Location amazing, room so complete woth everything, friendly staff, middle of the centre Ubud in the palace, at the same time so nice quiet and relaxed!! Very clean! I will come back for sure

Struttura super pulita, centrale e soprattutto scenografica. È bello poter dormire all’interno del palazzo, alle spalle del nostro letto avevamo una finestra che affacciava sulla fontana con le carpe e la sera il rumore dell’acqua ti cullava. Lo staff gentilissimo.

Wonderful and special location with Ubud palace, making it very close to a lot of active areas, shops, restaurants/cafes etc. Being inside the palace also gives you free access to the dances/performances that occur within Ubud palace in the evenings. Very convinient location, helpful staff and comfortable stay at a great value.

Minor grievances: The shower could have been much better - half the pores in the shower head didn't work and the water pressure was very low. And while we got as many bottles of water as we asked for, it would have been nice if they proactively replaced the bottles with fresh water each day of our multi-night stay.

Excellent experience to stay in the actual Ubud palace.

Unfortunately there is rising damp in the rooms, there are 2 air purifiers in the rooms. Not much more you could do, just be aware if you have allergies. There was no visible mould at all. Beds are very soft.

Location! Location! Location! You will not find a better location for a short stay in Ubud (2 nights in our case). Within the main Ubud palace compound, so you get access to the public areas of the palace, even after it's shut to the public. The few rooms available are within a separate area that is only accessible to the public if they are eating at the palace restaurant. You also get access to watch the balenese dance shows in the evening - barong or legong. The rooms are comfortable with good sized bathrooms. Breakfast is served in the verandah outside your room. Location!! In the middle of everything!! Nice restaurant, but a bit pricey and they don’t start breakfast until 10 am. Very clean with new towels. Free show. The hostess was very helpful!

The bed was awful! Thin & lumpy mattress🫩. No water pressure in the shower. If you are waiting til you get to Ubud to shop, be aware that the local “ art market” is overrated . Shop after shop of the same stuggg

Excellent location! Loved the culture vibe too as the room was actually on the palace grounds. Only 3 rooms available so more suitable for small groups. Beautiful & quiet place in the middle of the hustle bustle of Ubud. Free entrance for guest to the nightly culture performance next door.

Bathroom overhead shower water pressure was low in room #2. Improvements in adding hooks would be convenient. Also placement of the plug point for the jug kettle should be higher. There should be a signage to the hotel. It’s not visible on waze. However the restaurant is the same so use this on waze to locate the place.

Great central location in Ubud with everything within walking distance and lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff were amazing and very responsive.

We did have some cleanliness issues at first, but the staff addressed them right away.

Beautiful room and private quarters. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The towels and linen had lovely aroma. Perfect location, right next to the main street and in the Ubud epicentre. Plenty of shops, spas, markets and restaurants close by. The Balinese dance performance was right outside our door and complimentary to our stay. Had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Μένεις κυριολεκτικά μέσα στο παλάτι. Εκπληκτικό δωμάτιο, με βεράντα μέσα στον κήπο του παλατιού. Καθαρό και οι υπάλληλοι πολύ ευγενικοί και πολύ βοηθητικοί. Ό,τι ζήτησα μου το έδωσαν. Το νερό ήταν ζεστό. Το internet πολύ γρήγορο. Τα σκαλιά που αναφέρουν στα σχόλια για εμένα ήταν οκ ήταν κυριολεκτικά δύο σκαλιά για να ανέβεις στο δωμάτιο. Το βράδυ βλέπεις την εκδήλωση με μουσική που γίνεται στο παλάτι δωρεάν, η οποία είναι εκπληκτική. Κάθε βράδυ είναι διαφορετική. Σίγουρα χρειάζεται να ζήσεις αυτή την εμπειρία να μένεις σε ένα παλάτι, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Δυσκολεύτηκα να βρω την είσοδο αλλά επικοινώνησα με την υπεύθυνη και ήρθαν και με οδήγησαν στο δωμάτιο. Η πόρτα κλείνει μόνο από ένα ξύλο από μέσα και από έξω μια κινητή κλειδαριά. Είχα ένα άγχος αλλά όλα πήγαν καλά. Μου είπαν ότι το μέρος έχει εξωτερικές κάμερες. Έχει λίγο θόρυβο από τον δρόμο επειδή είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Great location in the ground's of the Royal Palace. It is however very difficult to find the entrance, and we needed a local to help us. Photo helpsheet would greatly assist

It was really quite noisy even at night and the lack of insulation and double glazed windows didn't help. The room was very basic inside with little storage and the bed and pillows were of low quality. 0700 one morning construction work started immediately behind the room which we had not been made aware of. As a result we packed up and moved out. Please Note-The hotel did reimburse us for the nights we hadn't used which was nice.

ウブド宮殿の中にありバリ舞踊が見られて清潔なヴィラでした。朝食も希望の時間に外にセッティグして頂き朝の気持ちの良い空気の中で食べることができ良かったです。スタッフの方も優しい雰囲気で話して頂き爽やかでした。

シャワーの水がトイレの方まで流れてしまいふきとるのに大変でした。 立地が良すぎて夜は遅くまで賑やかなので静かな所が好きな人には不向きだと思います。

スタッフがとても親切。 室内を素足で歩いても足裏が汚れないくらいきれいに掃除してくれている。写真通りの清潔感のある部屋でした。 アメニティが揃っており、タオルの交換は掛けてある物まで毎日交換してくれていた。 シャワーの水圧、湯温ともに満足だったが、バスタブと同時には使えなかった。 王宮内という特別感と、安心感が大きかった。

シャワーの排水がイマイチだったが、お願いすればきちんと掃除してくれた。バスタブの水栓のお湯と水の表示が逆に付いており、事前にお知らせがなかったこと。

It was a special experience in a quaint corner amidst the bustle of Ubud. Since they have retained much of the old Palace so no frills there, which actually added to the beauty of the place. I liked that the hotel has maintained only the very basic service so no fancy facilities. This definitely adds to the feel of an old world charm!

