Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

The carpet in my room was filthy (stained). The walls were dirty. The orange juice was empty at breakfast. I have stayed at a Microtel before and this hotel was not up to the same standard.

Check-in lady debited us $75 - which is supposed to be being refunded, I’m sure it will, and took wife to a room and basically forced her to buy a jar of peach and pineapples for her medical bills

Front desk people were great. Breakfast was very good too.

We’ve stayed here several times in the past couple years of traveling back and forth from AZ to the East. It’s clean, convenient and the breakfast is better than some places.

It shows hair dryers in the room, and there have always been hair dryers. I don’t bring mine across country because all hotels have them. Unfortunately there wasn’t one in the room, and when I went down to get one, they said they don’t have them in the rooms any more because they’re being stolen. Sadly, I understand, but then keep some in the office or don’t advertise that you have them in the room.

Property was no frills, which was expected, but beds were comfortable, staff very nice, and complimentary breakfast was good. Coffee was very good. Would stay here again.

No area for dogs to do their business. Breakfast was mediocre.

There was no hot water, the beds were hard and the room smelt like a wet dog. I was told I wouldn’t be charged when I left to go to a different hotel but was still charged for the “stay”

Hard to find as from the road you see the side of the building and name is in the front - Also would have liked a coffee pot on the room

Aside from the cleaning and kitchen staff who were very nice the front desk staff was not friendly. The attendant when we checked in was not wearing shoes and had headphones in.

Good hot breakfast. This is a fairly new , modern hotel and decor. Room setup. . has computer desk. Extra seating. Comfy. Quiet. Good value

Environment is a little stale, like an office building. Otherwise, nice clean and good value.

So if you don’t pay for a “suite” you get no coffee maker or hair dryer. Be warned!

No bedbugs and decent mattress

Sheets were stained and hairs were on them. Pillowcases were stained. Room needed repairs to the wall and baseboards. I didn't have much confidence that the room had clean linens, even if the bed was made. No closet and no freezer compartment in the fridge.

People up all night fighting and smoking pot. Seemed like hotel staff were always trying to put out fires but good grief, call the cops to keep control. Nothing to like here. As a single white female, I didn't feel very safe.

Newer hotel. Beds were okay.

Tv Mounted away from sofa...had to turn to watch. Sofa was terribly uncomfortable. No arms on it. Hard. Bath/shower had no grab bars--very unsafe!

It was a bit tricky to find, since the biggest sign closest to the hotel is for the Comfort Inn next door.

STAY WAS PLEASANT, HOTEL IS NICE AND CLEAN, VERY CONVENIENT BECAUSE ITS CLOSE TO FREEWAY.

Night attendant was not very nice. Kind of rude. When we arrived to check-in it seemed as if we were a bother, seemed she only helped because she had to. Not sure if she did that to everyone or if she's racist (we are Hispanic, she is white). We had 2 rooms, my niece asked if she was mad when we got on the elevator so even a teenage disconnected to whatever is going on noticed her attitude. That's the only bad thing I experienced when staying at the hotel.

The breakfast area was large and well stocked. Waffles, sausage,eggs, bagels, toast, coffee, etc. It is more of a budget property (smallish bath towels, thinner toilet paper, unbranded styrofoam cups for coffee/water) but that was fine for us. It felt safe and was very comfortable.
