Embassy Suites Amarillo Downtown

Todo estaba muy bien y amables

Que cadi no hay parqueadero

It was nice

I loved it all

We LOVED our suite and the size! The overall experience was great! Front desk, chefs, just all around a luxurious hotel. Super enjoyable! Pool was perfect as well for the hot summer day!

The pillows were really worn down and no conditioner in shower were about the only things but simple fixes!

Customer service was great as always and very clean property.

The hot tub was not working.

Very clean. Comfortable beds and a happy hour drinks token was a welcome treat. A great hotel which I would stay at again. Good gym and pool facilities.

Nothing to note. Has a conference hotel feel to it but that didn’t bother us.

Beds, cleanliness, breakfast

Parking

Bike was stolen

Rooms were very big and plenty of space

Nothing

Very pretty and clean!

Our room had a mildew smell but they came right up and sprayed

Tout était parfait et la suite grandiose avec de nombreux rangements possibles

Une douche à l’italienne aurait été un must

The size of our 2x Queen bed room was amazing - there was so much space. Bathroom was new and modern with a sitting area and desk. The breakfast included was one of the best I have had - freshly cooked omelette. Close to local restaurants and downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing to complain about.

We were not pre informed the pool was closed, we have 3 kids and were waiting for it, imagine the disappointment

Breakfast closed at 9am, we were not informed Imagine the disappointment

Great breakfast. Great swimming pool.

The pillows could have been better.

Spacious and clean very accommodating

Parking and having to pretty much pay another 30 for parking service as if room was not high enough!

Overall appearance, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Problematic parking, an unpleasant smell in the room, and the bed linen didn't seem to have been washed very thoroughly either.

The room was clean and staff was super friendly. Brakfast was great and beds are comfy.

Place was nice and clean; drinks at Happy Hour; lobby area was very nice. Really enjoyed. Had a problem with A/C but staff helped resolve and were very nice. Definitely nice stay and would recommend. Thank you!

Very overcrowded and much of the food was gone. We arrived at 8:30 and there were no biscuits the coffee had run out and there was as 1 spoon of yogurt.

The omelet was fine but the lack of other food was a problem. The choices of bread weren’t good. I would have expected some nice whole-grain bread. There was no bacon.

Good location

Terrible staff, we had to change rooms in the middle of the night because of an co2 sensor then the new room had the heat on and wasn’t able to cool off all night.

Location .

Room we reserved was not the room we got .

Loved how clean the hotel and our room was! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was great!

Fabulos

It was comfortable and I love the suite style. Our family can separate and not have to be all in one big room. And the location was good.

Paying for parking and the barn style doors on bathroom makes it feel like you don’t have as much privacy.

Nice hotel room semi comfortable beds

Location is terrible and parking is even worse at $30 a night which was not mentioned when we booked the hotel

Friendly, clean & great breakfast. Also, room service was great!

Price

Great location for central Amarillo, fantastic size room, complimentary drinks, good breakfast included.

Slightly dated rooms.

Bed skirt ripped and the towels were dingy and ripped. For the amount of money I spent I expected better.

Smelled and looked very clean!

Nothing everything was great!

The staff were awesome

Location, the staff and the food

We loved the breakfast options in the mornings. We also loved the happy hour and choice of food offered. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We could not check into our hotel room until after 7:00 pm due to "full house" the night before. I was waiting for a call to chevk into our room, but never received one. I had to go up to the desk.

Good access, dog friendly, great facilities, very friendly staff. Would stay again!

My only complaint, the pull out bed was not great. Probably normal for the price range, but since I’m trying to find something…

It had a bar on sight

Sign says pool opens at 6am staff says it don’t open till 7 am .. no towels and hot tub was disgusting the foam in the hot tub was brown

Good breakfast and nice rooms.

Like everything.

Pillows was too soft and towels were falling apart

Property was clean and customer service was superb

Parking was a pain

The room was clean, they let us check in early without a fee.

The shower wouldn’t get hot, the mattresses were sunken in the middle and too soft. It’s also very noisy, you could hear it anytime someone on the floor shut their door.

I LOVED the whole property!!

The receptionist that checked me in was very rude because I had a shirt saying that I don’t like the current president.

Хороший отель с поздним заселением !

Very convenient and comfortable stay.

Location ok

The windows dont open, hard to control temperature in the room. Breakfast was not eatable.

It was very clean everyone was nice

The tea in the lobby was so good lol

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and had a lot of options.

We had issues with hot water. We were told by staff to run it for awhile. I ran for 20+ minutes before use and it never got hot. Just stayed warm.

Room size was excellent, breakfast options were excellent, great price, check in was super easy.

Drink pomeriggio incluso nel prezzo e parcheggio gratuito se si sottocrive una tessera

Il letto un po scomodo

EXCEPTIONAL FACILITIES

VALET PARKING WAS PRICEY

Quiet, in the middle of everything, friendly staff with good communication skills

Nothing

The room and spaciousness of it.

Lack of ice and no coffee at the bar and the noisy slamming doors.

Breakfast was amazing. Friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever met. Hands down the best.

Needs to be an adult only hour at the pool and hot tub. Those were the deciding factors when I chose my stay, but I could not enjoy the amenities due to the dozens of children monopolizing the pool and hot tub. It was so packed on Friday that not one more person would have fit.