Since it is in the heart of the market area. You can hear traffic sounds distantly. But nothing that an ear plug can't resolve!

Super nice location, is inside Ubud Palace in the center of Ubud, close to everything. Despite it is in the center is very quiet with a magnificent garden. Komang the girl at the reception is so polite, whatever we asked her she did her best for us!!! Thanks again for everything, we certainly come back to your lovely hote

The lady at reception was wonderful, very accommodating, helping with my suitcase and staying with me until the driver picked me up when I was leaving. The location was great.

No one at reception when l arrived even though they knew roughly what time l was arriving, a man had my key and showed me to my room then just left. I felt like l had been palmed off to anyone. After the shows were finished in the court yard the musicians kept playing till midnight which was very loud so l couldn't go to sleep. The door to my room isn't very safe with just a piece of wood to go through the handles at night.

I have thought about keeping it quiet and this gem to all myself but that would not be fair to the people and staff behind this place. The place is at the heart of Ubud and very convenient to many attractions. It is part of the Ubud royal family residence. Some areas of the palace are open to the public but the accommodation is only accessible for guests. To access, you must pass thru the public area. Once you enter into the guest zone, it is very serene and quiet especially in the mornings. And the preserved architectural elements of the guest rooms is stunning. The rooms inside are clean and cozy. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. There is limited selection of breakfast and food catering ala cafe style which you would need to order in advance. All in all, this is a wonderful and one of the best experience I ever had. And I would definitely come back.

The people was really friendly and eager to help! The location is superb! The room and the surroundings exceptional! As for the events, since many have complained about the lack of quietness, I totally disagree! The theatrical events were performed between 19:30 & 21:00, were not so loud and didn't cause any disturbance at all.

Their breakfast was poor. When I asked for an extension for my stay, they wanted to charge me 2ble the price I had already paid for a night. I think they need a bit more time to act like professionals

I was so happy when I discovered this room was actually inside the Palace grounds. It was a beautiful and very comfortable room and the location was amazing! Getting a ticket to the evening dance performance was a bonus also. Will definitely stay there again.

Loved everything, it was perfect for my overnight stay.

We loved this so much. Had no idea the room is inside the Ubud Palace, we felt so cool walking in through the grand doors that are off limits to everyone else. There’s a performance here almost every night that’s free for guests and the room was perfect! Honestly think this is Ubud’s most hidden gem. Thank you so much!!

Staff will commence work at 8am and then they place our order (small breakfast (BF)-one item only and one cold or hot beverage) with their service provider, by the time we finish BF it will be 9am.

It is centrally located, which is an excellent location in Ubud. We lived on the Palace grounds which was a surprise to us. It was absolutely beautiful & we had free excess to the palace dances that is held nightly. We needed to leave a day earlier & the host was kind enough to refund us even, which was out of pure kindness.

Location was great , the property is stunning , service was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here . We would love to come back and stay here . The only issue we had when we gave the address to Grab it took us to some other place . We had to ask around and figure out where our hotel was . After this everything was perfect.

The best is that you can enjoy an empty courtyard out of opening times because you are living there

Amazing location inside Ubud palace, came with complimentary access to the nightly events (as entry into the palace requires a ticket then, but as hotel guest you can bypass this). Very peaceful and serene. There are many restaurants near by that are famous like Ibu Oka (for babi Guling). Easy access to the sweet orange walking trail! The iconic location also made it absolutely easy to arrange for taxi and tour pick ups!

The fragrances uses on the bed linen were quite strong, which took a day or 2 to get used. More surfaces to place stuff or hooks to hang clothes would have been great.

Breakfast was wonderful but they won't serve it before 9 am. The location was perfect.

The staff speak very little English. No help with tours and other touristic activities. The breakfast has to be served earlier because the tours start usually at 8 am.

No facility, just basic room with mini fridge, tv, aircon and toiletries. Low value for money. - We happen to come across the religious ceremony during our two nights stay, which are super noisy and not possible to get to sleep at all. One night till midnight, and the other one finished at 1am. Need to check with the hotel in advance to avoid staying during the ceremony. - The water temperature is difficult to adjust. - The electricity tripped for four times on the second night. - No staff after 9pm. We asked for staff what'sapp in case of emergency.

Loved the property - It's right inside the Ubud Palace so just few steps away from Shops, Ubud art market, Cafes, Restaurants and SuperMarket. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Liked the sitting area outside room surrounded by lush green lawn. Staff was very polite and helpful. You can see dance show at Ubud palace for free as you stay there.

For us this didn't bother much ... but there is daily evening show at Ubud palace, also sometimes they host day events as well - this can be a reason of constant sound/ noise coming in room.

The location was very central which was fabulous! A little bit hard to find though as it is right in the middle of the palace and there are no signs pointing to a hotel.

A unique experience which we both loved.

The property is actually located in the palace, the living quarters are traditional and old, however when you enter your room, you get a brand new modern effect. The staff there were amazing, they gave us a free breakfast in the morning and agreed to look after our luggage.

Very hidden. Not many people knew about this hotel at all. At first when we were trying to find it, everyone around the palace was like, I’m sorry this is not a hotel, also after 11:30 when we returned to the hotel, all the gates were locked. We had to find a back entrance to enter. Overall though, for the fact that you are staying in the palace- it was very good.
