The property really looks like the pictures, it is very clean and confortable. Le riad est magnifiquement décoré avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin ! Veronique est superbe ♥️ et nous a très bien accueillis.

Calm, quiet, beautiful riad and completely private. Plenty of space and ideal for us as a large family to sleep and relax. Centrally-located and perfect as a sightseeing base. Veronique and her delicious breakfasts were the highlight of our stay. They made a huge difference to starting off our day. We had a fantastic stay / experience and highly recommend this riad to everyone.

Wir haben dieses Riad für eine Woche als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager) gebucht und uns aufgrund der Bilder auf einen schönen Jahresurlaub gefreut. Leider entsprach die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht den Fotos und unseren Erwartungen. Das gesamte Riad ist sehr abgewohnt und an vielen Stellen ungepflegt und schmutzig. Die Badezimmer waren in einem schlechten und unhygienischen Zustand, die Wasserhähne waren stark verkalkt. Alle Sitz oder Liegengelegenheiten hatten stark verschmutzte Bezüge. So dreckig das man sich weder setzten noch hinlegen wollte.Im gesamten Haus sind Böden gerissen oder beschädigt. Besonders schlimm war der massive Kakerlakenbefall. Wir haben täglich Kakerlaken gesehen – sogar tagsüber, was auf einen starken Befall schließen lässt. Sie liefen unter anderem über die Arbeitsfläche in der Küche und sogar über das offen gelagerte Geschirr. Auch im Eingangsbereich liefen Kakerlaken oder es lag Katzenkot. Fotos davon haben wir gemacht. Wir haben den Gastgeber mehrfach auf die Mängel hingewiesen und um einen Wechsel des Riads gebeten. Leider wurde unsere Beschwerde nicht ernst genommen. Statt einer Lösung wurde uns gesagt, die Haushälterin würde sehr sauber arbeiten und wenn wir höhere Ansprüche hätten, müssten wir eben ein Schloss für 2.000 € pro Nacht buchen. Außerdem wurde betont, wir sollten froh sein, das Riad für rund 1.300 € pro Woche bekommen zu haben. Das empfanden wir als respektlos und nicht kundenorientiert. Bei Kakalakebefall nutzt es nichts , einmal alles zu putzen. Das war die Lösung des Gastgebers. Es hätte wenigsten in der Küche alles desinfiziert werden müssen. Zum Beispiel die Arbeitsflächen und es müsste bei so einem starken Befall ein Kammerjäger kommen, doch die Antwort war sonst würden die Kakalaken noch mehr rauskommen und das wäre erst vor einem Monat passiert. Also scheint das Problem ja schon bekannt zu sein und das Riad wird trotzdem vermietet.

Der unhygienische Zustand des gesamten Riads

Riad très fonctionnel et très agréable pour un séjour au coeur de la médina. Les chambres sont confortables (literies, clim, ..) et vraiment joliment décorées avec simplicité mais bon goût. Nous souhaitons remercier, Amandine pour sa disponibilité tant en amont que pendant le séjour avec une grande réactivité et efficacité. Merci également à Véronique pour ses petit déjeuner délicieux, son sourire et le ménage impeccable. Merci à Badere d'être venu nous chercher à la sortie de notre taxi et pour nous avoir conduit jusqu'au riad par le dédale des ruelles. Nous recommandons chaleureusement

Tuvimos el riad para nosotras solas. Nos sentimos muy cómodas. Está a 5 minutos andando de la plaza del Fna. Limpio. Desayuno marroquí casero . Piscina necesaria después de un día de calor. Desde la azotea las vistas son maravillosas. No dudéis en elegir este riad.

Simply WOW - gorgeous Riad, the photos do not do it justice - it is even nicer in real life. It suited our family of 5 perfectly. And Fatima popped in for an hour each morning to cook and serve a traditional Moroccan breakfast and make the beds etc. The location was brilliant, close to everything. Fabulous service. The pool was stunning, especially in the midday sun. And the terraces are stunning. The best memories had here!!!!

