La habitación estaba limpísima. Es cómoda y muy bien decorada. El baño es amplio y también muy limpio. El personal fue encantador. El hotel queda a un pequeño paseo del Duomo por lo que se hace fácil moverse andando por todo el centro. Tiene agua, galletas y café a tu disposición en la recepción.

Es cierto que si tu estancia es larga la habitación es pequeña, sin un armario, solo un perchero. Se agradecería tener una almohada algo más alta y una toalla para la cabeza. Advertir también que no tiene ascensor.

Really quaint and cute boutique hotel. Staff especially Marina were absolutely fantastic, kind and attentive.

My room had a bit of an odd smell, bearable but I imagine that was due to a drainage issue/aircon needing to be cleaned.

We stayed at Sanobi 45, a small hotel just a ten-minute walk from the heart of Florence. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us with all our questions. The rooms were very fresh. A perfect place for a few nights in Florence.

Me encantó mi estancia. Soy especialmente fan de los hoteles boutique, pequeños e íntimos, y este lugar fue exactamente lo que buscaba. La ubicación es perfecta, pude caminar prácticamente a todos lados, y la habitación era muy cómoda, acogedora y, sobre todo, impecable. Todo estaba extremadamente limpio e higiénico, las toallas eran exquisitas y cada detalle hacía que la estancia fuera aún más agradable. Pero, sin duda, lo que más quiero destacar es la atención del personal. Fue realmente espectacular. Desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir como en casa, con una amabilidad y una cercanía que se agradecen muchísimo cuando estás viajando sola. También me encantó poder disfrutar de snacks, café por las mañanas y agua durante el día. Son pequeños detalles, pero hicieron que mis mañanas fueran especialmente felices. ☕️ No alcancé a despedirme porque tuve que salir muy temprano, así que quería aprovechar esta reseña para decirles muchísimas gracias por todo. Me llevo un recuerdo precioso de mi estancia y, sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí si regreso a Florencia. ¡Gracias por hacerme sentir como en casa! ❤️

Our stay at Zanobi 45 was absolutely wonderful, and we were very grateful for the kindness and care we received throughout our time in Florence. One of the first things we noticed was how thoughtful all the little details were. There were fresh fruits and snacks available near the reception every day, which was such a lovely touch after spending long days exploring the city. We also really appreciated being able to get complimentary still water, sparkling water, and coffee at the reception. Having a refrigerator available was another small but very convenient feature that made our stay even more comfortable. What we are especially thankful for, however, was the help we received when we had a problem with an Italian rental car company. As travelers from another country, dealing with the situation over the phone was difficult for us, but the staff kindly stepped in and helped communicate with the rental company on our behalf. Their assistance meant so much to us and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We will remember that kindness for a long time. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we always felt very well taken care of. The housekeeping was also excellent. Our room was kept very clean and tidy throughout our stay, and we were consistently impressed by how carefully everything was maintained. Overall, Zanobi 45 made our stay in Florence even more enjoyable. It was not only a comfortable place to stay, but also a place where we genuinely felt cared for as guests. The thoughtful amenities, excellent cleanliness, and above all the kindness of the staff made a lasting impression on us. Thank you so much for everything you did for us during our stay. If we have the opportunity to visit Florence again, we would definitely love to stay at Zanobi 45 again. We would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Florence.

A pleasant stay in Florence! I would definitely recommend to stay here. Location is great, 5 min walk to train station SMN and Duomo. There are food shops near, also. The hotel is easy to find and accessible. Also there is a storage if you access the city before check in or want to walk after check out. The staff is very welcoming and caring. They provide all you need, also there are free pastries, fruits and bar staff for guests. Wifi is super fast, the room cleaning is good. Bathroom was pretty big. No extra noise experienced. In my opinion, on of the best price-quality options in Florence.

The only drawback is absence of safety box. But maybe they give it on demand, i just did not ask.

A really nice comfortable place to stay, staff were very welcoming, the room was very comfortable and a nice place to come back to for a rest and a break the warm weather. Nice cold still and sparkling water was available and a good collection of snacks and coffee making facilities.

Unfortunately the tv in my room was not working.

Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous clean spacious room and en-suite bathroom as well as an adjoining terrace! We had the best time here and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The location is great, off the main road slightly which helps the price but is less than a 10 minute walk to the city centre with lots of great stops along the way like the Duomo and huge food market.

Very comfortable room. Walking distance to the train station and main attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and has air conditioning. There is a free water filling station in the lobby which is great for filling up before a day out. There is also complimentary snacks in the lobby which is a nice touch.

There are only stairs in the property so be prepared for that. Also there is no tv in the room.

