Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es war alles da was man so braucht.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln

- if hotel can offer another type of pillow and blanket as well, that will be the best. We couldn’t sleep well because of super soft pillows and soundy blanket !

Great location. Just a short walk to the Main Street and around a 10 min walk to the train station. The free shuttle upon arrival and departure was so convenient. No hauling luggage through the streets. Nice, clean apartment with a kitchen perfect for our meal prepping needs. The front desk was great at accommodating requests when we needed a fan and extra pillow. We ate dinner sitting on our balcony looking at the mountains and it felt like paradise.

la possibilità di vivere in un appartamento con i servizi dell'hotel (ristorazione, transfer per la stazione, ecc.) In più è uno dei pochi posti in cui sia stato che ammette i cani anche nelle parti comuni, ovvero nel ristorante, basta che l'animale sia educato e non giri liberamente per i tavoli.

Migliorerei il letto, ovvero vorrei un materasso più rigido e una alternativa al "piumone" tipico della montaga, ma siccome soffro abbastanza il caldo tale soluzione mi è risultata un pò eccessiva visto che siamo in estate.

Everything about this place is amazing. The apartment was gorgeous, fully equipped with a view of the Matterhorn from the living room. The breakfast was amazing. The location is great. The staff were amazing.

Het fijne (top) appartement in het bijgebouw. Zeer ruim voor twee personen. Uitzicht op de Matterhorn!

Een balkon om even buiten te zitten zou fijn zijn. De appartementen ondergelegen hadden dat wel. Desondanks een fijn app. met een mooie blik op de Matterhorn!

Die Abholung vom Bahnhof hat perfekt geklappt und war inklusive. Kurze Nachricht an den Jägerhof bei Einstieg in die Bahn ab Täsch und alles war okay. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Apartment mit Blick aufs Matterhorn, einfach herrlich. Auch kurzfristig kann für Abends das Halbpension-Menü gebucht werden, sehr lecker zu fairen Preis in Zermatt. Unbedingte Empfehlung.

Great apartment, close to shops & restaurants. Perfect for multiple couples or family traveling together. We had a 3 Bedroom 3 Bath & it had great views of the Matterhorn!

住宿地點超級棒，可就近在陽台享受馬特洪峰無敵山景。不管欣賞夕照或是黃金日出，不必出門就可看到飽! 三個房間都乾淨寬敞，而且每天都有人來整理。公寓地點鬧中取靜，離市中心步行即可抵達，且離各纜車站也都不算遠，很容易安排day trip，下次再來策馬特這裡還是我們的首選!

It was very spacious. All the amenities are there. We had an apartment that had a view of Matter Horn 24x7.

The location. It’s off the Main Street. Good uphill walk of 15 mins from station. Even the matter horn glacier express is about 15 mins walk away.

The breakfast was excellent and complete. Friendly staff and very clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom was also very clean with a good warm shower. Plenty of nice and fresh towels every day. The hotel's electric cart picked us up very shortly after calling them from the train. It also took us to back when were leaving for Täsch again. Location is good, it's a small walk to and from the city center. If you're fit enough, it is not a problem to walk to one of the lifts that take you up the mountains.

Wonderfully comfortable. Nice location.

The apartment is huge in size, perfect for a large group or a family. The property had the view of Matterhorn. It is not far away from train station. It is a service apartment so all the benefits of a hotel in a home set was a perfect match for me. The staffs were really good and nice to us.

The apartment was spacious and cosy. We had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The laundry service was reasonably priced and fast.

The tvs are too small. Anything less than 40” is tiny these days. I think the tvs were 32”.

This was truly one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed at in Zermatt. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel taken care of at every step. The best surprise was being picked up from the train station in an electric taxi and driven straight to the property — such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. Our luggage was carried all the way to the room, which made the arrival completely effortless. The apartment itself was spotless and immaculately maintained, with daily cleaning that went above and beyond our expectations. It was extremely spacious, very quiet, and beautifully well stocked with everything we needed. The internet was fast and reliable, which was a bonus. Every room had a stunning view of the Matterhorn — waking up to that scenery felt unreal. The location is also perfect: very close to the town center while still feeling peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% return and recommend this property to anyone visiting Zermatt.

É uma bobagem mas achamos enjoativo - muito doce - o perfume no hall do último bloco. E seria muito útil um forno microondas.

我們的公寓在2樓，陽台可以看到完整的馬特洪峰，廚房設備齊全，房間、走道、客廳空間非常的大，第一天從火車站到旅館和最後一天離開時的這兩趟行程，旅館可以派車接送，其餘都是步行到鎮上或是纜車站，我們非常喜歡這裡，享受住在這的旅行。

我們是8月時住宿，房子下午會曬太陽直到晚上8點多，但窗戶和門沒有紗窗或紗門，如果打開的話，會有很多的小蟲飛進來，不開窗戶的話，又會非常的悶熱，如果可以提供電扇或是有紗窗通風，住宿體驗會更好。

Didn’t know there were stairs to climb as my parents are a little old. Staff was a bit rude, we asked for a lemon to make something for our child and they replied saying ‘this is not a grocery store’

We booked the apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was beautiful, had an amazing view of the Matterhorn, and breakfast was included! The best of both worlds-an apartment with lots of space and a delicious buffet breakfast (included) plus staff onsite if you needed anything (we didn't). I would stay here again!

Excellent location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fabulous. Having a kitchenette was really nice for a light dinner. Room was clean and efficient

The receptionist Nico was very friendly and very helpful. A really good guy who worked hard to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. Also the property sent a car to come and pick us up front and take us to the train station for no charge.

The rooms very clean. Staff very helpful. The kitchen have all staff that i needed to cook. They have an ev car and help to fetch you at train station. Our unit (family room) has the iconic view of Matterhorn...😍😍😍

Clean and relatively quiet. Excellent breakfast and staff at breakfast were particularly pleasant.

I rented a small unit with one twin bed. Although the room and furnishings were nice, the view was terrible. I had a rough concrete retaining wall just a meter or so outside my window (see photo). I could not see any sky whatsoever. When I questioned the receptionist about the view she pointed out that I reserved “an economy room with restricted view”. She was correct, but I think the hotel could have been more up front with the definition. If you anticipate being gone all day, however, this room (C-22) is fine. Also, this is the first time in all my travels that the receptionist informed me that she accepts tips.

Great service. We were picked up from the train station and dropped back on the day of check out. Very friendly staff. really great value for money. The aparment is big and can easily host 3 to 4 people in total. Walking distance to shops and bars and tourist attractions. Well done to the whole team of this hotel.