Accomodatie overeenkomstig foto's. Heerlijk dakterras. Heel rustig en toch middenin de souks. We werden opgehaald vanuit de luchthaven en begeleid tot aan de Riad.

Het ontbijt was zeker lekker, maar had nog wat uitgebreider gemogen (geen fruit, yoghurt of cornflakes). Vrij harde bedden.

Zentral gelegen, für die Familie alleine und dadurch konnte man die gesamte Infrastruktur uneingeschränkt nutzen, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, hat alles geklappt mit der Anreise

Централно разположен апартамент във великолепна стара сграда. В близост за всички забележителности, халите и покрит паркинг. Може да усетите френския дух. Напълно оборудвана кухня. Когато пристигнахме беше включено отоплението, което бе много приятно, защото вятъра беше пронизващ.

La struttura si trova proprio nel cuore della Medina, comoda per vistare i suoi luoghi principali. È molto ampia e ben tenuta: dispone di una cucina attrezzata di tutto, un bagno di servizio al piano terra, salotto e sala da pranzo, piscina riscaldata, camino utile perché spesso era freddo, tre camere ai piani superiori con ognuna il proprio bagno e i condizionatori interni, e infine due bellissime terrazze dove abbiamo ammirato sia l’alba che il tramonto su Marrakesh. Eravamo in 6 ed è stato utilissimo avere tutto queste spazio. Inoltre, il supporto da parte del team della struttura è stato superlativo. Amandine è stata sempre disponibile e reattiva a qualsiasi nostra richiesta, dall’organizzazione dei trasporti alla ricerca di una guida privata per girare la Medina o di una spa per fare l’hammam. Essendo il compleanno di mio padre, ci hanno anche offerto una torta di compleanno. È stato un gesto di cortesia davvero apprezzatissimo! La governate della casa Veronique è stata altrettanto gentile e sempre disponibile ad ogni nostro bisogno: rifare le stanze e preparare la colazione secondo le nostre richieste. Assolutamente consigliato per un gruppo di amici o per una famiglia. Grazie per lo splendido soggiorno!

Alcuni arredi forse sarebbero da rivedere, come i cuscini del salone o del terrazzo oppure la presenza di mattonelle di arredamento disposte in giro per le camere, forse superflue. Ma sono dettagli marginali.

Sehr gutes Frühstück - von der wundervollen Veronique zubereitet. Die ruhige Lage mit Innenhof. Getränkekühlschrank mit Wein, Bier und Softdrinks zur Verfügung. Gute Betten

Katzenkot im Eingangsbereich und in der Gasse zum Riad. Es war leider recht kühl in Marrakesch, die Zimmer und Bäder waren eiskalt. Zum Frühstück und Abendessen hatten wir einen Gasofen, sonst wäre es auch zu kalt gewesen. Beim Check in gab es Probleme mit der Kommunikation, aber es hat dann mit ein bißchen Verspätung alles geklappt.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo riad e l’esperienza ha superato di gran lunga le aspettative. Le fotografie su Booking non rendono giustizia alla struttura: dal vivo è decisamente più bella, più curata, più nuova ed elegante di quanto appaia online. Anche gli spazi risultano più ampi di quello che ci si aspetta dalle immagini. L’atmosfera è raffinata ma allo stesso tempo accogliente, con grande attenzione ai dettagli. La pulizia è stata impeccabile, oltre ogni aspettativa. Camere e bagni perfettamente ordinati, biancheria pulita e profumata, ambienti curati in ogni particolare. La piscina riscaldata è un valore aggiunto che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Se proprio si vuole trovare un dettaglio migliorabile, la temperatura dell’acqua avrebbe potuto essere leggermente più alta, ma si tratta davvero di una sfumatura minima. Un ringraziamento speciale a Véronique per la professionalità, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dimostrate durante il soggiorno. Servizio attento e discreto, perfettamente in linea con il livello della struttura. In sintesi, un riad che non solo mantiene le promesse, ma le supera. Assolutamente consigliato.