Öncelikle konumu çok iyi her yere max 15-20 dk yürümeyle ulaşıyosunuz. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok ilgili ve çok tatlıydı. Odalar çok temiz. Bir sürü ikramı vardı. Çay, kahve, soğuk su, meyve, kurabiye kısacası herşeyden fazlasıyla vardı. Çantayı bırakmama izin verdiler. Genel olarak otantik ve pırıl pırıl bir yerdi. Bayıldım.

Sadece duvarlar çok ses geçiriyor. Koridorda birinin yürümesi bile fazlasıyla odanın içine yansıyor.

Clean, tidy and very well laid out. Plenty of personal comforts available (ear plugs, coffee, tea, iron etc). Bathroom and wash facilities were great. Staff were all personable and polite - eager to help. Walking from Florence Train Station took 10mins. It was a 15mins walk to main centre of Florence. Very secure premises for peace of mind if returning back to the hotel late evening.

Pillows were hard. Air con in our room was noisy, inconsistent and rattling - staff were already aware of this but the manager/owner was not going to repair/replace until September after the peak and hot season.

Great location, we had easy access to the surrounding area. Charming and clean hotel. The entire staff was wonderful. Elide was exceptionally kind and helpful.

C'è una grande cura nei dettagli, come dimostrano la qualità della biancheria e la comodità degli appendiabiti vicino alla doccia. Attenzione anche alla sostenibilità ambientale: abbiamo molto apprezzato l’erogatore dell’acqua con le bottiglie in vetro da portare in camera presente nella zona comune assieme ad altre amenities. Non da ultimo il personale è molto accogliente e disponibile.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und gemütlich und sehr sauber. Außerdem ist die Lage unschlagbar. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man konnte sich mit allen Fragen an diese wenden. Im Eingangsbereich gab es außerdem auch immer frisches Obst und Kekse sowie einen Trinkwasserspender. Klare Empfehlung! Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

The filtered cold water was so good and something all places should have. And the staff were very nice and location was good and a easy to get to from the train station. Air conditioning was very good. Little parting gift was a nice touch. Also nespresso coffee machine and tea available.

The stairs, which I should have read the description better (so totally my fault) but was a lot to drag suitcase up 2 flights and very lucky my room was on same floor as reception and I didn’t need to take them up a further flight. Also, advertised as bed and breakfast, but no breakfast actually served. Communal area with fruit and biscuits and some sweets and pastries available all day, but most mornings people must get them early as never anything available. Stayed 4 nights and hoped to unpack but my room did not have a cupboard, just a hanging rail on the wall so had to live out of bag for 4 days.

Before I begin, I would like to thank you for the warm welcome. Everyone was truly very kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Coffee, water, tea, delicious cookies, and fresh fruit are available to guests free of charge 24 hours a day. There is also a refrigerator upstairs that all guests can use. The reception and main doors are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; outside of these hours, access is via a code. The hotel itself is centrally located on a small side street, just a short walk from the Firenze S.M.N. train station and the city's main attractions. Bus and tram stops are also right around the corner. The room was exactly as described. It was very clean; it was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided. The bed and mattress are very comfortable. The bathroom is spotlessly clean. A major plus during this heatwave is the excellent air conditioning. If you have rooms available during my next visit to Florence, I will definitely book with you again.

部屋は清潔で、絵画も飾ってありおしゃれです。エアコンも自由に設定でき、とても過ごしやすかったです。朝食はありませんが、クッキーやキャンディ、コーヒー、飲料水も自由に使えます。特に、水筒に水を入れられるので暑い中でも水を購入せずに過ごせたのは大きかったです。中央市場にも徒歩10分以内で行くことができ、主要な観光地にもアクセス良好です。 受付は朝8時から夜8時で、いつも笑顔で対応していただきました。

O hotel é maravilhoso, com quartos limpos, grandes e reformados. Pessoas da recepção, super gentis. Café, biscoitos, frutas e água à vontade na recepção. O único problema, que para muitas pessoas será um grande problema, são as escadas de acesso ao hotel. Uma escada grande até a recepção e caso fique no quarto superior, outra escada bem grande. A localização é perfeita, próximo a muitos pontos turísticos e bem perto do mercado.

Lovely welcoming staff, clean and well equipped lobby area with snacks and drinks was great after a few drinks at night. Bed was big and comfortable, room was clean and big. Wish we'd stayed an extra night!

I didn't feel the safest in the area at night - but this isn't a problem with the hotel, just something to be aware of if you are a single female traveller.

