proceeded to leave an excellent rating for the hotel himself. I found this extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the positive reviews were the reason I chose this hotel, but after staying there I understood why the ratings may look better than the actual experience. Overall, a very poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Çok Kötü Bir Deneyim – Kesinlikle Tavsiye Etmiyorum Bu oteli olumlu yorumlara güvenerek seçtim, ancak ne yazık ki yaşadığım deneyim tamamen farklıydı. Öncelikle otelin konumu oldukça elverişsiz. Otele giden yol eğimli ve düzgün değil. Özellikle valizle veya bebekle yürümek oldukça yorucu. Personel de maalesef güler yüzlü ve yardımcı değildi.

Комнату плохо убирали, полы были в мусоре, шумоизоляция плохая. Соседи вечно стучали дверьми и орали дети. Официант/бариста на баре был очень неприветлив. Скудный завтрак. Завтрак на неделю был одним и тем же и маленький. Больше всего оттолкнуло то, что при выезде мужчина который там работает, попытался взять мой телефон и написать отзыв. Прямо таки забирал телефон. Было неприятно, возможно, от этого все отзывы хорошие.

فندق وذف وذرب وجميل وينحب والله. سكنته مرتين للامانة المره الاولى صدفه والثانيه اختياري لانه اعجبني. موقع رائع قريب من كل شي وفي وسط منطقة تجارية يعني طبيعي تسمع صوت السيارات الصبااح ولكن هذي حلاوة اسطنبول. الاستقبال روعه وحبوبين ومتعاونين والله كلهم واخص بالذكر الاخت هاجر والاخ عزيز كل الشكر لهم ماقصرو. ملاحظة للعوائل ان الغرف تاخذ 3 اشخاص على الاكثر.

It may feel small in the rooms for some people but for that neighborhood it’s very expected and it was super comfortable so, I dont think this is a downside.

К сожалению, впечатление от проживания осталось негативным. При заселении нам с мамой предоставили номер с двумя отдельными кроватями, хотя при бронировании мы просили одну двуспальную. Когда мы сдвинули кровати, под ними оказалось огромное количество пыли, мусора и грязи, что говорит о том, что уборка там давно не проводилась. Более того, в прикроватной тумбочке мы нашли чеки и мусор, оставшиеся от предыдущих гостей. В целом отель производит впечатление очень уставшего: мебель старая, лифт тоже нуждается в обновлении, а уровень чистоты совершенно не соответствует ожиданиям. К сожалению, за такую стоимость хотелось бы видеть гораздо более качественную уборку и лучшее состояние номеров.

- يقع في الأعلى وفيه طلعات ونزلات في الشوارع المؤديه إليه - المكان غير مهيئ لعربة الأطفال أو كراسي المعاقين، أماكن المرور للعربيات خطرة وغير سلسلة - الفطور سيء وكأنه بايت مع الأسف، وما فيه أي تجديد. - الموظفين ينتظرون أوامر حتى يحضرون الفطور وليسوا مبادرين. - موظفات تنظيف الغرف يبدو أنهم متعاونات لكن ليس لهم سلطة. - طلبنا مكنسة كهربائية لشفط أكياس الملابس ورفضوا الاستقبال ذلك. - لا توجد خدمة حمل الأمتعة ولكن الموظف ساعد في النهاية لأجل التقييم، وطلب منا التقييم. - أحد الموظفين ركب معنا الاصنصير في وسط الأدوار وأجبر الاصنصير على النزول بنا لأجل أن ينزل على أن هناك اصنصير آخر! ونحن عائلة معنا أطفال. - الغرفة صغيرة جداً ووضحنا في الحجز أننا عائلة بطفلين ومع ذلك أعطونا غرفة صغيرة حيث السرير الصغير يكفي للطفل الصغير والطفل الأكبر لم يكن له سرير. - أعطونا غرفة في السطح بتراس فرنسية. - الحمام صغير جداً وإضاءته منخفضة جداً. - سقط لنا شيء تحت السرير وعندنا نظرنا تحت لاستخراج الغرض وجدنا المكان مغبر ووسخ جداً.

أولا تعامل طاقم الفندق رائع لدرجة دخل خاتم خلف ديكور السرير وعند ابلاغهم اخرجوه رغم صعوبة الأمر ومشقته ثانيا الموقع قريب من الشارع الرئيسي وتقسيم كنا نذهب مشيا لأنا نستمتع بالمشي الموقع على السعر على الخدمة اعتبره فندق استثنائي نظرا للمبلغ المدفوع وكان 1600 بشهر 6 عام2026 لسبع ليالي مع الافطار الافطار بسيط افطرنا يومين بالفندق والباقي بالخارج وكان معه استقبال مجاني من المطار للفندق

أُعجبت بمكان الإقامة مقارنة بالسعر الذي حجزته به ولكن الذي لايحب المشي ولا السكن داخل حاره هاديه ولا الفنادق الاقتصاديه الصغيرة قد لايناسبه علما انا كنا نعود للفندق مشيا بعد العاشره والوضع امان

The room was okay

I was very disappointed with my stay. First, the hotel lobby is extremely small, not wheelchair accessible, and has too many stairs. Moving luggage in and out of the hotel was difficult. The elevator was also quite small. The hallway lighting relies on motion sensors, but they take too long to activate. This means that when entering or leaving the room, guests have to walk several steps in complete darkness before the lights turn on. Sound insulation is also very poor. I could clearly hear conversations from the hallway as well as noise from neighboring rooms, including people talking and using the restroom. However, the most concerning issue was the housekeeping service. I intentionally left the towels and bathrobe on the bathroom floor so they would be replaced during cleaning. When I returned, instead of replacing them, housekeeping simply hung them back up. Reusing towels that had been left on the bathroom floor is completely unacceptable. After reporting the issue to reception, a staff member came to inspect the room with me, which seemed unnecessary since the problem was obvious. I was then informed that housekeeping had already left for the day, so I was given two replacement towels. Unfortunately, when I was about to use them, I noticed yellow stains on both towels. This was extremely unhygienic and completely unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of rating. I have photographs documenting this issue. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor housekeeping standards, noise issues, and accessibility concerns made this a very disappointing experience.

Reception area and receptionists are nice.

Toilet didn’t work properly. Mosquitos fed on us all night. Loud music from TV upstairs. Streets around hotel are dodgy with drunks walking around.

The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was ok.

The only issue was the noise, the refrigerator in the room was quite loud, and I could hear sounds from the water lines and pumps in neighboring rooms, which was quite disturbing, especially when trying to rest or sleep.

I had an exceptional experience at Bostay Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Their genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
