Jose was super nice with us. He helped us by picking us from the bus station and he also helped us by storing our stuff during W Trek. The Cabin was super spacious and cozy with lots of small details and fully equipped for everything including : all the stuff need for cooking, washing machine, tv etc. The bed was comfortable. During our stay there we felt like home

The location is not super central

The location is good and the rooms was spacious. The staff was nice and friendly and they helped us

The breakfast was quite poor We went in end of march and in our room was cold during the night

Literally everything, a bit further out from the town center but we had a car so super easy to pop tonthe shops. The place was clean, warm and huge. Host is exceptional.

Nothing really, couldn't be happier

Waschmaschine

The place is large.

We love Patagonia and we have been in Puerto Natales this time last year. Unfortunately the lovely place we had last year was not available for our dates and we booked this one. What a disapointment! When we opened the door we saw how old and dirty the place is. The sofa in the living room is large but dirty, the fridge was not cleaned after the previous gests, the kitchen surfaces also. Dusty everywhere. We faund cereals around the bed. When we were shocked on how dirty the place is, someone unlocked the door, enteted without even asking if she can and very rydely put a pressure on us to pay immediately in cash. We explained we do not travel with so much cash and need to go and get some. We also asked for an extra cleaning. We went out to find cash mashine and to have dinner as after the long flights we were tired and hungry. After one hour the owner started whatsapping, asking us to get back in to the place as the cleaner who has done the extra cleaning has finished and waiting for us to pay. We could not finish our dinner and returned to the place to pay immediately as they asked for. After we paied and the cleaner left, I checked the place again and faund a bucket with dirty and smelly water under the kitchen sink. When I asked for someone to come and sort this out I have been explained that this bucket must stay there as the sink is leaking and if I am not happy with the place, I can go to a 5 star hotel 😲. We needed to empty this bucket as the smell was unbearable and we did not use the sink at all. The smell in the bathroom was also very bad. As the place is with gas heaters, when you put them on, the gas smell is also very strong and of course dangerous. We are teavelers, we travel a lot. We book many places all over the world - hotels, houses or appartments, depends on our needs at the time, but never ever before we did not have such a bad place with such rude and disrespectfull owners. PLEASE, STAY AWAY

Wunderschön und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Nette Vermieterin.

Check-in was easy, communication was via WhatsApp. The cabanna is really nice and spacious, there was even a washing machine that we could use.

Lovely stay at Cabana Sur Patagonia! Host was so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Apartment was very spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped , a great place to relax and have dinners in. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay in Puerto Natales. Especially if you have a car. Apartment has everything you need.

What a lovely place :) the owner Jose Luis made this special flat with his own hands! The place is bigger than expected, the pictures don't give the reality. We found the apartment clean and comfortable. Thank you Jose Luis to make our Puerto Natales experience special:)

Super welcoming host, good contact over WhatsApp. Very well equipped apartment, everything you need for cooking and ideal with a washing machine after hiking.

Loud at night, barking dogs and passing traffic. The neighborhood looks sketchy, very worn down houses and high metal fences, still felt safe on the inside.

Very spacious and elegant apartment - all comfort available. Excellent to prepare for / recover from a multi day hiking trip. Though 15min walk to main restaurant area, you do find convenient supermarket nearby. Super friendly host , very responsive, and we could leave some luggage behind . Would recommend!

Lovely apartment with a lot of space to spread out

Could have been cleaner

Everything was perfect! Such a comfortable apartment, very cosy with a very comfortable sofa and bed. WiFi was perfect and the kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was brand new! We spent Christmas in the cabaña and José was fantastic - helpful, kind and generous! Thank you!

Nothing it was perfect

The place was very spacious, new and very comfortable! Good location, we enjoyed the stay!

Excellent facilities, lovely bathroom and shower. Host very accomodating. I was travelling on my motorcycle and he allowed me to park it in his garage.

It was perfect! The bed was so comfortable and so was the sofa - such a great place to relax and recuperate. Excellent facilities with everything you could need in the kitchen. It even had a washing machine which was such a bonus! We loved our stay here.

Nothing - we loved it all!

This is a fabulous comfortable property from which to explore Torres Del Paine. The owner, Jose, was super helpful and friendly and supplied everything we needed for a great stay. The centre of town is around 20 minutes walk away and there is plenty of free parking outside. I highly recommend staying here!

Big, clean, warm. Have a full kitchen, hot water immediately, heater in both living area and bedroom, smart tv. We had good sleep everyday. Everything is perfect. Host is friendly and helpful. Recommend to everyone.

A little bit far from the town. But if you have a car, it is 10 out of 10.
