Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Lydia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat an alle Details gedacht und uns sehr gut bei der Anreise unterstützt. Das Appartement ist ganz toll ausgestattet und in sehr guter Lage,man ist nahe an der Gondelbahn und auch schnell im lebhaften Zentrum.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und die Gastgeberin sehr freudlich. Auch die Ausstattung in der Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufendhalt super gefallen

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025Felt like home, everything needed was in there and the location is 5 minutes away from shops and restaurants. The host was kind and recommended some nearby places to us, and she was here to welcome us and when we left.
There were some spices in the kitchen cabinets that left a unpleasant smell throughout the apartment, but that’s the only negative thing in it.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2023The host (Lydia) is an amazing host. While she already provided the instructions in entering the unit, she still showed up to welcome us. Also, when we checked out, she still met us at the train station. Meanwhile, the place itself is well situated and is just walking distance from the city center. It is nice that it has a small veranda where we could feel the Zermatt cold breeze. When you exit the place, less than a 100m walk away and the majestic view of the Matterhorn greets you. I wouldnt think twice staying in this unit if ever I go back to Zermatt again.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2023Overall, a very good value for money and a quite-centrally located hotel apartment. It was very clean and well-decorated, had a nice balcony outside, TVs in each room, a nice-size kitchen, and a very easy check-in (we used a code given us from the owner to the the apartment key from the mailbox).
Of course, the value is in part due to being a bit outside of the old town center, but the walk isn't far. One minor issue was that for 2 bedrooms and 4 people one bathroom is not enough.
