Very central location and communication with the staff was very easy!

I got a message I assume from the owner as it states how lousy it is during night time (it's 6pm) and I interrupt somesone sleep at night. I am totally confused by receiving this when just enter the room. I cannot deny I made some noise but definitely not at night as I know that this is a shared room and we all need to be considerate. But the experience already made me feel uncomfortable.

My cousin arrived at the property, and by 2:20 a.m. she still didn’t have a room to sleep in. That single sentence sums up our entire experience. A few hours before check-in, the owner contacted me saying that the air conditioning in our booked room was not working and asked me to cancel the reservation. Since my cousin was already on her way, I asked if there was any other solution. He offered an alternative room, so we agreed because we believed it would be a suitable replacement. When my cousin arrived, she couldn’t even check in. There were no clear instructions on how to enter the property, she had to wait outside with her luggage until another guest let her in, and the owner never came to meet her in person. We were repeatedly told to wait for a staff member, who didn’t arrive until around 10:00 p.m. The “alternative” turned out to be the staff room. The owner himself told me that it was a four-bed room normally used only by the child of one of the staff members. However, when my cousin saw it, the room had a strong smell of urine, was dirty, had trash bags inside, and was simply not in a condition suitable for any paying guest. The owner later told me he has 13 years of experience in hospitality. That makes it even harder to understand why he believed offering a room in that condition was acceptable. A room like that should never be presented as an alternative to a confirmed reservation. By 2:20 a.m., my cousin still had no suitable place to stay and had to find somewhere else to spend the night. No guest should ever be put in that situation after arriving with a confirmed reservation. I cannot recommend this property. A confirmed reservation should never end with a guest left without accommodation in the middle of the night.

Actually, I love this little hostel. The conversations and meeting people are key.

The beds are hard. I know it is a hostel, but....

Pokoje oraz przestrzeń wspólną i łazienki były słabo posprzątane. Udogodnienie takie jak ekspres do kawy nie wystąpiły.

交通位置非常方便，性價比高

La clim dans les chambres sauve vrmt, mais ce que j'ai aimé le plus c'est que le premier soir, nous avons tous socialisé sur le fait que personne ne comprenait comment fonctionne le check in. Nous nous sommes tous mutuellement ouvert la porte chacun à son tour.

J'ai eu du mal à faire mon checkin, j'ai fais d'autres auberges de jeunesse pour des prix bien plus abordables, avec des personnes à la réception pour vous accueillir, ce qui n'était pas le cas ici. Les douches ne sont pas froides alors que la chaleur est écrasante. Il faut payer pour utiliser les serviettes. Le lieux n'est pas si mal, faut c'est Hong Kong, donc sale. 17€ pour une nuit c'est du vol, j'ai dormi dans un hôtel à ce prix là nuit d'après a Macao.

Only thing is cleaning standards are different. But I guess that is normal during traveling.

Awesome location. Steps from Kowloon park, subway, the water front, museum of modern art, walking street with lots of restaurants and more.

There was poo crusted to the toilet paper holder, my bedroom door had a broken lock which I doubt will be fixed anytime soon. The staff were non existent which meant guests ended up doing the job of front desk staff by letting people in and explaining the check in procedure, and showing them to their room. Towel rental was an additional cost. There were signs everywhere saying what you couldn't do. Overall the tone set by the owners wasn't good. The price isn't cheap but the service was absolutely bare minimum which doesn't leave a great feeling for guests.

Location was amazing, right by the Tsim Tsa Shui MTR station and I was able to easily connect to the HKG Airport express

Room was nasty. No privacy curtain, tiny short bed, uncomfortable, made a lot of noise when moving, and there was an obstructing beam across the bed so I couldn’t sit up or move around.

Too much noice. There was a guy talking the whole night. The linens were not clean and the room was a bit dirty. Also, for the clear explanation where are you located it would be better to provide clear directions with the pictures, as it took me almost an hour to find the hostel.

Location is the only good thing about this property.

Reports of bed bugs that wasn’t taken seriously, aircon in my room didn’t work, in a room of 4 no window. Shower temperature inconsistent and impossible to get right. Staff joked about putting people he didn’t like on 14th floor and joked about not communicating with guests (guest who struggled to check in). Overall weird and unprofessional.

Forget about location

- lots of Bed bugs everywhere on the wall, ínide the bed they bit me everywhere over my body - Dust everywhere - No Air Con working, the room too hot - Fake ratings - Water spilled in the bath room. - No Receptionist attendant - room mates make lots of noise even after 12am - I can't even sleep a minute during the night

位置便利，就在尖沙咀，步行几分钟就到星光大道，去哪里都可以步行

directly next to a centrl metro stop. at least the shower worked and there was a hairdryer. bedding seemed clean.

too many people in one room so stinky and no privacy. i never saw the owners and they were not responsive. complicated to find the hostel & entrance is creepy, apparently things were stolen here. you only get a mini locker which hardly fits anything.

Very nice the guy Navid he was very helpful and respectful and Laurence he is very nice too, both were very gentil!

If Jonas is there you will have a good stay. He was the best part of the hostel, creating a great vibe, linking people up and creating great chill out session in the evening on the balcony. He was very responsive to Whatsapp messages and made it a comfy stay. I also really enjoyed the large showerheads in the bathroom, it was a surprising touch of luxury in the hostel. One thing it's important to remember is space is a premium in Hong Kong so all places are small. The rooms and even the common areas of the hostel are small but that is just a feature of visiting Hong Kong. The location was amazing. Staying in Kowloon I think is nicer and easier to get around than Central district but we were right next to a key MTR station, tons of shops and a short walk to the Star Ferry terminal. And you have a view of a huge park from the balcony so you still have that feeling of trees and green space.

After getting down from A21 bus, little difficult to find the building but looks like entire hong kong seems little confusing as every building s tall enuf to get u confused. Overall fun exp & this type of exp every1 should have in their life atleast once as u get to meet new people & intractable wit them!!

Très bon emplacement, central à Hong Kong, il y a un métro et énormément de commerce à coté donc très pratique :))

Le lit grince beaucoup donc c'était pas l'idéal pour dormir ou même ne pas faire de bruit...

Location was very good. And the price for Hong Kong is ok as well in my opinion. But at the first night I had some bedbugs in my bed. So the first night I couldn't even sleep at the bed. So I changed a bed in the same room and there were some as well. After I told the boss the situation. He gave me a new room. And told me he is gonna pay me the first night back. What in my opinion already ridiculous is. But so on the boss still payed me my first night back. So all in all I can't recommend this accommodation. But the view of the second floor was very nice :)