This bed and breakfast was so wonderful! It's a smaller business hotel but the staff was so friendly and kind and offered recommendations. Despite having no breakfast they always had free water, coffee, fresh fruits and snacks for the guests. The location was about a 15 min walk to the city centre but we really enjoyed the neighbourhood and liked being away form the huge crowds. The room was very clean. There aren't fridges in the room but there is a shared fridge you can keep things cold which we used. Upon check out we received a little bag of biscotti as well which was very good and a nice touch. There are also many cafes close by. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend!

An amazing stay at Hotel Zanobi!! The room felt really spacious over 2 levels which gave us plenty of space to unpack and feel at home. The air con was great (a must in a Europe heatwave!) and the room was really clean. We loved being able to help ourselves to hot drinks, fresh towels, water and snacks and the staff were all super friendly and helpful!! The hotel was very accommodating and generously allowed us to store our luggage before our flight, even though we had checked out several days previously to spend a few days in the hills of Chianti. We really loved our stay and have already recommended to friends and family!

An excellent location, very clean rooms, great wifi, super helpful staff, and once you understand the entry into the building and rooms through your phone, it is very convenient. For a solo traveller, this is perfect

- Not that it bothered me, but for anyone carrying heavy luggage (which i wasn't), you have to take 2 sets of stairs (which to be honest is common across any place in Italy, even Rome) - For a couple/2 people, the rooms are a bit small

Die Lage ist super, um das wunderschöne Florenz zu erkunden und für die zentrale Lage war es aus unserer Sicht auch echt okay von der Lautstärke. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer fanden wir sehr gemütlich und sauber. Außerdem war es toll, dass man sich an der Rezeption Wasser, Kaffee, Obst und Kekse etc. nehmen könnte.

Vlotte communicatie met de hosts met een spontaan en vriendelijk ontvangst. De locatie was ideaal om de stad te bezoeken, je bent onmiddellijk in het centrum en er zijn veel goede restaurants dichtbij. Een beetje verderop in dezelfde straat is er een parkeergarage waarbij reserveren op voorhand niet nodig is. De kamer en badkamer waren fijn in gebruik. De airconditioning werkte goed. Wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte is dat er vers gekoeld water, koffie, fruit, koekjes vrij te verkrijgen waren. Algemeen was het verblijf zeer proper, (er lag wel een onderbroek achter een nachtkastje, waarschijnlijk was er juist daar niet gepoetst ;)). Bij een volgend bezoek aan Firenze komen wij naar hier terug!

It is really well located. Very central easy to walk everywhere but also slightly off the beaten track so not too noisy. The staff were all really lovely, friendly & helpful. They gave us great recommendations for places to go & places to eat.

O local é ainda mais lindo do que nas fotos! A decoração é realizada nos mínimos detalhes, e a limpeza é nota 1000! As recepcionistas são extremamente simpáticas. A Marina nos recomendou ótimos restaurantes para experimentarmos a culinária florentina. Com certeza essa acomodação tornou a experiência em Florença muito melhor do que imaginávamos.

Me gusto que la pieza fuera grande al igual que los baños y el personal fue muy agradable.

No me gusto que se sintiera todo el ruido de la calle, pareciera que no tuvieran termo panel en las ventanas. Ademas nos pusieron en una pieza que daba al desayuno por ende nos despertamos por culpa de la gente que estaba comiendo alado.

Very nice hotel (and, to my surprise, it is actually a hotel — I didn’t realize that when booking and was pleasantly surprised). The room was bigger than the average room for a single traveler in Italy, especially considering that it is located in an old building. The same goes for the bed, which was very spacious and comfortable. The sheets were very clean, and the water pressure in the shower was decent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Another nice bonus is that they provide complimentary water, tea, fruit, cookies, and various toiletry kits, which you can pick up at the reception whenever you want.

My room was on the ground floor, with a window facing the backyard, which was quite small. As a result, the room was very dark, and even on the brightest days I had to keep the lights on. It wasn’t a big deal because I didn’t spend much time in the room, but I imagine it could affect some people’s mood. Also, after the second cleaning service, the towels were replaced, and one of them was dirty. I didn’t complain because I returned late in the evening and was checking out the next morning, so I decided I could manage without one of the towels for that short period. I’m sure they would have replaced it immediately if I had complained.

The only drawback which is not something the hotel can control is that there are no elevators but that is the case with many buildings in Italy. So if you have really heavy luggage you might want to skip it, thought we had suitcases weighing 30 kgs and we managed ok :)

Can't rate this place enough. Lovely staff, beautiful room, right in the centre and great coffee and snacks facilities. After spending days in accommodations where I couldn't get a coffee I was tremendously grateful that cakes, fruit, and drink making facilities were right next to our room.

Only amend i would give is it would be nice to have a TV in the room.
