New London Guest House Mirador Mansion 13Floor

I didn't like anything to be honest. Had to leave in the middle of the night.

The place is very unacceptable not passable at all. The room is dirty and full of dust. TV doesn't work dont have a hot water heater as well. There is mosquito and bed bugs and the smell and staff is not kind at all. Rejects ur requests and though, i request for mirador they nearly took us to chung king mansion instead of letting us stay in mirador if I didn't demanded. Cant sleep cause its really not clean at all... its like you're avoiding sticking on anything here. The staff smells as well. And we waited like 20 mins before anyone attended to our doorbell. Had to message them , then they showed up. No exhaust fan as. Well so if you try to poop goodluck. Had to leave in the middle of the night, because I feel unsafe and everything smells bad before entering the room, staff even sprayed air refresherner just so we won't smel the bad stinky smell. And they have guts to put penalty rules on wall, without doing their jobs. I demand a refund for this stay. I had bed bugs bite too, and had to buy my own soap as theirs seems unclean.

Really small, dirty. Had roaches the "room" which is very small and behind the reception desk. Description and adress is wrong, the guesthouse is NOT at the adress showed on Booking.com If You enter the room with a suitcase you almost can't close the door anymore. Approx 2-3sqm. Really loud because staff sit in front of my rooms door and watched loud Youtube videos.

One guy help me out to get a TV and to get a new room

The guy who checked me in had a attitude he thinks I was trying to blackmail him to get a big room when I was trying to tell him the room had a smell and my room was right outside the checking office in my room I could hear him talking about me with his friends he didn't know I could understand what he was saying about me because I am from New York all I did was ask him to change the room the tv was not working he really thinks I was trying to blackmail him I felt so uncomfortable then one of the other guys came help me out and put me in a other hotel room with a working TV the guys in the other hotel was way more nice and way more helpful I think the hotel was call the new frontier hotel I like them more I give them a 5 but the new London guest house I will not be booking them again plus I paid 20 us to get a upgrade from New York I didn't get the upgrade so I also lost money with them it really sucks London hotel could banned me I am okay with that that hotel sucks

Supposed to check in at 12pm as stated on invoice, told to come back at 3pm,Back at 3pm and was told to wait further, then was sent to another place to check in.

I liked that the bed is so comfy and there is hot shower.

The room was a bit cramped for 3 people, i hope that they be flexible in check in times (hoping for 24 hours service) since we arrived at 4am and waited till 12nn for us to be able to check in. We were so sleepy waiting for the time.

The staffs are nice

The place was near the station and bus stops, accessible to destinations. And the staff is rather nice

First, there's no pool, the pool they're referring to was the pool in Kowloon park that has an $11 entrance fee. Second, we booked a 2 room with 3 beds, but got 3 rooms with one with a single bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds, not very optimal for family of 6 and we were initially given 2 rooms on one floor and another floor for the other room and that room was infested with rats so they had us switch to another room. Third, please take note for future guests, their reception is at the 8th floor of Mirador Mansion so make sure to check there first, also don't expect to be placed on the same place you booked cause it's based on availability that they have and when you chose to pay on site expect to be charged more. Fourth, their appliances such as fans, AC, fridge etc. is filled with dust and looks like they have never been cleaned. Also depending on what unit they assign you with there might be available water dispenser.

The location is within the city proper.

Not so clean. During our stay nobody cleaned or changed our sheets and towels. The AC has no control, the water heater is not working and the wifi connection is very bad.