Il posto è perfetto se si vuole dormire nella medina a pochi passi dalla piazza principale ma senza il minimo segno di rumore se non i due canarini della riad. le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite, i bagni sono dotati di tutto ciò che serve. Il cambio delle asciugamani avviene dopo 2/3 giorni. Le foto rispecchiano esattamente la realtà. Il terrazzo è arioso e con divanetti e tavolini confortevoli. La piscina è piccola ma con acqua riscaldata. Inoltre anche se la riad è in un vicoletto è vicina a punti di prelievo per le escursioni e anche ad una piazzetta dove è venuto il nostro taxi per il trasferimento in aeroporto. E la colazione è divina. Veronica è la chicca di questa riad. Ci faceva la spremuta fresca ognio mattina. I pan cake, le crepes e tanto altro fresco ogni mattina. Quando sentiva i nostri passi sulle scale faceva subuto il caffè e poi le sue piccole attenzioni, come ad esempoi posare il bicchiere su tavolo di marmo senza fare rumore. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto col thè alla menta appena fatto. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio

What an amazing property in, what we thought, was the best part of the medina. Everyone was lovely, helpful and kind. Veronique was so amazing - lovely breakfasts. They went above and beyond to make our stay great. Thank you.

Desde el momento en que crucé la puerta del Riad Les Jardins de Kissari, supe que había encontrado algo especial. Es mucho más que un simple hotel; es un santuario de tranquilidad y belleza en medio del vibrante caos de la medina. Cada rincón de este lugar irradia autenticidad y un cuidado exquisito por los detalles. La decoración es simplemente espectacular, una perfecta fusión de la artesanía marroquí tradicional con un toque moderno y elegante. El patio interior, llenos de vegetación y con la pequeña piscina (más que suficiente para 6 personas tras el calor de Marrakech), es el lugar ideal para relajarse después de un día explorando la ciudad. Las habitaciones eran un sueño: espaciosas, impecablemente limpias y con una cama tan cómoda que me costaba levantarme por las mañanas. Pero lo que realmente hace de este Riad una joya es su gente. El equipo es increíblemente cálido y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. El desayuno, era correcto, con productos frescos y delicias marroquíes. También contratamos una comida y una cena e igualmente de deliciosa la comida, el tajin el mejor que probamos en todo el viaje. Si buscas una experiencia auténtica y memorable en Marrakech, no lo dudes. El Riad Les Jardins de Kissari es el lugar perfecto para desconectar y sumergirte en la magia de la ciudad. Volveré sin pensarlo. Muchas gracias a Amandine y todo el equipo, incluidos los conductores que nos llevaron y trajeron al aeropuerto.

This riad is incredibly atmospheric, with beautifully decorated rooms that were kept spotlessly clean. The towels and bed linens smelled wonderfully fresh—a lovely touch! We enjoyed the traditional Moroccan breakfast, and the dinner we ordered was delicious—everything was prepared with care and served on time. The staff were delightful, friendly, and attentive, making our stay even more pleasant. The riad is situated on a quiet street, so nights were peaceful

The rooftop offers a stunning view, though we had to remember to keep the door closed—local cats like to wander the rooftops! One small note: parking can be tricky, so it’s best to arrange a convenient spot in advance.

De rust en het gevoel van thuis zijn maar dan beter, veronique die ons onbijt maakt en zeer zeer vriendelijk en gast vrij was de persoon die ons hielp met elke vraag, zelf de eigenares nam persoonlijk contact voor een korte babbel

We loved everything about the property. It was very easy to communicate with them and they were really friendly and helpful. It was our first time in Marrakech and they answered all of our questions. The breakfast was perfect and Veronique was great! The space is an oasis of calm and is beautifully decorated, exactly as you can see in the photos. We highly recommend it.
