The modern apartment, space, facilities, pool, parking space, location, comfort, excellent communication with hosts. We could not have asked for a better stay on our first visit to New Zealand! The owners kept in touch with us even during our booking and planning. They were willing to accommodate our changes and provided us with detailed instructions for check-in. We only wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend this lovely apartment!

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely relaxing setting but with city right outside the door.

Very easy to walk around to the shops and very close to the fish market! Nice and quiet area probably because we stayed there in Easter weekend. The apartment was superb! Very clean, well equipped, confortable beds! The ensuite bathroom had a bathtube and that a big plus with our dauther! Super also that there is a carparking place that you are not charged extra! It was the perfect end to our trip in New Zealand!

Das Appartement ist zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) hatten bequem Platz und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles ist super sauber - egal ob Böden, Besteck oder Sofa. An nichts wird gespart, so dass ausreichend makellose Handtücher (auch für Pool oder Gym), Nespresso-Kapseln, Spülmaschinen Tabs und Waschmittel zur Verfügung standen. Das Gym (24/7) ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist angenehm temperiert und sehr groß. Insgesamt ist die Wohnanlage gepflegt und deren Bewohner kaum wahrnehmbar. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Eigentümer sind gut erreichbar, freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Sie haben es ermöglicht, dass wir aufgrund unseres späten Fluges länger im Appartment bleiben konnten. Unseren Umzug vom Appartement Hotel in dieses schöne "home away" haben wir nicht bereut. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Loved the location. Apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and quiet. Included parking was a bonus as was the heated swimming pool. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

An amazing stay, comes with so many amazing features the beds are soo good kept us cool all night was amazing!! 100/100 had the best time such a hidden gem was amazing and hosts are so good!!we had the best time and made lifelong memories thank you!!

The location was fantastic, the apartment was well appointed (beautiful new towels and good crockery) with modern appliances.

The apartment has no Airconditioning, no fans and no ventilation! The bedrooms only have sliding doors (no windows) without security screens so they can’t be left ajar for ventilation. The lounge door and windows are the same and can’t be left open at night as it is a security risk!

The location in relation to the wharf and restaurants was great. The beds especially, but all the furniture was comfortable. The showers were very good and the kitchen had everything we needed except a French press. We tried the fancy coffee machine but didn’t really know how to work it :)

The bedrooms were pretty stuffy. We had to choose between leaving patio and hallway doors open for a cross breeze and closing them for privacy/quiet for sleeping.

The apartment was just fabulous. The beds were really comfortable and the house had everything we needed! Absolutely loved the decorative features in the apartment. Location was great for our conference at the Viaduct Events Centre.

Die schöne, neue Einrichtung, die überkomplette Ausstattung. Es war wirklich alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Auch genug Handtücher fürs Pool. Tolle Lage! Zu Fuß zum Skytower (ca 30 min) oder zur Waterfront mit vielen tollen Restaurants. Gleich gegenüber der Supermarkt! Die Betten sehr bequem! Die Gastgeber haben immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Ein-und Auschecjen war sehr gut organisiert.

Location was excellent and central though still quiet. The apartment was spacious and clean, and had all the necessary essentials. I would definitely recommend to stay again.

This stunning apartment had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The location is perfect; a grocery store across the road, plenty of places to eat nearby and a easy 15-20 minute stroll to the city/ Queen St (the main shopping strip). The hosts were easy to communicate with and I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is located right next to the main entrants to the building so from the two bedrooms you do hear people coming/going and a few times the door would slam shut. I understand there’s nothing the owners can do about this but it’s the only thing I didn’t like!

The apartment was very modern, very stylish and with lots of beautiful artwork throughout. The layout was great, the beds and the pillows were very comfy and all the appliances were top quality. You could definitely tell that the hosts take pride in it! Thank you so much for letting us stay there, we all have thoroughly enjoyed it!

Beautiful apartment with lots of natural light and very comfortably appointed. Fantastic location close to cafes, restaurants, and bars. Easy walk to Viaduct Harbour and Britomart and great to have access to pool, gym and sauna. We especially appreciated the thoughtful inclusions such as coffee pods, bathroom and basic kitchen supplies, as well as an ample supply of bath/pool towels, tissues and the like. Hosts were also very easy to deal with as well, with prompt and courteous communication throughout and easy to manage check in/out arrangements We'd definitely book again and recommend this apartment!
